有同事推薦中環的鮨野,就生日那天去試試看鮨野靈感來自築地海鮮市場供應商旗下的銀座壽司店「築地青空三代目」,食材每日由日本空運直送到港。餐廳有二十個座位,全部都是席前座,可以近距離欣賞師傅製作壽司的手藝。那天看到午市 OMAKASE 廚師發辦只有 HK$780的「光」、HK$1,080 的「影」,最後我們都選了「影」環境乾淨光亮,一位師傅負責兩座客人,坐在席前座本來原意是欣賞師傅們做菜的手藝,加上上菜速度不快,師傅的一舉一動都看得很清楚,注意到師傅們在拿食材時摸東摸西,然後沒洗手就直接打開食材包裝上手處理食物,用同一塊抹布擦手,擦砧板,擦工具邊看邊覺得食慾下降食材其實是新鮮的,只是當中的北海道生蠔,我吃完不久肚子開始不舒服,去了好幾次洗手間🚾 中間還有想吐的感覺,以為是自己比較過敏,沒想到老公當天回到家才拉肚子,腸胃反應也是後知後覺我們那天12點到達,2點才離開,中間等待時間太長,吃到想睡覺💤,這次omakase的體驗以拉肚子結束有時候真係眼不見為淨,食物質素真的不錯,但師傅衛生意識要加強,推薦指數:

Sushi Ono used to be quite a good choice for cheap and fair quality lunch.

This is my first time trying a new sifu and it is quite disastrous (my previous experiences were all with the sifu with huge eyes). The sushi rice was very tight. I shouldn’t request much for it’s value but then everything was served within 50 mins. How is it possible when there are a total of 12 pieces!

The worst part is one sifu was told off by another sifu for putting too much uni on a piece. There I see the sifu go scrapping some off and put it on another piece 😨

They have also changed their booking system to just allow 12pm and 1.30pm sittings when previously they only do one round. I appreciate that they want to do 2 rounds of business for lunch but it doesn’t mean that you should rush the first round customers to finish within an hour.

Price: HK$500@ (Lunch)

Revisit: 5/10 (maybe if I could have the big eye sifu)

我一向較喜歡貝類,魚生則
一般般,但這間令我對不少的魚都有更好的體驗!例如:現在秋刀魚當做,讓我第一次食到超肥美的秋刀魚魚生!另煙燻堅魚也很正,煙熏味香得來又不會搶了魚的味。

貝方面就要提帆立貝,個廚係我們面前拍塊帆立貝,佢即豎起,仲識郁咁,食落也勁鮮美。海膽方面,係大都06 的北海道瀨戶海膽,勁鮮美!蟹方面,勁喜歡佢個香箱蟹壽司,佢係用蟹肉、軟蟹膏、硬蟹膏、蟹腳、五個唔同嘅部份組成,質感層次超豐富!

時常聽人說中環有間好抵食嘅omakase叫鮨野,今日終於被朋友邀請一試!這間餐廳跟一般omakase 嘅setup唔係好同,不是一排式的座位,而是圍着三邊的座,廚師在中間為你煮理食物。這個setting私隱度沒有那麼高,清楚看到對面客人用餐的情況。食物方面相當唔錯,我們點了$1380餐。前菜有鯛魚卷,舞蓉菇,炸白蝦。刺身包括手咁大嘅日本真蠔,下口池魚,紫蘇葉大拖羅,鮫鰈魚配赤海膽,左口魚邊配白海膽,煙燻赤鯥。小食有鬼爪螺,安康魚肝。熟食汁煮太刀魚。壽司有北寄貝,地目鯛,梳子魚,14日熟成拖羅,銀雪魚,北海道馬糞膽。全部食材都好新鮮,每道菜廚師都用了心機去配搭。咁嘅價錢,仲可以食到三種唔同嘅海膽。性價比超高。雖然餐廳有點比一般Omakase “熱鬧”,食物質素彌補這方面的缺點,一定會再試。

時間上同食omakase個位朋友仔差唔多

魚都好新鮮 只係入口好似款款都一樣味咁
但係食個價錢4百幾蚊都真係好ok架喇
食哂咁多件之後都好夠飽
有朋友仔唔夠 師傳仲送左多件比佢

最後有個湯同雪糕做甜品

先至聲明本人去過無數高級廚師推介包括四季酒店鮨齋藤,諗住中環呢間水平唔會太差,首先入到去坐低之後,侍應會問要有汽嘅水定係冇汽嘅水,咁我都知道要收錢嘅,咁就點咗杯冇汽嘅水,但係嚟到係一杯水,冇連埋一個樽,埋單呢杯水要$35,真係比咩水你都唔知!可能只係水喉水!呢個都唔係最大問題,最大問題係師傅仔衛生意識好差,大家都知道疫情嚴重,尤其係食壽司更加要注重手部衛生,我同我朋友都見到我哋嗰個師傅仔製作緊前菜同刺身經常摸個口罩,出入廚房又摸廚房門嗰塊布,之後都係完全冇洗手,未見過衛生意識咁差嘅師傅。食物方面不過不失,冇太大驚喜,但奇怪嘅係我食一個貴嘅廚師推介但係甜品竟然係雪糕,隔離食一個平嘅廚師推介甜品係蜜瓜。🤔

Sushi lunch At Sushi Ono was a pretty good deal. With fatty pieces and the occasional sear, it's just the way I like it.I think we had 10 pieces for $450, bit more expensive than pre covid price but still alright tbf. Memorable pieces include the second pic, huge ass roll that looked like it would be really fishy but it was a very decent combination of fresh fish and some shiso and citrusness. The second roll was also a fatty piece, not sure what the English name would be but it's white and fat

Sushi Ono, #Central 🍣呢一間絕對係我心目中暫時最高分又最難忘嘅日本餐廳 。可能因為嗰晚我哋包咗場所以無論係待應定個廚師都對我哋特別照顧。唔會好似平時你第一次去間餐廳,跟住待應同個廚師都淨係掛住其他熟客仔唔理你。食物方面無咩可以挑剔,廚師比多左好多#TORO 我食😍 (可能因為其他朋友淨係掛住飲都唔記得食) 待應都非常好,見成班人癲左瘋狂互隊既情況下,主動提出用另一個樽幫我倒野飲,令到我個晚千杯不醉哈哈 🍶 不過最後我哋都真係飲得太多(我無份咖講明先),其他朋友仔直情飲到嘔落張檯同地下,所以到依架我每次諗起都覺得好唔好意思😂.📍 #中環 #士丹利街 11號9樓 #HappiMuffinHongKong🌟#HappiMuffin Rating: 8/10💰Price: $1000-1500 pp
