To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 除咗快餐店之外，lunch係將軍澳真係好難搵位，惟有買外賣啦😒見太興唔多人，就叫左個乾炒牛河🍝，同埋煙三文魚菜粒炒飯🍚，午餐包2杯飲品，外賣加多$2，盛惠$128💰乾炒牛河$63👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻😑，超級多油，牛肉得3片，河粉痴埋一pat，而且仲好咸😫煙三文魚菜粒炒飯$63👌🏻，菜粒都好大粒吓😹，三文魚有少少，配料仲有蛋絲、肉絲、蟹料，炒飯炒得幾乾身，雖然都係油油地，但無乾炒牛河咁誇張囉⋯⋯

晚膳的時間也是頭痛的時間⏰也是常常為著要吃什麼晚膳而煩惱而這天經過調景嶺....看到這家座落在地鐵站附近的太興憶起自已也有接近半年沒吃過它了🙈於是這就決定了這晚晚膳的地點🤣可能是受到疫情的影響..現在晚上大多時間都不喜歡在餐廳吃所以這次點了外賣🥡1. 特搜叉燒飯 $72叉燒是比例均衡的「半肥瘦」質地表層塗上了一層紅色的叉燒醬加上甜甜的蜜汁🍯味道香甜🍭十分入味2. 凍奶茶🥤（跟餐+$3奶味比茶味重整體味道偏甜🍬題外話🤭🤭老實說......一直覺得它的餐廳「特搜」是錯字來著🤭不知道大家認同否？哈哈

星期日早一點外出隨便揀間連鎖店去食早餐。好耐無幫襯過，估唔到出左咁多罐頭賣，又奶茶，又湯，又餸菜。見到早餐都有10多樣選擇，而早餐相睇落都唔錯。1. 輕盈香辣肉碎札肉湯米粉，配太陽蛋多士及咖啡($38)，另一個同樣嘅早餐則轉了炒蛋。但兩份早餐上枱一刻真係嚇咗一跳佢碗米粉D 餸真係超級輕盈，同餐牌張相真係差好遠，估唔到集團式餐廳都可以咁中伏攪到個人都好無心情。多士只係烤一下，唔太脆，而炒蛋唔滑。多士一樣唔太脆，太陽蛋就一般。咖啡就普普通通。整體來講，太興早餐真係好一般，今次真係中伏了。

本人時常光顧太興，事源於今年九月中訂了一個六位盆菜，於農曆八月十五晚上在將軍澳景嶺路都會駅分店自取。於當晚取了盆菜後回家才發覺所有食物完全是冰凍的，好像在雪櫃取出一樣。後來致電都會駅分店問過了解，但分行經理解釋食物凍是正常。但是食物一點暖都沒有，蠔面表面還有少許冰，本人非常不認同他們的解釋！因為以前我也曾經光顧太興買過盆菜（樂富分店)，但都不是冰凍盆菜。我對太興非常非常失望！以後我不會再光顧太興！
