食晒所有手握壽司之後,師傅會先問你食唔食紫蘇葉,因為最後嘅手卷會加入紫蘇葉。

手卷內包咗吞拿魚蓉,紫蘇葉,紫菜好夠脆,包好晒之後會喺上面鋪一塊金箔,係一塊,而唔係碎碎,金箔其實冇任何味道,都係裝飾用途為主,打卡🤣,呢款師傅直接遞比你而唔係放上碟。

另外總結返咁多件壽司,我覺得魚類太多件,因為見到隔離座位有赤貝/北寄貝望落好吸引,可能就係漏咗比我哋嗰件🥲🥲或者呢個就係omakase精粹,由廚師發辦,但事前都有職員問我哋有冇咩唔食。

餐廳環境好整齊乾淨,食嘅時候都感覺舒服,唯獨成個過程有少少急,壽司壽司之間嘅時間有啲短。

What a fun night with just us with the chefs
. The whole experience was very special and elevated when so much food was prepared in front of us at the same time! Just look at all the jumbo Hokkaido crabmeat sushi x 12
Definitely had numerous photo-worthy moments! 📸
