We have always loved omakase prepared by 司徒師傅. This time he did not disappoint at all!!! His style of adding his own garnishes to different sashimis and sushis made the dishes amazing. He also catered to our needs, since one of us could not handle the fishy flavour of some stronger fishes. He made even 白子 taste amazing to our friend. The tempura 白子 paired with a little sour sauce was one of our favourites of the day! We will definitely be back!

尖沙咀 山林道 食 omakase,見食評都幾好,同同事去試吓,賣相係不錯,食物也不錯,不過同事們都非常失望!!不知道平時是否這樣,還是這天特別忙所以出問題,每次上菜的時候,放低就走,完全沒有說我們吃的是甚麼,後來我們終於忍不住要問,那些同事都唔識,說要問問大廚,然後回來敷衍幾句,食材、料理有那些特別,問完都食了,介紹美食不是  omakase 的精髓嗎? 講真,我們又不是美食家,識鬼咩?廚師發辦,你整咩冇人知,所以 omakase 最重要的,是交流吧,每位近兩千元,有點要求也不過份吧,放低就走,難免失望吧!

昨晚約了朋友再次來到這間日本餐廳吃Omakase, 又再有驚喜!師傅水準非常高,食材非常新鮮,而且更是時令的海產,正所謂不時不吃!最開心的是剛剛踏入9月,就可以品嘗到新鮮美味的秋刀魚刺身。師傅說這批秋刀魚是今年第一造,每年9月至11月是秋刀魚的當造期,喜歡吃秋刀魚的朋友們要把握這個時間喔!喜歡吃廚師發辦的朋友們這間日本餐廳也是非常不錯的選擇!

大陸人扮日本師傅,食材品質極差,放題都比起好食!餐廳環境侷促,原有的風景位置不知因何事而關閉。食材部分,開頭以為自己味覺有問題,全部都超淡味,後來問朋友,發現真係無味!師傅部分,完全沒有解釋食材資訊,完全係扮Omakase!加上師傅衛生問題,口罩只帶到一半,露出鼻孔,感覺極不衛生。旁邊客人全都是很嘈吵的,彷彿身在酒吧裏,而現場職員也沒有制服,根本分不清楚誰是客人,誰是職員,最後沒有用餐完畢便走了。一個字,劣!
