訂左位食元朗嘅舍利鮨,聽朋友講話要食龍師傅先會特別好味,點知原來個位師傅已經去左銅鑼灣分店😂 食物味道ok la 但未話好味到要再食,可能係元朗區黎講已經唔錯,因為唔太多選擇。食物算係有心思嘅,有熟成30日嘅吞拿魚!同埋熟成嘅獅魚。有鮑魚有安康魚肝。未到有層次嘅味道,不過千幾蚊位都算有heart。我個人覺得佢啲壽司飯偏硬同酸。食到一半有少少消化不良😅 老闆好friendly, 請全場試飲佢嘅sake,仲同每個人social 介紹下隻酒,傾下計。 用餐嘅氣氛唔錯。service幾好餐廳裡面冇洗手間,個日落好大雨,但會有人遮你送你去洗手間。

上網睇過評語都唔差,於是試吓。發現嚴重中伏,食完仲要肚痾,所以唔寫唔得。叫左lunch set 15件 $500叫嘅時候問左有拖羅有海膽,而最平嘅$350 set係無先上蒸蛋,無特別亦無咩料只係得魚旦片(坦白講 壽司郎個蒸蛋多個佢好多,仲好食過佢),前菜我個人可以唔計,睇魚生壽司質素,不過前菜都無心做其他又點會好跟住頭差唔多8-9件都係白身魚同光身魚,以おまかせ計係有點怪嘅安排,不過成餐飯佔咗好大部份都係比較平價嘅魚,而只係秋刀魚好食而且有講嚟自日本,其他就無提過咁就唔知喇。大部分都比較腥味重,新鮮度真係一般跟住只有一件貝類,就係帆立貝。基本上唔會出事嘅一件。可惜師傅望落去個個後生仔,你明白似終差啲經驗,呢個係呢間店舖最大嘅問題。落好多青檸檬汁落去,係太多太酸冚蓋左原來好鮮味嘅帆立貝!又出左事蝦食得出無咩鮮味,加蟹膏上面就當然可以冚左佢嘅不足,之前見有人食牡丹蝦都唔係咁嘅樣到赤身魚部份,係完全失敗嘅地方呢件係赤身醬油漬,sorry我只係食到甜豉油味,一啲吞拿魚味都冇,而且質地已經好硬最差嘅係呢件!佢話拖羅。咁$500 lunch嘅おまかせ相信你唔會預計你食一件酸嘅拖羅?而且我直接同師傅

叫嘅時候問左有拖羅有海膽,而最平嘅$350 set係無

先上蒸蛋,無特別亦無咩料只係得魚旦片(坦白講 壽司郎個蒸蛋多個佢好多,仲好食過佢),前菜我個人可以唔計,睇魚生壽司質素,不過前菜都無心做其他又點會好

跟住頭差唔多8-9件都係白身魚同光身魚,以おまかせ計係有點怪嘅安排,不過成餐飯佔咗好大部份都係比較平價嘅魚,而只係秋刀魚好食而且有講嚟自日本,其他就無提過咁就唔知喇。大部分都比較腥味重,新鮮度真係一般

跟住只有一件貝類,就係帆立貝。基本上唔會出事嘅一件。可惜師傅望落去個個後生仔,你明白似終差啲經驗,呢個係呢間店舖最大嘅問題。落好多青檸檬汁落去,係太多太酸冚蓋左原來好鮮味嘅帆立貝!又出左事

最差嘅係呢件!佢話拖羅。咁$500 lunch嘅おまかせ相信你唔會預計你食一件酸嘅拖羅?而且我直接同師傅講,佢自己走去試完都話有啲酸,仲話呢件係中拖羅嘅尾,所以可能無咁好食。厲害,咁同個客講!可以接受一件酸嘅拖羅,完全無魚脂味之餘,其實我相信變壞左。師傅無諗過換,只係話可能今期啲貨唔靚你唔啱食。真係service一流! 我以為佢之後個set會出返個大拖羅,點知佢話呢個set只配中拖羅,唔會配大拖羅,亦已經無其他代替比我。中環おまかせ食平個佢都有件大拖羅食下,呢度貴過佢之餘,仲要酸嘅!

我又開口問下師傅,佢答日本休漁期無海膽
真係O哂咀,咁都講得出口。9/10月九州赤海膽正正係當做期,唔通全日本都禁捕?其實如果想賺多啲,明嘅,但唔好打正旗號話自己全部日本貨,話海膽拖羅係招牌

之後連卷物收尾都無,亦無三文魚籽。成餐飯就係一堆平價魚放係前面大部份加一件帆立貝,一件蝦,一件海膽同中拖羅,收你$500,抵唔抵見人見知,我自己覺得好唔值咁嘅定價

真金白銀食完嘅食評,照直講真係好伏,一啲都唔值咁嘅價錢,而且食完仲要肚痾...

師傅唔夠經驗,魚生處理唔到家,調味既手勢未見成熟,加上魚生本身入貨品質一般,甚至乎變壞左。如果你食過真正嘅おまかせ你會明白呢間餐廳嘅不足,係非常嚴重,我夠膽講差過千両

第四次Omakase-舍利鮨

小昇和朋友又食好野啦,今次為左和朋友提早慶祝生日,所以特地揀左元朗舍利鮨,聽過呢間都好多人食、啲壽司唔錯,咁我地揀左$500一人餐

$500既Omakase包括茶碗蒸,十五貫壽司,味噌湯和甜品

餐前小食只有薑😳,茶碗蒸就很簡單,不過都幾滑

最後店員送上味噌湯和甜品,我地一樣食豆腐雪糕。整體來說舍利鮨都唔錯

I think chef has made huge improvements compare to my last visit, at the same time the sushi rice we have this time has a slightly increase of acidity which I think balance well with the toppings they prepared!


So we got more sushi to come, including toro, uni, hotate and some more fish, with chef’s small treat we got to try their pickled bitter melon which was really nice!

Hotate is fresh and sweet enough , the toro up to standard and no doubt the sea urchin are in good quality! I can’t remember what fish we had but it was good, since my friend doesn’t want any rice so he even make a spring onion fish roll up for her 😌

I was hoping to order another Sanma roll but they are running out of stock so a cucumber toro roll was offered instead, definitely a good one cos the cucumber is crunchy which balance ip the fatty fish oil on the toro😊very wise chef 👨🏻‍🍳
