This is a popular restaurant that served few old fashioned dishes.Came on a Sat and brought my friend from USA to try the restaurant. We had 8 people in total and booked for 20:00, we didn’t need to wait and got our table right away. 新年第一餐開年飯,上次去元朗分店還不錯,今次約返市區九龍灣,地點較為方便 今次同行7個人,一人點一個菜,大家沒有夾過,竟然3位朋友都揀左同芋頭有關的菜第1味菜,先上桂花雞,雞肉很滑亦入味第2味菜,花膠雞絲魚肚羹,配料充足,對得起價錢。主菜來了,3樣同芋頭有關的菜第3味菜,荔芋油鴨煲,煲的汁整得幾好,很適合配上這裡的豬油飯或白飯第4味菜,家鄉蒸芋泥,整得都幾有層次,外面芋頭爽脆而底層鬆軟入味但最後3味菜,開始有點失望第5味菜,金沙焗鮮魷,咸蛋味做得很好,但是鮮魷不夠脆,太軟第6味菜,韭菜花菜焗魚腸,餡料充足,但煎的脆度差少少,顯得蛋漿比餡料更多,食下去很飽第7味菜,臘味粒煎泥芋餅,同樣情況出現在這道菜身上,餡料不錯,但脆度都是差少少,蛋漿很厚。今晚這餐,比我感覺有點虎頭蛇尾,希望下次能再次嘗到好的煎餅。

與家人共聚吃飯總是走著中菜路線,大家圍枱共享,感覺更為親近,樂也融融 平日每每提著要嚐鮮,要有新意,即使是飲茶小會亦想去未曾吃過的店家 先前路過見到大榮華圍村菜的招牌,大榮華一名吸引我們注意,即是韜韜在元朗開那家? 確實如此,而且九龍灣分店已經開業逾十年,但地理位置並非我們常走的道路而已 誤以為店址不顯眼就沒有預先訂座,失敗;知客其實幾親切,好似街坊咁提我地下次早訂 好在最後我們只等了十多分鐘就有位,座位有少許窄使,不過不打緊,重點只是相聚一刻 一般飲茶見有的款式均齊全,驟眼望落都過七十款;茶位費每人$8,另計加一 首發蒜茸蒸鮮魷 $29意外地味清而簡單,蒜香溫和無辣嗆,甚至略嫌淡口 只是厚薄合宜的鮮魷帶嫩腍肉感,吃起來略有彈性亦頗好嚼 還有綿身吸汁的豆卜相伴,不過對比之下,酸醋鮮魷會開胃好吃得多 百花釀魚肚 $34也是難得的清新,不過有點文不對題,那是分離的蒸而不是釀 加入蝦膠多一分彈身帶甜的食味,魚肚細件腍綿帶少許膠質 以雜豆點綴,只是沒有太大特色加成,實在平平無奇可跳過 咖喱牛筋肚 $29聞落重咖哩香,不過明顯有粉感,吃到最後甚至帶苦 就著用料方面又沒有太大問題,牛筋透亮

與家人共聚吃飯總是走著中菜路線,大家圍枱共享,感覺更為親近,樂也融融
平日每每提著要嚐鮮,要有新意,即使是飲茶小會亦想去未曾吃過的店家
先前路過見到大榮華圍村菜的招牌,大榮華一名吸引我們注意,即是韜韜在元朗開那家?
確實如此,而且九龍灣分店已經開業逾十年,但地理位置並非我們常走的道路而已

誤以為店址不顯眼就沒有預先訂座,失敗;知客其實幾親切,好似街坊咁提我地下次早訂
好在最後我們只等了十多分鐘就有位,座位有少許窄使,不過不打緊,重點只是相聚一刻
一般飲茶見有的款式均齊全,驟眼望落都過七十款;茶位費每人$8,另計加一

首發蒜茸蒸鮮魷 $29意外地味清而簡單,蒜香溫和無辣嗆,甚至略嫌淡口
只是厚薄合宜的鮮魷帶嫩腍肉感,吃起來略有彈性亦頗好嚼
還有綿身吸汁的豆卜相伴,不過對比之下,酸醋鮮魷會開胃好吃得多

百花釀魚肚 $34也是難得的清新,不過有點文不對題,那是分離的蒸而不是釀
加入蝦膠多一分彈身帶甜的食味,魚肚細件腍綿帶少許膠質
以雜豆點綴,只是沒有太大特色加成,實在平平無奇可跳過

咖喱牛筋肚 $29聞落重咖哩香,不過明顯有粉感,吃到最後甚至帶苦
就著用料方面又沒有太大問題,牛筋透亮腍身微黏,而牛肚彈身且不膻又無異味
若然沒有那咖哩汁醬,以清燉方式烹調,食味必定好多了

當歸豬手 $29終於回歸正路合意的表現水平,確實有當歸的藥材苦香
豬手外皮腍身重膠質,小巧又不油膩,不用蘸點任何醬汁調味已經足夠
見無伏之餘還得一致好評,本想多點一份,但一場來到,嚐鮮更加重要

煎釀系列另可選茄子底,但家人擔心茄子易煮爛易中伏,因此點選煎釀青椒 $25
釀餡飽滿,沒有偷工減料,一如意料的油光沒有阻礙我們的進度,指望焦香及食味搭救
不腥不霉,做到基本的略帶彈牙,青椒水分充足之餘仍帶微爽,未有過份軟爛

香口而略帶焦感的家鄉煎藕餅 $19厚薄合宜,無疑是我們一致認同的好物
煎香的表面不會泛油過火,至少未到想同吸油紙先抹面再入口的地步
調味點到即止,又有著藕餅的脆條嚼感,不怕粉糊腍爛,又是無醬亦無礙

上湯魚滑鮮竹卷 $25以湯品浸著主角,如同估計會比較少滯感,不過又迎來其他問題
魚滑餡不算豐潤,來得韌實,而且此時味道帶微腥,不及之前煎香過的魚餡
至於上湯本味則不在我們嚐鮮範圍之內,畢竟鮮竹卷的油份會外滲入湯

元朗小籠包 $25與我們一直吃到的傳統製法截然不同,竟以水晶皮為包裹肉餡
頗有粉果的樣子,只是小籠包不帶最讓人期待的湯汁,肉餡倒是豐盛足料
欠缺小籠包的特色,就算感覺新奇也無法彌補,不如改名算了吧

潮州粉果 $19外皮煙韌,不會太易糊爛漿口,厚度加持下亦未有穿透
內餡說不上非常飽滿,吃著頗油,幸好調味得當,鹹中帶甜,不會濃重難當
儘管如此,對比起上一款小籠包,我寧願吃粉果,起碼質感食味正路相襯

雞絲粉卷 $25有幾分似包餡腸粉,雞肉餡紥實帶甜,偶爾吃到脂肪粒徒添咬口
粉卷外皮表面放至略乾且帶黏,下層浸到少許油份水分則見濕潤,對比之下易斷裂
既然如此,吃腸粉或者雞球大包倒會比較合意,至少表現大抵相對這款為佳

香煎蝦米腸 $29就當是一般豬腸粉對待罷了,沒多少蝦米,亦沒多少蔥花
泛油是常識吧?我們已經看透了這個事實,趁熱食時保有焦香及點點韌度就可忽略油膩
簡簡單單澆上豉油相伴就好,要不蘸點甜醬及花生醬,濃味惹味,但當然膩得多

懷舊必選的雞球大包 $29,原本沒有填單點選,但當一督實物後便忍不住招手要一份
厚身大包甜綿合宜,內邊吸汁又不會濕得過爛,加上包身本偏乾,這樣就來得適度
餡料多樣而紥實,調味帶甜更順口,所以說想吃雞肉餡,大包比起粉卷對路好多

香滑麻蓉包 $25實在談不上是香滑,亦無此需要,吃麻蓉就是為其沙脆顆粒感
吃到最後依然一籠三件,包身不會太厚皮,鬆綿帶微甜但偏乾
餡料紥實香甜,不能稱其油膩難當,反而覺得乾身,太易漿口涸喉
視之為甜點確是我的過失,明明甜品糖水一欄有難得一遇的心水麥米粥啊

今日放假,冇乜嘢做呀!突然間想去飲茶,就去咗大榮華飲茶。兩個人,叫咗四個點心,一碟炒麵。都好飽㗎啦!如叫多樣就飽到上心口。環境方面,空調就真係唔夠凍,坐喺度都仲要開風扇吹。服務方面,開頭就都有差,帶位嘅時候黑哂面,之後就感覺得冇乜特別。食物方面,算抵食下午茶點心即叫即蒸魚肉燒賣王,最啱我唔食得蝦!圍村小籠包,其實即係粉果皮小籠包餡。香煎西刀魚餅,食落去即係泰式魚餅。黑椒肉眼筋炒麵,肉眼筋比想像中硬咗少少!香煎蝦米腸幾好味,份量都大碟!

今晚9個人,食咗1500元,包括豬肺湯,蝦,烏頭,盤菜豬肉,豆腐肉碎,鴨胸拼乳豬,鮮淮山木耳百合,一隻雞,豬油撈飯,紫薯壽飽,之前以為好好食,但是真的很失望,除了豬肺湯外,所有餸菜都是一般,很多大牌檔都好味過,嗰個豬油撈飯,一啲豬油香味都冇,我都唔明有咩咁特別,條烏頭浸到鞋哂
