非常令人驚喜的一頓Omakase。這間餐廳是熟人熱情推介的,因此對它有相當大的期望。預約時預訂了一間內房,內房可坐6人左右。落座後,壽司師傅站在案枱後每項食材逐一向我們介紹,並簡單講解是次安排的食物順序和原因,介紹完畢後,師傅便開始為我們準備食材,並逐一把製作好的壽司上碟供我地食用。需要注意的是,壽司上碟後最好於5秒內品嘗。今次的食物排序由淡到濃,味道層次一層一層遞增,把食材的鮮味極大程度襯托出來,令人非常驚喜。 continue reading

突然得閒,打算快閃食日本嘢,於是搵咗鮨文。兩年前食過,仍可接受,打去咁啱有位,去食午餐。食完,非常失望,三大問題,嬲到搞到要第一次上嚟寫食評。一。魚感覺處理不新鮮,肉質鬆弛無彈性。二。壽司飯太酸太咸,食到好口渴三。店舖衛生普通,師傅啲衫污糟,食完感覺唔安心我食16件壽司,$700位,最尾個湯非常失望,唔夠熱之餘,啲湯料好難食,好令人不理解,點解可以咁難飲。呢一餐應該係我暫時喺香港食過最難食嘅廚師發板,一定冇下次。 continue reading

友人介紹呢度性價比高就趁父親節泥試試佢揀咗有迷你雲丹盛戈個omakase, 覺得佢幾cute茶碗蒸,4點刺身,7貫壽司,迷你雲丹盛,手卷,茶碗湯,甜品個吉列帶子好正,紫菜脆口,吉列皮薄得泥酥脆,帶子厚身嫩口,加上個開胃嘅醬,好掂啲刺身全部都好新鮮可口鮮甜啖啖幸福啲相都係用一秒去影唔可以耽誤啲刺身同壽司嘅時間,師傅會將每件壽司嘅温度因應唔同嘅魚而調教,所以要快手食,務求食啱時間!個茶碗湯好清新,可以喺咁興奮嘅壽司環節後冷靜吓個人再戰雲丹盛戈疊海膽好彭湃,同啲飽滿嘅飯粒一同進食簡直係不得了甜品係黑芝麻雪糕,超濃郁,好香芝麻味好完美嘅一餐後記:比起之前食過嘅omakase,呢度冇咁著重擺盤,整色整水戈啲,而係放重點喺啲食材度,讚!鮨文Omakase $880📍紅磡 continue reading
