今天同事生日, 因銅鑼灣食肆比較多, 但係食嚟食去都係差唔多, 後來在Openrice發現潮菜廳這間菜館,看了圖片後,因有同事喜歡的烤鱼,所以决定一試,當我們7人到達後, 環境寬敞坐得都好舒服,店員服務親切,我們共點了九道菜,麻辣雞煲, 青椒烤魚, 鹵水拼盤(中盤), 辣酒煮花螺, 煎蠔餅 ,豉椒炒蜆 ,薑汁炒芥蘭 蠔仔粥 ,水煮牛肉, 先嚟係個雞煲 因為有同事唔鍾意食麻辣所以就淨係得辣, 食落味道同出面淨係得雞煲嘅專門店仲比較好食, 煲烤魚湯頭非常鲜魚肉好 嫩滑, 鹵水拼盤最驚喜,竟然有鵝頸,鵝頭,鴨舌 ,五花腩 ,鹅件 ,鹵水蛋, 腎片,一般都係得鹅件,鸭翼,腎片,五花腩,大排擋都買$200左右,$380足7人份量, 抵食! 水煮牛肉有麻辣香但係唔辣 有牛肉味, 辣酒煮花螺唔係用大型嘅花螺係用中型嘅花螺 ,所以較嫩同埋有麻香同海鮮味唔係淨係得辣,我啲同事唔食得辣都覺得非常好味. 煎蠔餅都做得好出色因為出面嘅煎蠔餅多數都係炸比較硬身唔好食,呢個食落好鬆軟同埋啲蠔都好新鮮, 跟住到蠔仔粥我習慣係先會飲咗個湯然後先開始食粥嘅飲過湯我都有少少驚奇因為係用大地魚煲, 因為出面多數都可能係用啲

中午看到新推出的套餐就拉了个同事去试了下,鸡煲的滋味绝对超级赞,而且还任吃任饮,不得不提一下超级豪华海鲜拼盘,两个人吃了一轮鸡煲后加高汤,开始涮海鲜,绝对真材实料,鲍鱼鲜美,虾还在动,光是拼盘都值回价钱。

Nice decor and atmosphere, the problem here is the value and the tastiness of the food. The food was flavourful, especially the eel, but the other dishes had no "wow factor". The service was alright but our server was kind of overbearing. Good for a quick business lunch but not terribly riveting if you are on holiday.

很早就听说这家的烤鱼,这周一吃就上瘾,一下把四种口味都试全,最爱的是重庆麻辣口味,店里菜品不断推陈出新,刷新的速度快到每天去吃都不腻,从清淡的潮州卤水拼盘吃到一道道麻辣、香辣、酸辣的重口味菜肴,每道都可圈可点!期待老板下一次的创新!

之前特別喜歡新加坡的香辣蟹 今天在這裡嘗到了那種甜甜辣辣濃濃的味道 快哭了 醬汁好濃 掛在蟹肉上掉不下來。醬汁配上北方的酥炸饅頭 好棒好銷魂。胡椒蟹辣的通透 濃濃的粉絲吸足湯汁 蟹肉實在很甜很甜 很足糧 蟹夠大。朋友們都非常喜歡。有機會很想和廚師聊聊。服務一流沒話說。贊贊贊!

今天去店裡試了新推菜烤鯰魚 本人平時不愛吃烤魚 傳統的四川烤魚很油膩 但是這件餐廳調味沒有那麼多油 調味麻椒和鮮辣椒的混合 加上芹菜提鮮還有濃濃的洋蔥和蒜香 超級無敵滿足我這個重口味追求者的愛好。鯰魚皮很厚 肥瘦結合 太滿足啦!老闆很用心 我們只是聊天說想吃日料 老闆即當場進來超級大海膽。海膽超肥 特別甜 比我在日本築地海鮮市場和香港任何一件高級日料店都好吃!這家真的是用心經營的 服務又特別人性化 真的好棒好棒 還要帶朋友們來。

老闆很用心 我們只是聊天說想吃日料 老闆即當場進來超級大海膽。海膽超肥 特別甜 比我在日本築地海鮮市場和香港任何一件高級日料店都好吃!這家真的是用心經營的 服務又特別人性化 真的好棒好棒 還要帶朋友們來。

因為想食潮州菜,見之前評語不俗,即管一試。食物味道及質素均相當差。是本年度本人幫襯過,最差之餐廳。服務員推介每位 $188 之晚餐,我們2人連茶水餐前小食及$50開瓶費共$500多埋單。1)芥蘭炒雞肉,份量是茶杯碟大小,雞肉是熱但完全沒有味道。2)滷水鵝,上枱是除了豆腐及半隻雞旦是看到是什麼,每件鵝只有皮及骨,根本是下欄東西,似吃剩的。3)凍蟹,應該有5/6両,極腥,亦冇咩肉食到。4)豉汁蒸鯧魚,街市廿幾蚊條嘅倉魚仔,大過手掌少少,又鞋又少肉,茶餐廳例牌蒸魚飯做得好過佢。5)㰖菜炒飯,有豉油色,都是零味道。雖然服務人員是很有禮,可以有100分,但所有食物味道之差真的不可接受。是近年吃過最差之一餐晚飯。
