久聞Table 的海鮮特別鮮甜肥美,今晚終於有機會一試,可惜今晚我只是和一位友人晚餐,為了試多幾度菜,放棄吃4-6 人份量的蟹飯。一開始店員端上暖粒粒軟棉棉的麵包,配上清新的蕃茄莎莎,禁不住吃了很多片。我們先點了Espresso 龍蝦湯,細細的一杯,就像expresso 一樣濃郁,但一點也不會太鹹,未到拿捏得剛剛好,很creamy前菜點了個daily special 炸帶子, 不是普通的炸帶子,帶子上配上小脆魚,出奇地夾。然後點了煎鵝肝,配上幾滴甜甜地的醬汁,夾得天衣無縫北海道海膽大蝦risotto ,軟硬適中,海膽鮮甜充滿囗感。還想再吃uni, 於是下一道菜再點了北海道紅海膽配63度溫泉蛋,這道菜就像食材找到靈魂伴侶一樣,配合得淋漓盡致,在囗中溶掉的感覺,到現在還記得清楚。下次再來table, 一定要再點這道菜,不太多西式餐廳令我想回頭再吃,Table 是其中一家。P.S 沒有切餅費,贊!

北海道海膽大蝦risotto ,軟硬適中,海膽鮮甜充滿囗感。還想再吃uni, 於是下一道菜再點了北海道紅海膽配63度溫泉蛋,這道菜就像食材找到靈魂伴侶一樣,配合得淋漓盡致,在囗中溶掉的感覺,到現在還記得清楚。下次再來table, 一定要再點這道菜,不太多西式餐廳令我想回頭再吃,Table 是其中一家。

總括而言,呢間餐廳開拓左好多我未食過同未見過既味道同野食,幾新奇有趣。唯一不足係上菜時間太耐,如果趕時間既上班族就唔推薦。反而想悠閒食個靚午餐或者同人傾野既話係唔錯既選擇,因為中午都唔會好多人,夠靜同私隱度高。

無意中發現這家餐廳非常驚為天人雖然沒有米芝蓮或任何星級但食物質素和誠意十足比很多米芝蓮星級還實在非常喜歡他的韓式醉蟹 完全拍得住在韓國吃if not better 然後是必吃的溫泉蛋海膽 好味的程度我需要給五粒星如果人夠多還可以點蟹膏飯香、濃、鮮韓牛也不錯吃 但其他幾款菜式表現實在太出色 韓牛就變得非必然了No corkage fee so we can always enjoy lots of drinks over the high quality dinner 🥂

雖然沒有米芝蓮或任何星級

非常喜歡他的韓式醉蟹 完全拍得住在韓國吃if not better

第五道菜是美國穀飼牛,特色是配上蔥花芫荽洋蔥韓式沙律,這沙律很清新refresh,令我有餘力試下一道菜。

第六道菜是用西班牙棕豬肉(Duroc杜洛克豬)製成叉燒。這套菜是朋友知道我超喜歡吃叉燒,特意情商Sandy加上去的。Sandy解釋不用黑毛豬的原因,是杜洛克豬的大小和平常我們吃的大白豬差不多,因為用梅頭肉的關係,這個肥瘦大小比起體型較小的黑毛豬更適合做叉燒。試過後我亦認同她的看法,同樣燒得外脆內軟,但是更有肉味,更有𡁻頭。

最後壓軸是蟹飯,亦是這裏的Signature,最少要三日前預訂。Sandy親自即席製作,用上菲律賓膏蟹,蟹肉先甜之餘,蟹膏非常澎湃,飯是用上日本越光米煮成,所以粒粒分明之餘又不會像Risotto 硬而無味,非常有米香。加上蒜蓉、蟹湯和鹽,便製成這個美味非常的飯。

我最喜歡Table的地方在於她處理食材嚴謹之餘,配搭大膽創新。而且不是那種為Fusion而Fusion,是透過配搭把食材的優點發揮得淋漓盡致。高級餐廳甚至米之蓮餐廳吃過不少,但是已經很久沒有試過,像這晚充滿驚喜,味覺滿足和享受的一餐。

The restaurant is spacious, clean and lunch set is quite affordable. I had the fried pork rice set which came with a small apertizer and a soup (cream if mushroom). I like the bread which is very soft & come with a spread. The meat portion is very generous and tasty, my friend had the ‘char siu’ rice with egg which looks delicious. The dinner menu seems affordable, will try it next time.

今日去左Table 食午飯。點左海膽 angel hair,grilled lobster。飯前先黎個focaccia,好崧軟,食完主菜再返食都仲好好食不過落少少鹽會更加好。海膽angel hair - 海膽味稍為唔夠,海膽少少兩片裝飾。有d膩,但個angel hair 好食。唔系整到淋曬個隻。grilled 龍蝦 - 佢地話所有海鮮會黎貨後,養幾日,淨化。講真個龍蝦無乜特別。食完幾多牛油留系隻碟度但奇怪食落無乜牛油香,size 亦好細。後悔點左跟沙律菜而唔系意粉。講真。。唔夠飽。咁既價錢,食唔飽走唔系好抵。

The ratio of plate vs food should have given it away: one of the most expensive dinners I've had in Hong Kong and yet least satisfying. The plankton risotto was OK, but barely passes as a starter, let alone as a main. The cheese platter had exactly 6 crackers. Still, enough to fit the meager amount of cheese. The wines were great, it must be said, but also at a price: the cheapest wine is 568/btl.

全名叫63度龙虾汁泡沫海膽温泉蛋,强烈推荐。龙虾汤慢煮,汤浓缩成汁,打上泡沫,此为底,上面坐着一只可爱的温泉蛋,两旁有两坨海胆黄。先试一口龙虾汤,味道浓郁,口味宜人;再加上一点海胆,别有风味;最后将龙虾汤、温泉蛋和海胆拌开,其味道一试难忘。此菜228元一份,却是值得的,fushion的佳作,独此一家。这家餐厅的食材以海鲜为主,做法就不拘定势。香港的海鲜多为速冻空运而来,在速冻后的运输过程中海鲜体内多积聚了一些排泄物和杂质。Table的海鲜要预先做净化处理(depuration),净其身,并保持其新鲜、健康程度,尽管成本贵了,但吃得安心。做净化,必须要是活的海鲜,所以可以肯定你吃的那只蟹没有被人做过手脚。

Came here for lunch with some colleagues and ordered the set menu for lunch. Some of us had the burrata cheese as an appetizer and it was without doubt the worst helping I have ever had. It was dry, hard and tasteless. Please see picture taken. The steak was average and the consensus around the table was that it was relatively bland and chewy.
