平日另一半多數會遷就我的口味,明知我不愛芫荽,但堅持想試,唯有捨命陪君子。來到芫荽幾乎掩蓋過整個麵包,牛肉中間的流心芝士一切就泥傾瀉般湧出,視覺效果一流。芫荽味道比想像中淡,配上牛肉同吃頗有山竹牛肉之感,得意過癮。

呢間bar under少爺啤公司嘅一間bar主打手工啤 除咗少爺啤之外 都有其他本土手工啤 同台灣等等嘅進口啤 另外仲有啲ale揀 選擇好多 但一場嚟到 梗係飲手工啤啦個人比較鐘意飲酸啤 好采店員對佢地提供嘅啤酒有好深嘅了解 如果唔係咁多選擇 真係有排揀經過佢地一番介紹 揀咗2隻📍02號 nightingale’s blue 夜鶯與玫瑰 個顏色好符合佢個名😂酸度好夠 唔會太苦 飲落after-taste真係有車厘子味好refreshing 📍03 Red hare-strawberry 赤兔馬呢個好特別 佢味道好有層次 一開頭係少少朱古力同咖啡味比較強烈 跟住之後有啲士多啤梨味嘅酸甜 酸味冇02咁重📍Cajun雞翼 配腐乳醬雞翼都醃得好香口 而個醬絕對係highlighted 少少似mayonnaise 加腐乳味咁😂好中西合壁📍蔥油漬蠔個蠔煎得好香蔥油味又唔會鞋而且大大舊啖啖肉小食之外 都嗌咗佢地主打嘅fusion包📍椰撚吐司雞煎香咗嘅西多 配埋椰子雪糕同秘製椰子花生黑啤糖漿 ontop仲有炸得好香脆嘅炸雞甜咸嘅配搭 賣相又好打卡 難怪係人氣menu!📍Poboy個名好fun其實係法

芝麻漢堡,兩層漢堡扒加芝士,係好經典嘅漢堡組成🫶🏻一啖過好貪心~仲有酸瓜、雙層車打芝士、蕃茄!我好中意佢嘅黑椒蛋黃醬,好惹味!漢堡係佢地嘅主打,我亦都覺得同啤酒夾啲,但下次好想試下佢地新推出嘅意粉,感覺都好正!

店員都有特別推介個薯條,話係鎮店配啤酒必選!我地就特別揀左加蒜蓉,覺得好抵食!大大份,仲有好多脆脆、細細條嘅薯條,好邪惡,完全係忍唔到口~


成間酒吧氣氛超好,大家傾計食野都好興奮😂 一枱難求,好適合放工relax下🫶🏻 好開心可以同男友食嘢傾計,最正係宵夜時間goooo!
