Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今早約十時与太座到東涌藍天海岸附近的稻香吃早茶,客人不太多,近門口處有兩張二人枱,食客剛走,員工未執枱,我拿了等候票之后請示一位身旁的女員工可否入座其中一張兩人枱,她説反正當時沒有其他客人等候,當然可以,並且説會馬上替我執枱。由於本人腳/腰痛,酒樓入座等候處又沒有可供客人暫時休息的椅子,於是我就在其中一張兩人枱邊坐下,其后該女員工問我何解不等候執好枱才入座,我説不好意思,因為腳/腰舊患,不能久站,這位員工説明白。但這時收銀處的一位阿嬋居然大聲叫囂,聲稱未執好枱不能入座,否則會連累員工被炒魷魚,其后再加多一句頂心頂肺的説話~“腳痛你又可以行倒嚟飲茶?” 老實説,如果老妻沒有阻止,我眞係想直斥其非,做人豈能如此冇同理心!另:酒樓接待處沒有一張椅子可供老弱顧客坐著等候,非常不人道,罪一;而且因為缺乏有效PA系統,人多時被逼站在門外等候的顧客會因為隔住玻璃門未能听到召喚而錯失入座机會,要從頭排隊,罪二。我以后都不會再光顧這一間稻香。

其實稻香松葉蟹, 根本沒有兩斤半重, 但是他們卻每隻都作二兩斤半計算。 計算起來,一隻要$345。一點也不便宜!不足秤,不新鮮,被換蟹!手法低劣!
以廉價推銷質素極差或已死的蟹。好好一間上巿公司集團,搞到如此不堪,令人失望,街坊客必流失。我亦不會再幫襯。

放假同老婆去飲下午茶,知道稻香下午茶有半價點心優惠,決定去試試😋唔使等位即時可以入座,下午茶任何點心都係16蚊好抵食,我哋點了原蝦燒賣皇,燒賣好大粒,燒賣上面有隻蝦,蝦上面再有蟹子,好香蝦味幾彈牙。酥炸鯪魚球,熱辣辣,但略為細粒。鯪魚球西生菜(汁另上),鯪魚球冇魚腥味,加埋胡椒粉食唔停。切雞米線,切雞分開上,米線加蔥花好大碗,雞髀配薑蓉啖啖肉。酒樓到三點幾之後仲有超特價點心推出,我哋就再叫叉燒酥及菠蘿包,兩樣都係熱辣辣,菠蘿包入面仲有叉燒餡,都幾好味。總括而言,呢個價錢兩人下午茶真係抵食😋
