週六返半晝,放工經過見到荃灣原來都有台灣麵嘅分店,印象中佢哋嘅食物質素唔錯,價廉物美,決定喺到食個午餐。嚟到嘅時候已經係下晝兩點,餐廳門口依然人頭湧湧,還好唔算等得耐,大概十分鐘左右就可以入座。食物選擇幾多,主食亦有唔同嘅配搭,我最鍾意佢嘅雙併餐,一個價錢可以一邊揀飯一邊揀麵,唔使心大心細。最先送上嘅係肉燥時菜,配搭嘅係油麥菜,肉燥味道香濃,加入肉鬆令口感層次更豐富,非常百搭。花枝丸外皮炸得酥脆,入口口感彈牙,而且仲加入花枝粒增加口感,味道鮮甜,沾上偏甜嘅醬汁令鮮味更突出。鹽酥雞外脆內軟,酥脆嘅外皮底下係鮮嫩嘅雞肉,而且非常多汁,配上輕量嘅椒鹽更香口惹味。先生嗌嘅紅燒牛肉麵湯底微辣,味道香濃,牛肉夠哂軟腍入味,配上彈牙嘅麵條,質素唔錯。比較貪心嘅我揀咗雙排雙格餐,一邊同先生嘅選擇一樣,係紅燒牛肉麵,而另一邊就係滷肉蛋肉燥飯,肉燥香濃多汁,撈飯一流,滷水蛋亦非常入味。滷肉半肥瘦,雖然唔算非常軟滑,但勝在夠厚身,而且滷得夠入味。珍珠奶茶奶味香濃,而且唔會過甜,珍珠亦非常煙韌,質素唔錯。餐廳雖然開喺地鐵站附近,但價錢相當公道,叫多幾道小食亦唔會心痛,而且質素唔錯,難怪成兩點都咁多人等位!

其實尼間台灣麵係除左唔駛等都有位坐,地方叫大大地,岩一家大細尼食之外(因為通常都要搵位擺野)。如果拍拖就一定唔會尼食,野食麻麻、味道又麻麻(食到無胃口,唔知食緊乜)。只不過係屋企人多,有時行完街攞住好多野先唔想諗,貪佢就腳。.食左甘多次,真係諗唔到有咩飯麵餐值得推介。平時都係叫雞脾肉操飯或者滷蛋豆腐肉操麵,其實味道係好普通,好似整定左擺好耐,又唔新鮮,又唔夠熱。湯底又唔香,菜亦是涼涼地。相對有些小店仲好食過尼間。但一大班家人,想求其就係甘上下。反而小食相對上好d花枝丸係ok嘅。另外小食可叫青瓜我都覺得開胃嘅。

今次揀咗A.香酥雞腿肉燥飯+B.韮菜肉雲吞乾拌麵。雞腿🍗真係成隻劈三嚿咁上,連埋肉燥飯喺底,份量好足!另一邊三隻韮菜餃雖然唔可以話好大隻,乾拌麵亦唔算好多,但整體嚟講兩邊加埋個份量都係中上同埋味道都good!👍🏻


建議比較大食嘅話最好就咪揀晒兩邊都係麵底,如果唔係就有機唔夠食。

最近,真是迷上台灣菜!相隔幾年,經過此店,就入黎朝聖下!叫左AB餐:香蘇雞腿新竹米粉拼椒鹽排骨關廟麵,食肉獸一定要這樣拼才物超所值!雞腿🍗是用薄薄的麵粉包住去炸,香脆又不柴,而且有肉汁,一點都不乾!椒鹽排骨真是啖啖肉,一點肥膏都冇,正!而且,米粉和麵的份量是好多,細食的真是可以分享一下變成二人餐!另外,叫左兩個手撕雞米線拼貢肉和豬頸肉!而且,加4元就可以將米線轉成米粉!呢間店的飲品只要加少少錢就可以轉台式飲品,如珍珠奶茶!今次就叫左薑母奶茶,微微的薑母不會蓋過奶茶☕️的味道!如果冬天飲,更加是暖粒粒!

我們各自叫雙排雙格餐,朋友最想試牛肉麵,湯有淡淡藥膳味,牛肉很軟腍入味,完全不痴牙;牛筋亦煮得很軟很Q。麵條份量剛剛好,彈牙不掛汁,所以不會好快飽肚😋讚!

但肉燥飯相對失色,肉燥份量有點少,味道不像台灣,反而似港式風味。肉燥亦偏碎和瘦,食落健康啲。豆腐亦用了少少胡椒粉調味,所以仍食得出豆腐的香

諗吾到食咩晚餐,選擇左呢間台灣面,亦都係我地第一次食呢間,甘坐底左當然要嗌個招牌紅燒牛肉面先啦,好快就有得食。試左佢個湯,個湯雖然有點鹹,但牛肉好冧,啲牛上面有好多筋位,好正。同埋個面都值得讚下,超級好彈牙!!🥰🥰另外都嗌左個小食 ,就係滷水拼盤,入面有豬耳,豬頸肉,滷蛋,滷豆干,雞腎,雞奕等等。個滷味感覺冇咩特別,但另上個個汁幾好吾錯,好香。另外嗌左杯百香果紅茶,跟餐都係加3蚊咋,好抵。。好飲
