元朗愈黎愈多好野食,今次聽住元朗既朋友介紹舍利鮨既 omakase,聽講性價比好高。黎到佢裝修好新,顏色用左好多muji既木顏色,相對溫和比人有種舒服既感覺,對於有要求既朋友一定鍾意。前菜係天婦羅避風塘白紙配白粟米,聽左個名都覺得好特別,而且白粟米好少機會食,而且開胃有種解油膩既感覺。趁食完仲有少少記憶,食左天然九繪魚、伊佐目、干瓢卷、白象拔蚌、鰆魚,都係相對特別,魚味都好重同新鮮,我個人就好鍾意象拔蚌口感,非常爽口。另外,第一次試甜蝦配蝦膏呢個配搭,好突出到蝦膏既鮮甜味。

I was running a bit late due to parking issues in Yuen Long. I arrived a bit late, so the omakase experience was a bit rushed.We had 12 sushi’s as part of the lunch menu. The fish were v fresh, the rice was soft, with a reasonable amount of wasabi added.The highlight of the meal was the smoked tuna, which was v soft, and melt in your mouth.The atmosphere was v good - simple, elegant, and v Japanese. Makes me want to visit Japan again!

終於等到放大假,所以一定要食餐好嘅黎慰勞吓自己😋。之前朋友介紹過喺元朗嘅舍利鮨味道幾好同性價比高。所以決定去試吓。去到都唔算多人,所以好快就安排咗我入去坐。我發覺佢個set都幾多嘢食,而且每道菜嘅賣相都非常吸引。但最啱我心水嘅係以下呢幾樣😍第一樣就係蓴菜三文魚籽杯,我第一次食蓴菜,質感比較特別有少少似透明嘅啫喱。味道清甜爽口,配埋有少少鹹嘅三文魚籽。味道真係好清新。之後就試赤背刺身。呢個味道鮮味,完全冇腥味。廚師嘅切法,令到個刺身嘅口感更加豐富。跟住就係清湯燉鮑魚。個味道清清地,但就有好香嘅鮑魚味。口感好腍。唔錯再繼續食嘅就係櫻煮八爪魚。味道鹹鹹地,自家製嘅醬汁反而帶出咗八爪魚嘅鮮味。而且佢煮到啱啱好。唔會覺得好硬同韌。之後就係我最鍾意嘅海膽杯松葉蟹肉。成杯都有勁多海膽,而且味道非常鮮甜。完全滿足左我對海膽嘅慾望。蟹肉同海膽嘅配搭係啱啱好。完全唔會搶咗對方嘅味道。呢個真係超級好食,如果可以嘅話好想再食多一杯🤤之後我食埋甜品,就完美咁結束咗我今日嘅美食之旅👍🏻
