蛋,全部都係蛋,去到門口就已經見到好多太陽蛋,連天花板上面嘅燈都可以整成太陽蛋,佩服佩服好耐都冇食過咁好食嘅滑蛋豬扒飯啦,平時喺日本料理食嘅豬扒同滑蛋撈埋一齊之後,通常豬扒塊皮一啲都唔脆,但呢度就啱啱相反,豬扒做到好脆口,但係浴室一啲都唔鞋口,抵讚呢個意粉中間就圍住左隻流心蛋隻蛋震騰騰忍唔住要整串佢鮮橙色嘅蛋黃汁一湧而出將蛋汁撈勻成個意粉之後,令到個意粉再更加creamy啲,而橙色一粒粒嘅就係明太子,撈埋啲意粉一齊食會更加有口感,佢啲蝦都好爽身,係有煎過㗎最後我哋叫咗個甜品,建議大家食主菜食到咁上下要落咗個甜品先,因為整梳乎厘都需要25分鐘嘅時間梳乎厘其實用到嘅材料都非常簡單,但係好考功夫,呢度嘅梳乎厘係做到非常之有空氣感,食落軟綿綿,甜度都啱啱好,配埋旁邊嘅水蜜桃,再加上少少糖漿,好有夏日氣息

TKG蛋其實都幾出名!即係生雞蛋,日本人好鍾意撈飯食。香港人呢就應該少啲食生雞蛋。


而呢一隻雞蛋特別在於佢個蛋白係整成蛋白霜,睇落好似喺舊雲上面擺咗個太陽咁,不過成件事就係好睇唔好食。


因為蛋白霜個質地真係唔係人人接受到,將佢撈埋喺啲意粉度好似食緊鹼液咁,味道鹹鹹腥腥咁,講起都唔開胃。


我諗呢間野買到咁貴純粹因為佢啲蛋係可以乾淨到可以生食。我真係諗唔到點解可以咁貴。

欣賞完鳳眼藍花海,窩夫與蝦子餅去了元朗形點,想光顧Tamago-EN,5時50分到達已經要取票等位,等了約35分鐘才能入座。餐廳不提供免費飲用水,窩夫與蝦子餅每人點了一杯廚師推介的飲品。窩夫好幾個月沒有喝過珍珠奶茶,便點了原味珍珠奶茶($35),不知是否因為少冰少糖,味道麻麻。窩夫較喜歡蝦子餅點的鮮果水果茶($48),水果的種類和份量都很多,有西柚、紅肉火龍果、荔枝和楊桃等。終極TKG生雞蛋拌飯($39)用的是最新鮮的雞蛋,將蛋白發至蓬鬆軟嫩,加點日本醬油及飯素,與白飯拌勻來吃,十分滋味,值得一試。大阪燒風八爪魚捲($78)令人聯想起燒八爪魚丸,將粉漿換成蛋漿,多了一份蛋香,雞蛋不會燒得太乾,放在中間的八爪魚粒十分足料。宮崎和牛漢堡配太陽蛋($128)的和牛漢堡很厚身,水準不錯,薯條有進步的空間。還未吃完主菜,菠蘿黑糖珍珠梳乎厘班戟($98)便送來了,賣相要扣分,到窩夫與蝦子餅吃的時候,應該已經錯過了最佳的進食時間,梳乎厘班戟的質地叫人失望,焦糖菠蘿表層脆脆的,口感和味道都更有層次,不過每塊班戟上只得半片菠蘿,與餐牌上的圖片不符呢。

三文魚只係普通刺身粒,只係得10粒左右💸👎🏻

拌飯味道唔錯,拌埋雞蛋、醬油、飯素,幾香甜,隻蛋好有蛋味,好新鮮👍🏻😋

蛋白泡就冇咩味道,純粹有玩味😂


埋單後已即時向店鋪職員反映廚房情況,希望店舖可以改善衛生情況,由其現時疫情期間,應該更加注重衛生😤
