如果只係味道唔理想我都未至於會差評一間餐廳,但佢地嘅服務同樣不可恭維。一入到餐廳我地問職員大概會有咩食,佢地就只係簡短咁答師傅會安排。開始用餐後師傅都會大概咁介紹下每件壽司,我唔係經常食omakase,所以對一啲陌生嘅魚類都會想知多啲,但果位師傅比我嘅感覺就只係背左啲基本資料,問多幾句就唔太清楚咁。

第二個令人卻步嘅位就係餐廳對每枱客人有明顯嘅差別對待。首先我地見到隔離枱嘅海膽軍艦(圖3)分量係比我地多,色水亦明顯唔同。最後嘅卷物師傅安排左一款瓜類卷(圖4)比我地(其實我冇expect過食omakase係冇特別request嘅情況下會有素菜卷),但就整左拖羅卷(圖5)比隔離枱食🙄咁嘅情況下我地當然追問點解大家比嘅價錢一樣,食嘅野係唔同喇,而師傅嘅回應係「我地冇話唔食個瓜卷」。其實佢事先冇問我地想食拖羅多啲定瓜卷多啲,又整好係我地面前,我地點會知原來係可以轉其他🙄加上我地並無講過我地唔鍾意拖羅,正常人都會prefer拖羅卷多過瓜卷掛。雖然最後佢都有整番個拖羅卷比我地,但要開到口問個感覺都好差。

第三樣野係我地係落booking同confirm booking嘅時候都有講我地係去慶生嘅,但餐廳就一啲安排都冇,好似完全冇左件事咁。我唔肯定餐廳係唔記得左定對呢類慶祝活動冇特別安排,但同果係後者嘅話,落booking嘅時候係咪唔應該有呢個option 比客人揀呢?但因為食到最後其實我都唔特別想再係到留太耐,都冇特別去提醒佢地。

其實揀餐廳前我都有做足reseach先去,甚至有朋友食過都話係唔錯,所以我唔知今次係個別師傅問題定點,但只憑我自己嘅用餐體驗黎講,就覺得係有種貼錢買難受嘅感覺,唔推薦大家去試。
