朋友推介堅尼地城呢間「太吉居酒屋」,咁啱今日放假嚟呢邊行下,就順便過嚟吃頓午餐。餐廳地方不大,只有廿餘個座位,但裝修得幾有格調,以簡約木系為主,牆壁上貼滿了酒瓶標籤和日式掛畫,佈置得頗有心思。點咗兩個午市定食,套餐配有沙律、前菜、麵豉湯及白飯。沙律用料新鮮、蝦味噌湯有濃厚蝦味,內有海帶和豆腐。牛肉稻庭烏冬定食 ($90)  牛肉半生熟,肉質粉嫩,湯底味道好清甜,烏冬滑捋捋,加上掛滿了帶甜嘅湯汁,入口啖啖滋味!日式咖喱吉列豬扒定食 ($90)  豬扒炸至金黃色,入口外脆內軟,肉質很香甜。咖喱味道調校得啱啱好,帶微微甜香,用嚟送飯一流!加咗 2 款小食,章魚燒 ($30) 同 自家製免治雞肉棒 ($30),章魚燒好彈口,味道香甜又不會過膩;雞肉棒鬆化軟熟,再點上用豉油同蛋黃攪拌嘅醬汁,非常好吃!

每期嘅限定料理都唔同,今次就係麵豉青瓜。爽脆清甜嘅青瓜加埋鹹香嘅麵豉好開胃。

居酒屋點會少得燒物,叫左啲比較特別嘅有雞掌心,煙肉荔枝卷&豚肉腩等等。以上嘅都好推,發自內心覺得一定要試。另外值得一提嘅係個雞翼燒得好好食,even我地用左啲時間照相凍左都仲好脆。

最近經常去堅尼地城區搵食,平日嘅堅尼地城比週日寧靜舒服得多,揀選了一間日式小店,裝潢設計甚有日式居酒屋風格,原來主打燒物,怪不得啦!置身於現場,仿似去了日本。雞皮餃子用了雞皮作為餃子皮,真係估唔到!炸得脆脆,餡料飽滿,口感不錯。章魚燒一口size,方便食用。即叫即整,熱辣辣,好味。日式咖喱雞扒定食午餐會有午市套餐,一百元以下,前菜,沙律,主食和湯。日式咖喱不會太辣,帶甜。配菜薯仔,紅蘿蔔夠入味。咖喱汁撈飯十分味美。雞扒煎得皮香脆,肉質軟嫰。

得閒同爸爸去食下居酒屋都幾好,可以試好多唔同嘅串燒。.先黎個海葡萄沙律,我記得海葡萄係沖繩嘅特產,對上一次食都好耐之前喇。依個沙律配上沙律醋,好開胃呀👍🏻.白飯魚干都好正!脆卜卜,又有炭香,連爸爸都食唔停口呀!我地原來都叫左好幾款串燒,有厚牛舌,免治雞肉棒,豚肉腩,牛小腸。個厚牛舌好正呀,又juicy,又香,少少嘅香草提味就已經好正,我個人非常喜歡。個免治雞肉棒配住個蛋黃食,好滑好嫩呀。至於個牛小腸,佢外皮燒到少少脆口,入面就似粉腸嘅口感,又唔會有內臟嘅腥羶味,幾好。.仲有我地比較少食到嘅雞腳筋同雞掌心。雞腳筋就比較脆,而雞掌心就較有咬口,唔會靭。.唔好睇少個粟米,本身諗住無乜特別,但係其實有好香嘅牛油同帶少少咸味,又係好正架,咸甜咸甜。.赤魚一夜干爸爸都好欣賞呀,油脂適中,燒完有魚油香,再點埋個柚子汁,都幾清新,唔會覺得好膩。
