今次嘗試了一個四人餐,份量足夠六個女士享用,每人也不用一百五十港元,非常抵食!

這個套餐包括了:蟹肉竹笙燴生翅、香茜梅子燒米鴨半隻、鳳凰蟹肉炒長遠、蒜香金沙焗生蝦、田園翠綠蔬,以及鮮陳水檸蒸烏頭一條 ,非常豐富 。


蟹肉竹笙燴生翅口感十足,竹笙爽脆蟹肉亦非常多 。

香茜梅子燒米鴨值得推介,鴨肉不酥皮帶脆,半隻份量亦非常多,可能是因為鴨較為大隻吧!六個人只食了差不多一半 ,已經很飽 。

鳳凰蟹肉炒長遠,可能你會問什麼是「長遠」?原來是粉絲。雖然只是一個簡單的菜式,是雞蛋蟹肉炒粉絲,但炒得不油不膩,非常美味呢!

蒜香金沙焗生蝦,有點像鹹蛋炒鮮蝦,差點連蝦殼也吃埋呢 。

鮮陳水檸蒸烏頭必定一試,烏頭冇泥味,肉質爽滑,一條份量足夠六個人食呢!

本來很好的一餐飯被位於門口安排入座的侍應破壞了氣氛,留港消費真的太天真了。  一行5人與回港渡假的弟婦、姪女和老爸一起吃飯聚聚,但被安排入座的侍應多加刁難下令美食當前都未能盡慶。 事源太太跟弟婦和姪女於晚上5:30先抵酒樓,當時全酒樓仍有很多吉枱,但取枱期間指未齊人須坐4人枱加一坐位,或以在等齊人後以6人茶錢給妳們一張大少少的枱。 我們看不見酒樓有任何規條告示,但此侍應則堅持這樣處理。最後我們一肚氣都維持4人枱加一個椅子來坐5人。 雖然食品質素保持,但價錢已每款$120 左右,整餐飯連馬拉糕甜品都差唔多$900, 但對此侍應來說根本不稀罕,因此真的不再推薦、建議或再去此酒樓,酒樓的枱留給這位侍應自己吃飯吧。

Other Info. : 差劣的入座安排,慶幸當中餐桌服務的侍應都認同一家人外出食飯應有較舒適的環境去吃飯,且酒樓亦不是客滿。據了解該處理入座的侍應是只招呼熟客及給她利是的客人。 香港的飲食業就是給這些人攬壞了。

講真,這是傳統嘅酒樓。相信不少年輕人都未試過,亦冇興趣試😅。不過,舊有舊酒樓特色嘅,的確有唔少傳統野可以試試,例如,豬潤燒賣,魚雲等等。

講到美道,我試過幾款點心,我就覺得麻麻。帶返個頭盔先,我唔係咩金舌頭,我只係一個鐘意食野嘅大肚腩,唔係難食就咩都試下。我覺得傳統就傳統啦,係感覺有d唔同嘅,不過味道好普通,唔吸引。如果大家想懷舊一番都可以試試。

大榮華酒樓真係細細個就成日同屋企人嚟食,以正宗圍村菜和自家製點心出名。隔咗10幾年,到我帶返屋企人嚟食。老闆推薦咗當日菜式,魚下巴同埋燒鴨,另外仲點咗焗魚腸、炒菜、豆腐煲,我覺得全部不過不失。到大榮華當然要食豬油撈飯,係屋企人嘅係回憶,細個覺得好多油唔敢食,依家大個咗一試原來真係好鮮味。最後叫咗馬拉糕同水晶餃,奶黃配軟糯的馬拉糕皮,甜而不膩,好好食!食物唔算好出色,但價錢親民而且係老店,都值得一去啊!

我們一行八人 ,到元朗的大榮華酒樓午膳 ,仲見到滔滔喺度同 直客social,而家大榮華酒樓,好似只淨返呢一間,其他都已經結業。我們很肚餓,叫了很多點心,有椒鹽九肚魚, 豬手,胡椒鹹菜豬肚, 茶果,蘿蔔糕 ,茄子,鳳爪,鴨腳扎,蝦餃,燒賣,叉燒包,魷魚,牛肉 ,鮮竹卷, 釀矮瓜等等....這裏還有很多懷舊點心,例如大包,豬肚燒賣,鵪鶉蛋燒賣等等,好可惜今日大包已經賣曬,另外想食他的臘味煲仔飯,可惜也售罄 ,下次要早一點來先先可以試試了。這間酒樓的點心味道不錯,保持水準,入開元朗一定要試試。

今日同家人入元朗整野,遠望看到酒樓外觀覺得有特式,然後我哥話30年前食過🤣 入到去先慢慢睇下其他食評,好似好壞參半,但因為太餓又好耐無飲茶,終於瘋狂畫點心!而有好多懷舊點心出面都開始沒了。叫了很多款,可惜是沒有蒸腸粉,原來蒸腸粉要11點前🥲終是叫了煎的!也是不錯~整體有幾樣我覺得都有驚喜,其中一樣是水餃..一粒是巨大等於平日的三粒!而且一碗有5粒😍料都是滿滿足料!另下豬紅也是不錯,韮菜也剛剛好不會老💓燒賣也是啖啖肉,不會太多但也不老,也很大粒。蒜蓉蒸魷魚!有驚喜記得試試~鮮竹卷超飽肚!料太結實🤣但是好味啦~其實我中我想試吓雞包仔,但真的太飽了。最後三人吃了435。

黑雨後要出街放一放電,就諗起大榮華,去到冇乜人等位,可能要處理家中水浸問題,我們很幸運沒有大礙,只見滔哥精神奕奕到每枱吹下水,提議我們食叉燒和燒鵝,但係已經太遲叉燒賣晒,但整體嘢食還是係可以的,入元朗的朋友,可以去飲個茶食個雞球大包。
