由3月份第一次試完,就開始一直有嚟幫襯仲有介紹朋友黎試。今次專程約朋友黎食飯點知成師傅走咗囉。(我印象佢老細嚟點解走左😭)一直支持嫁麻,竟然唔通知聲我搞錯阿。入到去廚師換晒人當下好尷尬,介紹咗朋友嚟試師傅手勢。睇到OpenRice先知,原來喺有知音人,唔止我覺得唔掂。今晚食完直頭係嬲囉朋友話下次唔好再嚟食物加左價、味道分別明顯大、嘢食係無咗熱誠整。朋友仲話以個價錢,駛乜特登入嚟食。首先個青瓜前菜辣到痴線,同超咸,我好奇究竟個師傅有無試味先比人食。雖然係送嘅,但唔比好過比。以前好好食㗎麻,以家個前菜唔好比人食la。左口魚邊嗰樣唔同晒都算,仲要係唔好食,個左口魚食到火都嚟,收成百幾蚊,加紅色羅白蓉同蔥。賣相好樣衰,味道仲唔好食,三文魚籽同個醬都無咗。醬油鵝肝以個喺成餐飯最好食了但個味始終無之前師傅整咁好食。豚肉糖心蛋味唔夠,而且出面塊豚肉燒得唔好,搞到同入面隻蛋做唔出果種層次對比出嚟。😮‍💨之前外脆內軟,幾十蚊食隻糖心蛋就喺食功夫。牛舌芯望落無咩事,一咬想講粗口🤬,喺咪呃我㗎以串喺牛舌芯???好難咬喎牛舌芯???認真??🫵🏻燒雞皮又燶又咸又苦,其實有無自己試過,咁都出得比客人食。之前嚟食,師傅燒既雞皮係我出面食過咁多間最好食,平時嚟食都係光頭峰師傅負責燒嘢,峰師傅燒既雞皮都好好食,所以每次嚟燒雞皮係我必點。今次食中晒招手羽隻雞翼都係好咸,而且個皮係唔脆口。仲要咁鬼細隻……我懷疑喺咪我出面食阿波尾同以到唔同,咁細隻。燒新鮮雞腎加咗價都唔止🤬,一串得三粒腎😧仲要唔好食,喺咪有病。原條魚刺身一直食都喺$288咋以家又加咗價都算la,師傅你條魚唔新鮮仲有少少魚放得耐既臭味出嚟🙄明太籽炸粟米食入口啖啖油嚟。🤮鮨勺卷一般般,都係果句唔同味。第一次入嚟食可以話係驚艷到我。現在總括嚟講以往招牌菜式,全部都唔係同一個級別。食物細節同細心既位,可以話上枱就睇得出無晒。再者價錢貴左,仲要比以前差,唔值得再係到食。以個收費我哋出面食都得。以前喺又好食、質素又高之餘,嘢食價錢又舒服、氛圍又好。師傅又會做完嘢一齊吹水飲酒,好似朋友咁。傾過幾次計,佢哋有講過二個都係做壽司為主,峰師傅話都係成師傅教佢燒,出面佢做開壽司的。峰師傅燒嘢嚟講,已經比出面嘅串燒鋪,燒得好食好多了。一個壽司師傅可以做到串燒、刺身、壽司、煮同炸都好食嘅,唔喺有一定經驗,落過苦功同心機,我唔相信可以每樣都整得有水準。小店嚟講真係賣少見少。現在二個都走晒😢仲有甜品都竟然好食,我哋之前有幸食到茅台雪糕🍦。始終嚟食嘢就喺欣賞師傅嘅出品,有誠意,又有招呼,對佢做出嚟嘅食物有信心。換咗人就不了。我諗間鋪d老闆,低估咗師傅既影響力,認為隨便搵人整都得啩。今次一試都唔會敢再嚟,完全無心整嫁以家。師傅我哋要嚟搵返你囉,又唔講聲就走😤 continue reading

來了才得知大廚不在了,換了師傅😢心感不妙但又不好意思走人作為食客 好想講聲以前主廚太好了standard咁高 除咗食物味道 仲有個氛圍同人情味客人難免都會比較小店來說 廚師絕對是鋪頭的靈魂以前師傅不但熱情又會記得食客喜好而且看得出 食物有用心做 有誠意食客真係感受到同客人有互動先會留得住一班熟客仔對比下現在新師傅感受唔到有熱誠有心不論擺盤 食物質素 味道 就連米飯都差了以前好好味的青瓜前菜現在是不夠味道串燒一般般沒有以前水準是一定刺身份量好薄 而且看著就不是很新鮮飯個人感覺以前好像比較圓 現在好像長了不知是否心理作用由一間有心做的小店一下子下降成這樣 真的很可惜小店的人情味不是鋪頭而是人 相信不止我 很多人都想去找師傅😢 continue reading

平時都不時會過黎食野。早排午市同朋友三人行點左三式三文魚丼魚生分量細件左,而且無左個醬汁。左口魚邊丼左口魚同平時完全唔同,好似是旦放上去咁,一樣無左醬汁。拖羅蓉丼以前食拖羅蓉會有加切碎左既黃瓜,同個啡啡地酸酸甜甜既醬,以家變成拖羅蓉加蔥花。餐湯同青瓜前菜個味都變晒。加上飯有小小好似未熟。對比下,現在整體野食好普通。晚市有再試下串燒燒牛舌芯係幾大件同厚,但咬唔到,感覺唔係完全牛舌芯。燒白鱔有骨同有泥味,第一次黎食既時候推介白鱔係話完全無骨,同無泥味燒雞皮雞皮好濃,咬落好苦同好喊燒雞心同燒雞肝一般般,因為太熟了。第一次黎食,係一個光頭四眼同帶頭巾既師傅。二個都唔係到應該換左人。氣氛唔同左,第一次黎員工好熱情,有傾有講,師傅又會問好唔好食,同會見師傅主動同客人傾計交流,今晚唔多人,搞到食得好緊張,同第一次反差好大。野食質素大不如前。 continue reading
