自从之前在上水吃过太兴,觉得很好吃后,就一直对太兴很有好感,这次跟朋友在佐敦这边,找店,当我看到这家店时就毫不犹豫地来了,我点了一份叉烧饭,朋友点了一份咖喱牛腩,朋友表示,这是他吃过最好吃的咖喱牛腩,我觉得我的叉烧饭也不错,我的叉烧饭还送了份油菜,在这边吃到菜太幸福了。

由于市场上有不少不选择,已经有一段长时间没帮襯这类传统茶餐厅吃东西了。今天在白加士街看到太兴,也想再试试他们的味道。刚好是下午茶时段,店外摆放了相关套餐的菜单,30多元的下午茶餐跟周边的食店差不多。常餐丰富一点,但过几个小时要吃晚饭,还是吃一个轻盈一点的下午茶套餐。点了这个罗宋汤配四色卷差,但点完餐后等了差不多10分钟才送到。汤内放了点通心粉,吃完会饱肚点,但汤的浓度较低。至于四色卷,腐皮内包了点蟹柳和鱼肉,味道不过不失。较为特别是餐饮,选了咸柠水,味道带小咸,没有苦涩味,比传统的热饮好喝。

地方有啲骯髒,餐牌枱面都是「痴粒粒」的,坐得好唔放心。而且店內有啲亂。

相信大家去太興大多數是點燒味類的餐,畢竟是他們的主打。今次便想試試其他菜式是否一樣到水準,便點了一碗台南肉燥煎蛋飯。賣相一般,將肉燥拌飯後,頭幾口是不錯的。但之後便發現越來越油和咸原來肉燥的油全在碗底,結果碗底的飯都吃不了。而煎蛋是合格的,蛋黃8成熟,口感不錯。當天是打工仔食晏時段,與同事們一共5人,等大概5-10分鐘便可入坐。但只分配了一張4人枱,其中一邊要與另外2位同事迫著才勉強坐下,座位分配有待改善啊!

剛到該店進食,明明有吉位卻迫你同人搭檯,而且更沒有任何人服務! 看了5分鐘才有人,之後我說要叉燒燒鴨飯,那個女待應說要加$18。我問為什麼?原來有人唔識廣東話,把我講成叉燒燒腩飯,我話喺燒鴨!佢好差話:冇喎!我已經生氣得想走了!之後有個疑似經理說沒有燒鴨,有燒鵝!點解簡簡單單一餐飯要搞到咁複雜?已經非常不想食了!而且那經理的態度也異常惡劣!還警告我搞事!我覺得自己似喺大陸食緊嘢咁!香港服務業已經變成咁,唔怪之得外國遊客唔願意來。來了東西,根本就是燒鴨!燒鵝不是這樣味道!叉燒十分肥,不好吃。永遠都不會再來
