已經來過好多次,一向都好鐘意中午套餐,今次又黎。一定要坐bar 枱,會見住師傅一件件壽司上,強力推介九件壽司餐,以為吾夠飽?其實餐前有沙律,蒸蛋做前菜,另外特別推介紙薑,不太辣又不太酸。每件壽司都好精緻,新鮮,也有中拖羅,魚子海膽軍鑑係推滿滿的,好新鮮。見圖,最後有鋦蛋,好好食,最後最後有冷或熱喬麥面或烏冬,又或湯,又有咖啡或雪米滋,女仔食其實好飽的。九件壽司餐270,再upgrade 就是自選12件,已經400多,我見隔離都好豐富,不過還是九件最抵食😄

A genius chef has the traditional Japanese food handling skills. Sushi are very very fresh, it taste like I m having sushi at a Japan harbour. More over the knife cutting skill are so detail that you can see the hand made evenly cut indent on the sushi. My suggestions: 1. Book early, as it is a crowded restaurant.2. They have unique sake from Japan, give a try.3. Must try omakase, all the freshness are harnessed

很久沒去鮨森了,對上一次好像是上年一日滂沱大雨的一天在登龍街避雨,偶然上了這間壽司店選了$600一位的廚師發辦,有十二件壽司先來沙律及蒸蛋金目鯛毛蟹白蝦活赤貝😋銀鱈魚大Toro馬糞海膽這個是三文魚子櫻花蝦飯,有點芝麻很香,櫻花蝦有d口感,好吃最後還有個冷烏冬,很飽很滿足整體壽司質素不錯,新鮮😋

廚師發板有樣好就係食軍鑑塊紫菜一定係最脆~

At $500 a set, cheap it is not but the quality and quantity of sushi was a match. Highlights were a lightly seared codfish, cured tuna, and ikura. Only miss was the uni, which was Canadian. Meaty but very bitter. Of course, July isn’t a good time for uni but the smaller Hokkaido ones are still sweet this time of year. For $500, i would expect a Japanese u

基於team lunch,我們一向會選沒有吃過的!加上是team budget,所以會選吃好一點!最後選了這一家!位置有bar 檯有order 檯,我們一行6人所以選了order 檯~來到這邊看到有很多不同的選擇,但由於選擇困難症發作,整檯人都不約而同叫了同一個選擇但其實選了這個後,還是要自選十二件的最後還是迫於無奈要再作選擇!自選十二件壽司$400這個套餐是包含了前菜的,有蒸蛋及沙律蛋非常香滑,沙律則較普通。我選了比較多人選的吞拿魚腩、吞拿魚背、油甘魚、三文魚、海膽、甜蝦、帶子及赤貝比較少吃到的右口魚、深海池魚、吞拿魚漬、小肌魚樣樣都非常新鮮肥美,配了薑條一起食用,感覺更加鮮味套餐還包了一小碗的烏冬,但其實已覺得很飽了!還可選咖啡或雪糕,最愛甜食的我當然選了雪糕,曲奇味道的雪糕不太甜,但成為了這頓午餐的結尾注意午餐時段是滿座的,所以不能walk-in!

星期五想食返餐好既, 黎到呢間SUSHI MORI 嘆返個LUNCH SET, 餐廳星期五唔算太多人, 都仲有4,5 張檯係吉既.日本和牛香味燒, 包括一個前菜沙津, 一個日式蒸蛋, 白飯, 麵鼓湯, 甜品  麵鼓湯幾正, 味道岩岩好和牛燒啖啖肉, 肉質非常嫩滑, 一啖肉一啖飯簡直絕配, 一路而家打緊呢個食評都仲係好回味,  一定會再去.其實覺得價錢高左少少,會再想試下其他餐廳既和牛飯比較下. 最美揀左綠茶雪糕做甜品,冇咩特別.

this is my 2nd time here. The last time I was here was for dinner. The lunch menu is definitely a lot more affordable than the dinner menu. Despite this, there is not an ouch if decrease if the quality of the sushi (: The Hokkaido uni and the toro was so fresh and good portioned. It was a shame we didn't get to sit at the bar seats since we didn't make any reservations.

有客戶請食午餐哇哇哇還可以任我揀選餐廳實在是太幸福了!!很久沒有吃過高級日本午餐可以再吃鮨森真的很開心以前都有吃過但轉工以後就沒有再吃了今天實在是運氣高高級餐廳的確不同帶位員很有禮帶我們到一個卡座座位很寬敞又即時送上熱茶今天我吃12件set 服務員給了我一張列有不同壽司的點菜紙隨著自己的喜好點了12件服務員會很細心的提醒每位客人mark 上自己的記號在點菜紙上這樣上餐時也不會有出錯我的壽司午餐很豐富因為跟客戶進餐不好意思拍太多照就這樣簡單的拍了張這裡的食材真的很新鮮很鮮甜而且手握飯不會太實加上不大不少絕對是一流下個月出糧後跟男朋友再吃過🤣
