剝皮魚壽司
咁大個女都未食過剝皮魚,肉質鮮嫩,佢係淋身嘅嗰種魚質,但係唔係霉霉爛爛嗰啲感覺,而且油脂比較少 食到魚肉嘅鮮甜味。

秋刀魚(肝醬),秋刀魚卷物 (醬油)
秋刀魚兩食,一個係加咗自製嘅肝醬,師傅話咁樣更加可以帶出秋刀魚嘅鮮味,平時都好怕食秋刀魚,因為冇乜肉食之餘又多骨,但係呢度嘅秋刀魚好肥美,而且卷物就係咁樣點醬油,都已經好好食😋

其實仲有好多,不過20樣嘢真係影唔晒,記得仲有活北寄貝,拖羅,凡立貝,牡丹蝦,仲有我最鍾意嘅海膽😝
其實如果覺得夜晚太貴嘅話 ,佢lunch都有㗎,而且價錢相對相宜,大家記得book位啦🤣

所以難得放假便去google哪裡有高質的omakase
上次去過中環吃
今次挑了元朗

一說起元朗便想到港式小食
尤其是蒜辣雞翼尖
但飲次終綜合google和友人的意見後

Omakase的好處是可以和廚師互動

我個人喜歡吃生食
所以這次菜單主要是生食

♥️兵庫縣室津蠔
在生蠔上灑上青檸汁柚子皮
吃到天然海水的淡淡咸味外
還添加了青檸和柚子的清新香甜
令生蠔不會太膩太「漏」

第一次吃北寄貝
沒想過顏色原來不是紅色的!!
以前吃壽司最討厭吃北寄貝
因為又乾又硬
難以吞下
但吃過這個新鮮北寄貝後從此令我改觀
新鮮的食材不但鮮甜而且口感彈牙
十分爽口有咬勁但不會太硬或太韌
吃完真的會愛上😻😻😻

💛秋刀魚
原來新鮮秋刀魚肉質一點都不「梅」
這是兩食的
一片片是加肝醬
令魚肉多了一層厚實感
卷起的是加醬油
新鮮的食物加醬洩就已經很夠味
中晚有新鮮紫蘇花
咬一口會令魚肉的味道提升

💚稻草燒鰹魚
表面的鰹魚稍為用火槍燒過
所以做到表皮微熟裏面仍是魚生狀態
這個一咬下去有兩種口感10分特別
而且魚肉紮實一點也不「爛」

馬糞海膽鮮甜濃郁,一啲都唔會腥,而且口感非常綿滑🤤三文魚籽咬落鹹香十足,而且晶凝通透~ 真係同海膽個味好夾!
