百年老店當然唔洗我幫手做宣傳,係我lee d 街客怕冇位就真,當日早上訂12:30的枱,佢哋安排咗個有間隔嘅卡位俾我哋,正!今日繼續低碳飲食,叫咗鹹牛脷、羅宋湯、周打魚湯、瑞士雞翼、乾炒牛河、啫喱。用咗啲quota去食兩啖暖笠笠嘅餐包,真係要一上枱就食,之後放咗一陣再食已經開始硬。鹹牛脷非常腍,配菜簡單,貼地窩心的一道菜。炒河配余均益辣椒醬,河粉冇碎唔太油,小朋友食咗大半碟👍 瑞士雞翼脹卜卜,有焦香味,expectedly good. 周打魚湯比想像中鹹香,配餐包啱啱好,最後嘅鮮綠色啫喱加花奶係兒時回憶嘅重點,在昏黃燈光及木裝潢中像綠寶石。staff 上菜速度頗快,同我哋傾有講,餐廳到一點已經座無虛席,很高興見到老店能夠有活力地承傳落去。

訂咗枱,樓下侍應叫我哋上咗1樓,1樓既侍應又叫返我哋落地下。安排混亂要客人又上又落,係等一個扣分位置。到可以坐低後,又出現第二個扣分位。發現餐紙巾上有竟然飯粒🤢,即係話侍應見到餐紙冇表面污糟就冇重新換過,留俾下一枱客。依種衛生程度接受唔到。瑞士汁乾炒牛河係招牌菜,係幾特別。同普通乾炒牛河唔同,汁同河內分開炒。瑞士汁唔會偏甜,同河粉撈完後都幾掛汁。牛肉冧滑,唔會韌。前豬扒牛舌飯(黑椒味) 咸牛舌炆得好腍,黑椒味係港式味道。不過賣相唔係太吸引。兩個牛餐都係正常發揮,高級版茶餐廳,而且份量可能對男士唔夠。喺香港已經唔多傳統懷舊嘅西餐廳,太平館有幾間分店所有嘅舖位都係以前買落,成本已經大大減低。希望可以請多啲員工。因為樓下就得一個侍應,又要上1樓攞飲品又要顧前台,埋單又要上返1樓。見到都辛苦。。

喺香港已經唔多傳統懷舊嘅西餐廳,太平館有幾間分店所有嘅舖位都係以前買落,成本已經大大減低。希望可以請多啲員工。
因為樓下就得一個侍應,又要上1樓攞飲品又要顧前台,埋單又要上返1樓。見到都辛苦。。

睇到有啲留言話侍應服務態度欠佳,但本人親身堂食發現服務十分周到,沒有遇到其他留言所講的不禮貌對待,他們都十分有禮貌和十分殷勤,不時還會問你有什麼需要幫忙,另外我叫了一個疏乎厘,他們都會就着你用餐的時間來上甜品。另外,餐廳是可以訂位的,但時間只限於晚上六時半之前。至於食物方面,食物質素正常,沒有失望。價錢略貴,但這也是可以理解的,始終係老牌餐廳。推薦的食物有乾炒牛河,燒乳鴿,焗飯和疏乎厘,這些食物都是不錯的。

呢個係我最期待嘅雞肝連心臟!喺佐敦嗰間食過之後就勁喜歡!因為唔多地方有得食雞肝而且連埋心臟嘅內臟!而家有陣時返大陸食嗰啲雞都俾佢抽起晒啲內臟㗎嘛🥺

佢個炸乳鴿都非常之咁好味!乳鴿好大隻,炸得個皮好金黃色好靚!但係啲肉油非常之滑捋捋超正呀
整體而言服務質素非常之好,勁鍾意嗰個老伯伯好可愛
環境質素都非常靚仔!不過其實就真係價錢太貴唔係太值得🙈

總括:價錢唔貴($82)味道好好,環境都合理,同朋友食飯吹水都好合適,侍應好有親切感,性價比好高。

呢間嘢屹立多年由細細個到而家都有幫襯過遺憾地水準一路下滑不過呢度嘅裝修真係好有feel真係帶返好多以前嘅回憶提一提呢度好多以前特色菜已經唔好食得個燒豬髀都仲食得落下啲餐包,紅湯已經唔係以前嗰回事牛扒就唔建議食肉質唔係咁好同埋好多筋叫佢整五成,佢整咗三成所以如果唔鍾意太生嘅朋友建議試吓7×可能變咗啱啱好跟餐個甜品都唔係好得😣不過杯咖啡就幾好飲🤣我覺得如果過嚟食下午茶飲吓咖啡就OK 今次冇食到瑞士雞翼下次再試吓總結呢度啲嘢唔係特別平真係食懷舊風希望水準改返好啲🙏唔好嘥咗個地方

近來食左幾次太平館,但係感覺總係覺得同以前有少少差距,今日就俾我寫一次良心食評。太平館嘅午餐都算中上價錢,大部份未加一前都超過$100,所以都會有少少期望㗎。我覺得成餐飯最好係杯茶和餐包,忌廉湯比以前稀左好多,好少配料。意粉完全冇味,另外,石班塊較為鹹😭不過,粟米汁好好食。最後,餐飲我選擇熱咖啡。可惜,咖啡有點苦,我覺得同樣嘅咖啡,UCC好飲好多😭其實我早前已經試過食太平館嘅瑞士汁牛河、豬扒牛脷飯等等,可惜都覺得水準同以前有少少差距,我下次試吓第二間分店,看看有沒有改善啦。
