To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔三哥雲南米線，真係唔會令人失望，水準真係keep得住。今日踢完波，見譚仔三哥雲南米線仲未截單，就入左去食。叫左個單餸牛肉米線三小辣，細蒜泥白肉，再配夠多杯凍檸茶。一流。首先，譚仔三哥雲南米線d米線係有咬口d，湯底既味道亦都好好，因為我叫左單餸，牛肉就正常發揮啦冇特別。而蒜泥白肉就蒜泥夠哂份量，最中意夾住蒜泥大大啖咁食，不過就嫌唔夠辣味。最後配返杯冰凍既lemon tea，成個dinner食到好滿足。

新年前與父親備年夜菜時，購買了天瑞三哥的米線，而且還是新款式—青椒牛肉米線。青椒在平均值以內，不算太出色；牛肉的話味道還可以，不過略嫌有些韌，米線的話終於返番水平線上，可惜湯頭略嫌有些欠奉，味精味太明顯。好的是加$27可以配一款小食跟飲料，我挑了蒜泥白肉，3個字—非常好，半肥瘦調味啱啱好，值得推介👍飲品揀咗凍檸茶，不過不失，有很大的進步空間😌總括來說，蒜泥白肉係食得過💓

雞肉墨丸三酸撈薯粉 $47見到個汁心諗好辣🫣點知食落酸多過酸可能因為我叫咗10小辣薯粉軟身勁吸汁，雞肉同墨丸都好吸汁。最吸汁的是芽菜😋勁開胃好食過湯米線多多聲食完味蕾上超滿足🥰不過女仔黎講我都覺得吾夠飽🙈

叫咗脆肉鯇魚、肥牛、墨魚丸、金菇，三小辣撈薯粉，好好味，脆肉鯇好新鮮彈牙，肥牛好食，墨魚丸都爽口彈牙，金菇新鮮，呢個撈薯粉好好食。員工服務好細心貼心，都會協助點餐帶位嗰啲。店面都好乾淨。不過個杯鹹檸七嘢飲唔知乜鹹檸七七味？！杯嘢太過清新得來好似洗衣粉咁嘅味，杯野認真惡搞，可能係啲香精。

湯底偏鹹麵質較硬，麻油係分開上餸料份量足夠，唔建議叫熱咖啡，仲難飲過茶餐廳質素但性價比高，$20一大碗麵仲有嘢飲仲想點店員服務幾好，有禮貌同講解清晰，仲會講明單會顯示$37但比錢只比$20。上餐前仲會覆述一次你點嘅食物。餐廳環境乾淨，可能時間仲早人亦唔多值得一試
