(2024-04)德興隆豆腐 真係由細食到大 以前間中都會去食碗豆腐花 搬咗之後就好少去囉 今次帶埋儍爸嚟食碗香滑石磨豆腐花 德興隆豆腐鋪屹立北角馬寶道超過 60 年現在已經由第三代接手仍然堅持以傳統手法 使用石磨磨豆做港式豆腐 嘅老店牆上掛著 60 年代嘅懷舊海報 ~~每次嚟必食三寶 ..。熱豆腐花 HK$12。凍豆漿HK$10。煎釀豆腐 HK$8 / 2件豆品都是每日現磨製作,豆味特別濃特別香豆腐花加少少黃糖一齊食,滑嫩香甜 仲有每日新鮮包製嘅牛肉飽、豬肉飽、煎豬肉飽和鍋貼 ~~ continue reading

睇報導先知道以前原來有四大豆品老字號,而家得返順興隆、德興隆。德興隆仲搬過舖位,但都保留咗好多以前嘅裝修style,同埋好多唔同嘅舊時報導,非常有懷舊feel。*鍋貼 $8兩隻鍋貼,皮偏厚偏腍,底部煎到黃金色但唔夠脆。豬肉餡正正常常,冇太大嘅驚艷。*煎豬肉包 $8肉包底部煎到金黃焦脆,包體鬆軟但偏濕,皮有啲厚度,同豬肉餡料比例啱啱好,餡料多汁又夠味。*熱豆漿 無糖 $10可以揀凍/熱、有糖/無糖。豆漿係老板堅持用明火煮,豆味未算特濃,豆香淡淡,絕對係飲得出人情味。 continue reading

One of the stops we made in the weekend guided tour is this old and nostalgic eatery that sells soy milk, tofu fa and local food. We tried the fresh bottled soy milk, it’s really good, smooth and full of flavour. The soy taste is strong, with medium sweetness, very good for quenching our thirst. Another highlight is the pan fried pork bun! It’s So Good! Hot out from the pan and it’s crunchy at the bottom! Very soft bun and stuffed with a delicious pork filling. 現時是由第三代掌舵人慶哥👨🏼‍打點一切,60年前慶哥爺爺👴🏻最初在葵涌做小販賣腐乳,後來輾轉來到北角開店賣豆品。在香港開始了豆品店生意的生涯, 德興隆原本位處唐樓地舖,2014年唐樓被收購拆遷,被迫搬走,而一直䇄立在馬寶道的豆腐店中默默養活了三代人和一眾老員工,卻被發展商收購重建,一眾街坊亦對豆品店拆遷表示可惜,而且豆腐店中存在的意義甚大,慶哥決定在同一條街保住老字號!直至現在,德興隆仍然使用石磨磨豆,希望保留豆腐軟滑的口感。令各位街坊慕名而來的功勞當然唔少得是豆品類的產品 , 其中包括 . 豆腐花 . 豆漿 . 煎釀豆腐 . 生豆腐 . 豆卜 . 炸豆腐等等。而以上豆製產品都均是使用非基因改造加加拿大黃豆製造 , 令各街坊食得安心而不會有任何激素的影響 , 製作方法則採用石磨親手由黃豆變成當中的豆品類產物 , 當中的製作手法需繁複和老練 , 豆腐豆漿才能香滑且有濃濃的豆香。而除了豆品之外 , 還有自家製生煎包的產物 , 當中有牛肉包 . 豬肉包 . 鍋貼 等等 , 生煎包的油香再配搭豆香濃郁 , 讓整個口感不單一。*堂食1. 豆腐花    $10/碗2. 豆漿        $8/杯3. 鍋貼        $8/兩隻4. 煎釀豆腐 $8/兩隻5. 牛肉包     $7/一隻6. 豬肉包     $7/一隻*外賣豆腐花 $11/細碗 $20/大碗豆漿     $9/杯      $12/支薑汁豆腐花 $12/細碗薑汁豆漿     $11/杯 continue reading
