鮟鱇魚肝口感相當滑嫰,油脂香醇~ 超高質!大拖羅又香豐富,接近入口即溶,魚油香充滿晒成個口腔~每食一啖都覺得好幸福😚


馬糞海膽入口甘甜香濃,質感滑溜,絕對冇絲毫嘅苦澀味~


小編第一次試針魚味道鮮甜而且都幾彈牙😋 值得一試!

元朗可算是個廚師發辦(omakase)集中地,雖然同區已經有不少元祖級人馬,但舍利鮨作為後起之秀卻毫不遜色,更於尖沙咀另有一間分店,首次到訪元朗店裝潢簡潔而高雅,店員及師傅亦殷勤有禮。晚市廚師發辦每位$1680,包括前菜、燒物、壽司、湯及甜品共二十道菜式;值得一提的是午市廚師發辦更只需$480起,已經可以品嘗到茶碗蒸、十二件壽司、湯及甜品,實在物超所值。二十道菜式未能一一盡錄,天草產處女蠔肥美肉厚,毋須任何調味正能品嘗到最真確的鮮甜味美。以往只嘗過鱈魚白子刺身或壽司,鱈魚白子天婦羅可算是前所未見,天婦羅炸衣輕薄酥脆而白子細滑綿密猶如慕絲,外脆內軟實在令人驚喜,相信對於平時比較抗拒白子的食客而言都會樂意接受。生燒鰻魚抹上薄薄一層燒汁鹹甜平衡適中,表面燒得略呈焦脆而肉質保持鮮嫩,絕非坊間一般急凍蒲燒鰻魚所能媲美。前菜及熱食出色而壽司質素當然都不負所望,車海老晶瑩剔透、爽彈鮮甜。半天然深海池魚魚味香濃並富油香。大尾魷質感煙韌而且味道亦比一般魷魚更加鮮美,愈嚼愈香。

元朗朋友帶我去呢一間高級日本餐廳,食材和環境都高質。日本食物最講求新鮮,也重視廚師的處理手法,這間餐廳完美地展現出來。讓我的味蕾和視覺都如置身日本,大開眼界。有幾樣食物我都留下深印象。天草產的處女蠔,出生一年從未產卵嘅生蠔,蠔味特別鮮甜。靜岡產9日熟成吞拿魚大拖羅和赤身,大拖羅入口即溶,味道濃郁;赤身甘香。兩種都經過9日熟成,因而更為柔軟味濃。新鮮北寄貝刺身,自然的甜味和口感與平日食的就是不一樣。半天然深海池魚,魚油豐腴,口感肥美。

等左咁耐終於放寬晚巿,一於報復式黎個omakase~元朗呢間舍利鮨要book好耐先有位如果要book記得早D晚巿omakase $1680/位,環境好好,廚師都超級nice會詳細解釋每道菜每道菜都好特別喔~!個omakase總共有20道菜,其中有幾樣好特別好正~!-稻草煙熏鰹魚廚師介紹,原來用稻草煙熏,係用黎僻鰹魚的腥味~鰹魚的表皮酥脆,肉質緊緻,有爆溢的鮮甜肉汁,完全唔腥,仲有淡淡的煙熏同稻草香餘韻~-鱈魚白子天婦羅好特別既一道菜~原來鱈魚白子即係雄性鱈魚既精囊~補品黎喎好彩唔係生食,如果唔係未必敢食炸成天婦羅就易接受好多好特別既味道~~值得試~!!-鮟鱇魚肝真係有D似鵝肝唔怪得又叫「海中肥鵝肝」口感綿密滑順、油脂柔嫩香醇、入口即化超正!!
