今日突然間想去一間老牌酒樓-大榮華酒樓平時一直都會同埋屋企人一齊嚟,礙於政府發出嘅限聚令關係,只能兩人一台,唯有同男朋友自己撐枱腳啦。不嬲都係鍾意黎開啲老牌酒樓,但係今日嚟到嗰時,一樓果層冇開,唔知係唔係冷氣壞咗,所以叫晒所有人上2樓飲茶。第一次上黎2樓,覺得環境麻麻地,不過都算係衛生嘅,可能平時去開一樓度飲所以反差有啲大。(一樓嗰度係有裝修幾靚嘅)咁今日就叫返平時會食果幾種點心嚟食啦,一食就知出事,啲嘢食大部份都唔夠熱,仲有啲凍添。同埋啲質素都有少少偏差,唔知係唔係因為個廚房平時喺樓下,拎咗啲嘢食上嚟就變咗有啲唔係咁好食😂😂如果俾我揀多次,我會等佢一樓開返先再去飲,因為質素真係爭好遠😭

最後當然來個馬拉糕甜點,軟熟奶香。它比其他酒樓馬拉糕不同之處是有層次。在每一層面粉中間夾一層奶黃漿,要相當多時間逐層逐層蒸。面粉份量聰明,剛剛好。

在大榮華吃飯,廚房班底都是內行精英,每人都各有轉長。起菜速度奇快,基本半小時內一定上菜。 樓面三張枱一個侍應負責,骨碟換得勤快。經理也多在背後監察,根本就是酒店級服務。

吃大榮華要人多才有快感。
二人吃,肚量淺,不能盡情地吃。

同屋企人補慶祝父親節,就岀遠左少少,約埋啲親戚一齊食飯。因為老一輩既人都係中意係茶樓叫中菜食,所以我地都叫左啲普普通通,岩佢地口味既菜。豆豉辣椒炒油麥菜岀面食既果然夠曬鑊氣,還好的是吾係太油。肉碎四季豆依個菜係我既my favourite,淨係食依個已經夠我送矖成個飯!炒蝦個蝦就真係太油喇,搞到個蝦既鮮味都冇曬,同埋份量又少。話說依到既叉燒好食,又吾係話好好食,不過就真係厚切叉燒,吾算太入味,但肥瘦恰宜。

好耐無入黎元朗想試一試呢度既點心,嘩。。。比起出面既酒樓,真係可以考慮唔洗黎食,反而之前黎食晚飯重好。相都唔想影不過既然係寫食評,分享下都應該既豉汁蒸排骨~肉質嚡到無朋友。鮮竹牛肉~嘩。。鮮竹都可以好似曬乾左咁,牛肉直情係實到好似要練牙力咁。香煎腸粉~上枱都幾靚既,可惜又係粉厚,唔好食。豉汁蒸鳳爪~都唔錯既,味道適中,又唔會太乾身。奶黃馬拉糕~係仍然保持水準之作,入口軟綿綿,唔太甜。P.S 元朗應該有其他酒樓好食過佢,呢度留番食晚飯先黎

好耐無入黎元朗想試一試呢度既點心,

望到支油既時候我承認我有幾分既罪惡感,心諗成支油就咁倒落D飯到實肥死啦
不過一人世物一世,咩都要試下嫁。
一開始輕輕落左少少油同豉油,發覺無咩味。

大約係呢個份量,我唔想回想自己落左幾多,但落口真係岩岩好。
有豉油既咸,豬油既香。
我眨下眼已經勁快食左一碗(我平時大約食半碗飯)。
不過小食多滋味,始終係高脂肪食物,都係少食為妙。

總括而言,初嘗圍頭菜既感覺都良好。
相信有機會我都會再返黎食,因為佢茶式都好多,仲有好多野都要試一試。
Other Info. : 話說雞蛋焗魚腸上菜個陣,朋友仔講左句「呢味不得了呀」。 傳菜姐姐覆我地話「識貨呀!」XD
