大拖羅真係不得了😍唔洗咬都化開,油脂感充滿係口內,好想食多件!拍一拍件赤貝,佢好似仲識郁咁,勁新鮮,昆布漬白蝦唔會好咸,馬糞海膽好creamy,食到干飘卷就差不多最後了,好唔捨得🙁

始終, 手握壽司來說,我們也是最喜歡吃中拖羅,原來燒過的, 更加油香四溢呢! 但是飯有點酸,搶過了魚本來的味道,而且 接下來上菜的品種好像也大同小異,因此 吃完後,感覺只是吃了油甘魚的、 某些貝類刺身的、吞拿魚的、海膽和兩款熱食。

這次最令人滿意的,就是他們的服務了! 第一,侍應都非常有禮親切; 第二, 桌上的茶不會變冷,因為侍應會及時為你再添茶; 第三,用餐過程很輕鬆,不會有餐廳因需要交枱接下一台客人,而需「速戰速決」的情況。 意想不到的是, 竟然在吃廚師發的 時候,還可以吹蠟燭呢! 侍應有細心觀察,還跟我說了生日快樂!
平心而論,在食物方面,沒有給我就像以往吃 OMAKASE 時, 驚訝不同的魚竟然也可當刺身的震撼感,有些更是味道相若,不算出色, 因此這個價錢可叫奢侈呢!但是看出他們也是用心經營的,希望他們能夠日益進步。 若他們能夠尋求突破,我也願再試一遍!

當日朋友生日,指明要食Omakase,搵到呢間近近地,大熱天時,當日早左十分鐘到,早少少到應該係美德嚟嘅,但唔比入,亦都唔可以係入面涼陣冷氣先,咁就係門口熱住等等佢開門邀請你入去先可以入之後坐低左,食食下發現其中一塊魚上有蟲蟲,好細隻蟲蟲,但都比我發現到。師傅即時幫我換,又一路解釋天氣熱,比較多呢啲昆蟲等等。是但啦,都係你講嫁啫一開始師傅都好安靜,好cool,唧都唔笑。相反對面個師傅談笑風生,另外個邊食客氣氛熱絡,真係羨煞旁人。我都係食餐飯啫,唔需要咁嚴肅嘅最後,可能見我哋後生,我哋嘅甜品都只係得一球雪糕,但隔離就有埋蛋糕,其中一個話食唔落,師傅都堅持要送埋比佢,咁所以………但明明係同一個師父主理。可以話係偏心嗎?味道都ok嘅,食材都唔係話差,食omakase 真係靠彩神,個日嘅經歷就麻麻啦。唯一值得超級讚揚,係服務,係員工服務,全程笑容滿面、態度友善,好到我都有啲唔好意思
