唔係第一次到鮨海晚膳，除咗午餐好食抵食，呢度嘅Omakase亦係我嘅首選，勝在新鮮，日本直送。今晚嚟試下佢新出嘅Tasting Menu。熱食為主，燒鰻魚拌青瓜海带酸，煎扇貝，魚子酱拌鹅肝蒸蛋，煎海虎蝦，甘鯛立鳞，磯煮南非鮑，燒纽西蘭羊架，稻庭鳥冬，最後芝麻雪糕做甜品，絕對無投訴，非常滿足的一餐。最後唔可以唔提鮨海自家品牌清酒鮨海纯米大吟釀，非常容易入口😋嚟到要試一試。辛勞一天之後好好放鬆的一間日本餐廳，再三encore。

It’s been a while since I last had omakase, we decided to go for the classic 10 piece set which includes daily specials of the day and to top it off, it includes uni and handroll toro! 🍣 Sushi Ocean is a hidden gem in the bustling Central district of Hong Kong, offering high-quality Japanese cuisine in an intimate and elegant setting.The meal started with a salad appetizer. Highlights of the meal included the buttery and melt-in-your-mouth tuna, the sweet and creamy sea urchin. Each piece of sushi was expertly crafted and showcased the quality of the ingredients.Overall, the 10 piece lunch omakase at Sushi Ocean was a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. The quality of the sushi and the skill of the chefwas wonderful. We highly recommend Sushi Ocean to anyone looking for good quality sushi dining experience in Hong Kong....Rating: 8/10 love this place and will keep coming back
