— A very satisfying burger! The beef patties were well cooked and still very juicy on the inside. The double cheddar was rich and added a lot of flavour to the burger. I loved their black pepper mayo which had the perfect kick to it and wasn’t too heavy either. The tomatoes and pickled gherkins added a nice acidity and balanced out the grease from the beef patties nicely.


Pic 2️⃣: 𝑪𝒂𝒋𝒖𝒏 𝑮𝒂𝒓𝒍𝒊𝒄 𝑺𝒉𝒓𝒊𝒎𝒑 / 卡津煎蝦 - $78 hkd 🍤
—These were so flavourful and delicious! The perfect snack to go with your beer! The shrimps were fresh with a bouncy texture to them. The cajun garlic butter was so fragrant, and not overly spicy. The shrimp and string beans really soaked up all of the goodness of the sauce, and every piece was just full of flavour!


Pic 3️⃣: 𝑯𝒂𝒌 𝑷𝒐 𝑷𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒂 / 黑布茄牛意 - $89 hkd 🍝
— A very interesting take on the traditional tomato beef pasta with an asian twist. The sauce is loaded with black garlic and anchovies, making it extremely aromatic and flavourful, though it does lean towards the sweeter end. The stir fried minced beef really soaked up all the flavours of the sauce and was delicious when paired with the perfectly cooked spaghetti. Personally would’ve liked a few more tomatoes to help balance out the heavy flavours though!
