放工去到觀塘區食飯Chill下慢煮八爪魚🐙,食落去一啲都唔銀,一口一件再配上秘製醬汁同香料,幾好食。凍切拼盤-西班牙火腿、曼徹格芝士、紅洒燴梨,火腿味夠和濃,紅酒燴和食到梨的清甜加上淡淡酒香。莫希托羊肉串燒,羊肉嫩滑,夾雜着少少脂肪,令燒出嚟嘅羊肉更加香口煙紅椒蒜辣單骨雞翼,炸得香脆,單骨雞翼食落又方便。嫩煎慢煮鴨胸配甜些厘酒汁伴炸蕃薯條飲品,鴨胸用咗慢煮嘅方法再配上香料,另外蕃薯條好好食😋放工黎到仲有happy hour 時間,叫咗杯The Classis同Rose Roy,大大杯抵飲!
