上次石門Omakase lunch 幾好,所以今次進階殺入銅鑼灣食Omakase dinner。因為好多餐廳都滿座,呢間啱啱有人取消咗,所以可以book到。因為未食過 omakase dinner,所以都好期待。我們三個男人下午6:00準時去到,每人揀咗最貴嘅$23xx嘅套餐➕一支$720 sake,埋單$9xxx。但係我想講佢啲壽司真係好普通吓,除咗一款蝦加蛋黃醬嘅好食之外,其他嗰啲真係冇乜印象。最大問題係個負責整壽司嘅師傅,俾人感覺係好junior嗰種,佢助手就比佢更junior,佢扼壽司嘅手勢同對料理嘅用心真係令人感覺唔到佢有幾專業,用呢個價錢食呢啲咁嘅質素真係唔值。總之唔會有下次啦。

鮨㐂 Sushi YOROKOBU食開Omakase 既人都不會陌生,呢間算是早期的香港師傅的Omakase,以前我覺得它是性價比較高,但真係大不如前,以前嘅lunch質素比現在既dinner 好食多另外,我大約八日前已訂好話比較鐘意食貝類,但餐廳都沒有理會,成個餐只有石垣貝…. 係貝類今晚主要楝左食最貴的full premium experience $2380。本來是衝著個紫海膽黎,但餐廳又話日本假期所以無比較上ok既就係令和之怪物係season, 新鮮飽滿creamy,我覺得最好味,最值得稱讚係件和牛三文治總結係唔會有下次,味道普通,服務普通,有太多更好既選擇。

去到最激動人心的部分,海膽三吃,分別是原隻紫海膽(配三文魚子),馬糞海膽(配Wasabi)、同埋白海膽(配粗鹽),雖然紫海膽及白海膽比較小食,但三款海膽令我及友人最忘懷的始終是馬糞海膽,配上日式芥茉是完美配搭。亦完了我來鮨㐂的主要目的就是食海膽。

與友人最後一致認為,如果來是為了海膽的話,可以來,如果單純為了壽司剌身等,也可不來,因為在處理熟食及壽司,在食材配搭部分沒有令人太驚喜的發現,都是約定俗成的組合,只是海膽三食這部分實在很少有其他omakase餐廳能直接在套餐中享用而非必要另點。

幸運地坐左喺包廂廚師枱前面,可以睇住製作過程。廚師睇落cool cool地但相當有善,我地自己傾啲魚嘅問題佢都會主動解答我地🤣。食物相當有水準,但係感覺有啲倉卒,冇咩時間慢慢品嗜。

我地每人叫左十七貫壽司+一貫自選,食完十七件後可以揀最鐘意果件食多舊。咁高水準平均一件都係$50,非常抵食。最欣賞係佢嘅飯本身撈好豉油,同埋師傅整壽司會沾上黃薑洋去握壽司,成個設計好細緻。

個人認為可以揀14+1就夠了。因為佢仲有前菜、湯、甜品,絕對夠食。

Lost track how many times I’ve had lunch here already. Always went with 12-14 piece sashimi lunch set. Today, one friend chose to have the rice set. And wow wow wow, it was impressive. She chose the beef, eel and unagi for her set. The beef bowl really stood out. I could smell the beef 3 seats away. The eel was equally tasty according to my friend. For me, I went with 12 pieces today and as always, fantastic and swimming fresh sashimi !!! The needlefish wrapped with shiso leaf was really yummy !

Today, one friend chose to have the rice set. And wow wow wow, it was impressive. She chose the beef, eel and unagi for her set. The beef bowl really stood out. I could smell the beef 3 seats away. The eel was equally tasty according to my friend.

For me, I went with 12 pieces today and as always, fantastic and swimming fresh sashimi !!! The needlefish wrapped with shiso leaf was really yummy !!!

All sets came with an appetizer and silky smooth chawanmushi (squid ink)😋

之前食過唔錯,於是帶新朋友第二次食壽司.㐂。今次坐房入面的吧枱。前菜同刺身都唔錯,最鐘意新鮮帆立貝同北寄貝。食壽司.㐂重點係多海膽,呢個有齊馬糞海膽、原隻紫海膽同埋白海膽的拼盤係我至愛。最正係白海膽,鮮甜入口即融。原隻紫海膽上面的魚子都好多而且唔腥。仲有赤海膽同其他壽司,都好正。成餐飯夠包唔濟。我哋揀最貴的set都係2680/位,超多款食物。其實其他千六、千八都夠食,只係最貴個set我哋想食多幾款海膽,整體來講cp值高。

咖啡嘅份量孤寒咗啲,同埋係用凍既植脂奶,印象唔係咁好。
呢間如果係中環,我比較就腳會再食,因個人鍾意細件同食多幾款。我係準時到,十二點四十幾分快食快走既;之後唔飽,再去附近食麥奀記嘅雲吞麵(呢間睇食評服務態度好差,果然真係好差,仲衰過啲20到尾30幾蚊嘅🥲)
呢間暫時諗起,果然中環係中環咁既感覺,你差少少都生存唔到係個度,攪到我試餐廳,個心唔係好想去尖沙咀、元朗既😬。
銅鑼灣同埋灣仔嘅印象都唔好。
服務,主要應對我既師傅同receptionist 係差左啲。壽司得個九件,師傅一有野分心,好似有客入黎,係無望住你講野,全程望住人地,咁樣講呢件係咩,九件有三四件係咁。但完左個course個句係正路啲同望住你講,你既壽司完左會上湯同咩咩咩咁。
Receptionist 就仲衰過連鎖平價壽司既感覺,唔係好明,佢同事應該見到佢既待人接物,點解唔提下佢。真係大喜屋個種放題都上心啲同跟足程序啲,但呢啲野好講個下。可能我呢餐呢日係佢last day,咁既話我又期望太高😂
