早排因為朋友想食西班牙菜她找了一間在牛頭角鐵路站附近的Tapa Room有西班牙小食和酒可以喝我地叫了數款小食包括燒呑拿魚腩、棒棒鵝肝、巴塞羅那紅蝦、西班牙薯仔蛋餅主食點了西班牙豬鞍飲品方面我叫了一杯Before Sunshine的酒而朋友便是Pink pineapple cooler最後我們還點了一份西班牙油炸鬼燒呑拿魚腩方面不會煮得太熟中間內部還保留了呑拿魚的紅色表面燒過得加上胡椒令味道更佳棒棒鵝肝的粒粒尺寸都不少再沾上伴碟的碎碎便更加好吃巴塞羅那紅蝦用了很多不同的香料放在上面別有一番風味西班牙蛋餅內𥚃的蛋還是流心很驚喜看得出是心機菜式而且味道很好吃薯仔亦不會過軟或過硬主菜的豬鞍可烹調至表面香脆內𥚃嫩滑而且醬汁甜甜的確實不過飲品方面Before sunshine酒味不太濃有甜甜的士多啤梨味拍照一流Pink pineapple cooler的菠蘿味都很突出加上有薄荷令飲品更清涼西班牙油炸鬼有少少像冬甩再沾上朱古力醬令它更有層次

放工之後總想找一個環境舒適又chill的好地方,今次朋友帶了我到這間不錯的餐廳呀。餐廳主打西班牙菜,最吸引的是裡面Neon Light的裝修。餐具的設計亦都很特別,讓我們都愛不釋手呀。Octopus Carpaccio是一道惹味的前菜,魷魚很爽口,冷盤來說,份量也不少。Iberico Pork Meat Ball由特色肉丸配上茄醬,突顯西班牙菜的獨特性。Foie Gras Lollipop,是味道濃郁的鵝肝醬,我第一次吃這道菜式,很特別呀。大小適中,一口就已經讓口腔充滿油脂的香氣。Tortilla De Patata Spanish Potato Omlette,是西班牙的薯仔蛋餅,它外脆內軟,味道很濃郁,忍不住吃了很多呢。裡面仍然保持合適的濕潤,口感有層次。Seafood Paella的大蝦非常鮮甜,而且意大利飯很有咬口,令人流哂口水。飲品方面,Before Sunrise很易入口,是一杯賣相吸引的cocktail,一定要拿著打卡呢。總括而言,在香港很少見這種西班牙菜,配合強烈風格的Neon Light,真的很有特色。

疫情關係好耐無出去食好野, 依家緩和d 就約fd wkend 黎到呢度聚下, 其實近牛頭角附近多商廈, wkend 反而唔多人. 黎到緊係要叫番幾個tapas薄切慢煮八爪魚八爪魚彈牙得黎又唔會韌,配埋olive oil同蕃茄醬,味道清新亦帶少少鹹香,送酒一流。Mojito Lamb Skewer無咩羊騷味, 所以即使平時少食羊應該都會喜歡肉 texture 好tender, 而且個sauce 好惹味. 叫Mojito, 相信係煮時候落左酒調味, 酒揮發左又唔太嚐到酒味. 咸香, 有點mustard 同加左mint 清香同羊肉好搭薄切炙燒三文魚腩經炙燒油脂香更出, 好肥美三文魚腩. 下面堆左我最喜愛salad veggies - rocket leaves, rocket 獨有芝麻香同略微澀味剛好balance 三文魚腩油膩感, 好搭Sangria- white wine好鍾意似白酒的Sangria,甜甜地又有果香,白酒酸度比紅酒底,好易入口,配海鮮的tapas一流👍Green Garden另一杯order 同樣比較refreshing, 加左green apple 同basil. 微酸

蛋餅都係唔同的西班牙餐廳食過,呢個都算係食過之中算整得好食~

蛋餅皮薄又嫩滑,入面主要都係薯仔同洋蔥。切開有流心效果,整體感覺幾濕潤。齋食蛋餅會食到薯仔的香味,想濃味啲可以點埋沙律醬~食完有實在的飽肚感😂

Seafood Paella
呢度Paella 亦係我近期食過最好食paella. 要做好食Paella 首要係, 海鮮真係唔可以吝嗇, 如果唔係就無左海鮮鮮味.呢碟Paella 雖然唔大碟, 但真係好足料鋪滿海鮮. 其中mussel 同clams 都唔錯, 係大蝦遜色左d. 飯只有薄薄一層, 其實唔駛撈佢加沙律醬已經足夠鮮味.
不過呢碟paella 唔算好大碟, 雖話係2人份. 不過亦要order d tapas 先夠飽
