To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見到佢哋系報紙賣廣告,話外賣8折,所以今晚叫左幾款試吓。义燒飯燉湯2份($33/份)义燒好鹹又好死實,白飯就好似吾夠水咁,個燉湯就一般般啦。福建炒飯(分開裝)($64)個炒飯炒得幾好,粒粒分明,個汁都多料嘅,但又真係好鹹。西蘭花帶子($110),有獲氣,份量不少,這個是最好食的。波蘿咕江嚕肉($54),d肉不脆口又淋淋的,幸好波蘿及三色椒不少,味道一般。乳鴿2隻($34/隻),十分細小,冇乜肉。總共$362,都抵嘅,但吾太好食,試過便算,應該不會有下次!

朋友唔講我都唔知原來稻香推出咗一蚊乳鴿,最衰一個人只可以食一隻,如果唔係我諗我會食兩三隻,佢啲乳鴿燒得幾好㗎,肉質唔錯外層皮脆,一路食一路有啲肉汁滴出嚟。另外好抵嘅係有呢個$18一盅嘅黑毛節瓜螺頭湯,飲落去都幾有味道,有蝦、鮑魚、螺頭、節瓜、雞肉同豬肉,一盅$18嘅湯來講真係幾足料。

上星期六4月25日和媽媽去銅鑼灣皇室堡飲茶,原本係去開6樓的,但原來已經結業,所以去咗5樓稻香,見佢新裝修就去試吓,點知食物質素非常差,究竟點解點心都可以整到咁難食!唔怪之得星期六都無人等位,以後都唔會再去!

平時飲茶就飲得多, D 食物都係黎黎去去差唔多. 今次主要想講下係銅鑼灣皇室堡既呢間稻香既設施. 真係有D大鄉里出省….完全唔知道呢度既全自動斟茶斟水服務, 每一張枱隔黎都有一個設備, 有一個水機, 一個煲茶的電池爐加水壼, 2個茶具. 全自動化, 就算你個水壼無水, 佢都識得自動加水,完全唔洗再經服務員, 舉極手都無人理果種. 一開始都唔識用, 要全靠隔離D茶友既悉心教導....食物方面,就叫左一個得意的小蜜蜂肉鬆包, 味道有小小甜,再加少少肉鬆味, 肉鬆味唔太突出, 可能節省成本, 唔係落左好多肉鬆, 味道同奶黃包有D 類似.
