懶惰二人組同大家一齊去食下經典既餐廳啦! 今次我地黎到佐敦既「#太平館餐廳 」!

今次我哋叫咗一個$265套餐-《瑞士雞翼餐 Set C 》。套餐已連餐湯或者沙律,有超級經典既瑞士雞翼三隻﹑一份牛脷飯﹑一杯飲品同埋一個甜品。我哋亦另外單點了焗蟹蓋 ($170)。


《海龍皇湯 Sea Food Soup 》
湯質地十分濃稠,而且味超濃郁🍤🦐。鹹香得來有少少酸酸地嘅味道,都幾開胃。而且都幾大碗喎,兩個人share都可以分到每人一小碗。跟餐湯配既餐包鬆軟,搽上牛油好好食😋

經典嘅 #瑞士汁雞翼 又點可以唔食呢?瑞士汁嘅典故我哋唔喺度多講,有興趣嘅朋友自己去科普一下或者去佢哋餐廳睇吓佢嘅餐牌介紹啦🤣!

味道真係比較Sweet Sweet!甚至係甜到我哋覺得有少少苦味?可能係啲豉油焦糖化咗。不過見到成隻雞翼都黑黑的,你可以想像到,係煮到有幾腍同埋入味!

《岑味牛脷飯 Salmis Ox-tongue with Rice》
唔知點解見到個汁裏面嗰幾塊蘑菇,就已經覺得好好食😂即刻勾起細個食鐵板餐加燒汁嘅感覺!味道算係比較香濃。牛脷煮到十分腍,雖然佢有一定厚度,但係切痴落去都唔硬,而係一切即開!飯有炒香但味道比較淡,不過配埋啲醬汁就啱啱好!

《焗蟹蓋》 $170
呢個都係經典菜式,將蟹肉同蛋漿等材料拌在一起,再釀回蟹蓋焗。唔好睇佢上枱細細個蟹蓋,但都焗到金黃色。每匙都係一絲絲既蟹肉,同其他店舖嘅焗蟹蓋相比,比較乾身,不過味道亦都唔錯!就算放耐咗,食落去都幾好味。😋

甜品可以選雪糕﹑椰汁奶凍或 啫喱。我地就要左一球雪糕~係雲呢拿味。細細球咁作為今餐既結尾。

💚環境就係復古嘅港式餐廳,喺裏面你絕對可以搵返老香港嘅情懷。啡橙米色tone牆紙,壁燈,相框等。一切都停留喺香港最美好嘅時。
💛服務方面,職員好,十分殷勤,亦都會同食客互動,叫一份餐 主動拎個碗仔俾我地分湯

之前同老細嚟過呢度食一次就鍾意佢嗰啲內臟!好少地方有得食,而且整滷水又好味今次一坐低即刻嗌咗先,因為知道要時間去整,而且好肚餓 淨係食咗早餐之後就四點先食今次係下午茶時間所以有下午茶!因為下午茶抵好多,所以嗌咗個羅宋湯牛肉通粉,幾好味 不過佢啲牛肉係茶餐廳嗰啲醃過梳打粉嘅牛肉滷水雞腎同樣連埋心臟,不過感覺質素下降咗,細細粒細細粒散修修 份量亦都好似冇之前咁足 個碟都換咗其實而家好多餐廳都會咁。唔知係咪要節省成本。🥹個湯就好好味啦 亦都都有蔬菜雜菜講起蔬菜,因為超想食菜,所以覺得好貴之下都$80嗌咗碟酒油嘅白灼,時菜菜心 好腍好好味 係貴啲滷水雞翼都係細隻咗,明明記得上次印象中好大隻,今次就好肚餓嘅話唔會食得好飽不過服務同環境依然係非常之好如果係呢個價錢就唔係好值得喇

*煙肉炒雜菜就ok啦,味道一般, 勝在有些蔬菜可以在中段中和下!

*乾炒牛河比想像中失色,味道和質感都好一般,沒有太大特別!
*反而個烚咸牛脷飯就有少少驚喜,牛脷好腍,而且又有鮮咸味,配白飯不錯!

*黑加侖子啫哩就落得太多魚膠粉,太過煙韌啦,但加返啲花奶一齊食,就有番啲難忘嘅懷舊味道,尚可!

一個**燒豬髀餐**: 羅宋湯(連牛油餐包)、 燒豬髀 、包甜品及咖啡或茶。
(價值$194 for one person)

*反而我最喜歡這裡的羅宋湯,材料與味道都恰到好處,值得推介!

*燒豬髀肉質好腍,但味道跟其他招牌菜味道差不多,都是甜鼓油味!


最後,當然是戲玉啦! 我們的「經典特大梳乎厘」送到! 個梳乎里發起來大過我們每一個人頭, 而且脹脹鬆鬆軟軟的,很吸睛,看見都很開心! 而且味道又不太甜,所以啱曬口味,不夠3分鐘,全個清曬,哈哈!


總括而言,太平館這間老牌餐廳依然能保持固有嘅中式西餐口味,仍然有一班捧場客支持,都值得開心! 雖然小妹覺得整體都是一般,但勝在有人情味,所以仍希望可以繼續保存到這些僅有的香港懷舊人情味!

來到牛脷文同豬脾安都來食飯既元祖佐敦 #太平館 ,當然要食返條岑味牛脷,岑味意思係用鴿肝煮成既汁醬,出面好難搵地方食到,係非一般手工菜,大大份一碟三件,剛好同朋友w及c瓜分跟住要試既係瑞士汁雞翼,又係招牌菜,味道信心保證👍再食埋焗葡國雞飯,呢道應該要改名做焗葡國肥雞飯,件件雞🐔都肥底,但肥既程度又可以接受。好彩無叫到雪山梳乎厘,眼見其他枱上菜人頭咁大個,我地一行三人食完主菜已經無胃攝甜品喇!🫢🫢

經常從朋友口中聽到這間百年歷史的懷舊港式西餐廳「太平館餐廳」,今天終於有機會試到各款招牌美食,一進去就覺得有一種重拾那些年舊香港的情懷。太平館燒乳鴿 (HKD160) 會將乳鴿先生炸,令外皮香脆之餘又帶有光澤,乳鴿肉質鮮嫩,再配上太平館古法秘製醬汁,色香味美。太平館干炒牛河 (HKD133) 跟平常在外面吃的干炒牛河與別不同,以太平館自家製之醬汁再配上鮮嫩的牛肉,每條河粉都色澤均勻,而且彈牙,醬汁不會過多而搶了牛肉的味道,亦不會太少而令河粉味道不一。盡顯炒河粉的火喉十足,令干炒牛河變得不平凡。太平館焗梳乎厘 (HKD152) 是今餐最期待的一道打卡招牌甜品!這是最傳統的梳乎厘做法,主材料就是雞蛋,即叫即焗,未上碟已經聞到陣陣蛋香。上碟時更加有驚喜,黃金色巨型的梳乎厘,外型十分可愛。外面帶有微微焦香,𥚃面是充滿蛋香,像泡泡般的梳乎厘入口軟綿綿,很快就在口中溶化,香濃幼滑的蛋味在口腔中停留,配上脆皮吃,這種強烈的口感對比,令人心情開朗。這𥚃還有很多招牌菜未能一一盡試,但從同行友人口中得知,有很多都很好吃。太平館瑞士雞翼、懷舊煙䱽魚、烚鹹牛脷、焗蟹蓋都是推介!

很久以前來過嘗試這裏的瑞士雞翼和乾炒牛河,兩款都是遠近馳名的菜色,但因為已經過了很久,味道已經忘記了,這次再來太平館,看見它的餐牌不算便宜,還需要+1服務費,香港這個價錢感覺還有很多好的選擇,但朋友選擇一場來到就回味一下,我點了 #岑味牛脷飯,醬汁真是不錯,特製的肉醬醬汁配搭入口即溶的牛脷,加上粒粒分明的炒飯,非常有驚喜,還點了接近$20一隻的招牌 #瑞士雞翼 (心想雞翼這價錢真的很貴),原來這個瑞士汁真的很有層次,而且還有煙燻的味道,真的不是一般的瑞士汁~ 令我都想自己調校這個味道~ 還有這裏經典的特大 #疏乎厘 感覺到被其他餐廳出色 👍🏻真的要為他點讚,原來他的價錢不只是吃懷舊,真的值得一試!
