To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 可能我比較敏感,覺得店鋪有陣唔係幾好聞既氣味!佢比其他店舖係較為差
由于市场上有不少不选择,已经有一段长时间没帮襯这类传统茶餐厅吃东西了。今天在白加士街看到太兴,也想再试试他们的味道。
刚好是下午茶时段,店外摆放了相关套餐的菜单,30多元的下午茶餐跟周边的食店差不多。
常餐丰富一点,但过几个小时要吃晚饭,还是吃一个轻盈一点的下午茶套餐。
点了这个罗宋汤配四色卷差,但点完餐后等了差不多10分钟才送到。汤内放了点通心粉,吃完会饱肚点,但汤的浓度较低。至于四色卷,腐皮内包了点蟹柳和鱼肉,味道不过不失。
较为特别是餐饮,选了咸柠水,味道带小咸,没有苦涩味,比传统的热饮好喝。
賣相一般,將肉燥拌飯後,頭幾口是不錯的。但之後便發現越來越油和咸原來肉燥的油全在碗底,結果碗底的飯都吃不了。而煎蛋是合格的,蛋黃8成熟,口感不錯。
當天是打工仔食晏時段,與同事們一共5人,等大概5-10分鐘便可入坐。但只分配了一張4人枱,其中一邊要與另外2位同事迫著才勉強坐下,座位分配有待改善啊!
太興是以燒味聞名的茶餐廳,叉燒的質素自然有保證啦。看到有新的健康餐牌推出,便決定一試由營養師設計的特瘦叉燒飯,另外要了隨餐附送的熱檸檬水。
叉燒飯很快便送上來了,它和一般的太興叉燒飯是不同的。第一,燒味汁極少。第二,叉燒選用特瘦梅頭。第三,配菜較多,有白菜、黑木耳和小玉筍。
叉燒味道不錯,濃郁芳香。最大驚喜是口感,它不但腍軟,而且有嚼勁。雖然是瘦肉,但不會又乾又柴。
叉燒旁的白菜和黑木耳味道一般,吃起來沒有鮮味,也沒有予人清新爽脆的感覺。最差的是小玉筍,只有怪異的酸味,可能是放太久了。
最後喝熱檸檬水,在寒涼的雨天中暖暖身子。
總結來說,特瘦叉燒飯值得一試,但太興員工的服務態度差,沒有禮貌和耐性。
而且那經理的態度也異常惡劣!還警告我搞事!我覺得自己似喺大陸食緊嘢咁!香港服務業已經變成咁,唔怪之得外國遊客唔願意來。
來了東西,根本就是燒鴨!燒鵝不是這樣味道!叉燒十分肥,不好吃。
