時新快餐店 was founded in 1965 in Hung Hom, it was closed and then 時新漢堡飽 in Whampoa reopened, continuing the legacy of HK-styled burger. The signature item goes to "雙層芝士蛋漢堡 Double Cheeseburger with Egg". The bread was nicely soft, patty was really thick cooked to medium well made with 100% beef and mixed with onions. Delicious. Egg was fried to crispy edges, with homemade salad dressing added.
