最鍾意試新餐廳,喺香港食過兩間有名嘅天婦羅 Omakase 餐廳,開啟咗對天婦羅嘅認知,所以決定過嚟呢度試吓lunch同朋友book咗八位包場,個Menu望落好似有機會會唔夠飽一開頭上咗個湯暖一暖胃,呢個蝦丸非常好食,concept有啲似中菜嘅蝦滑之後喺銀杏、車海老、蘆筍天婦羅,味道同埋食物都中上再之後嘅魚、蓮藕,亦都不過不失。海膽只係紫菜天婦羅,上面再加生海膽,同其他天婦羅海膽有啲唔一樣之後我哋再追加 天婦羅白子 & 天婦羅海鰻,食物質素亦都係中上性價比唔算特別高,因為只食 lunch set 滿足感唔夠,一定要再散叫

之後我哋再追加 天婦羅白子 & 天婦羅海鰻,食物質素亦都係中上

性價比唔算特別高,因為只食 lunch set 滿足感唔夠,一定要再散叫

All the fish and shrimps dishes were done just right. The fried shrimp head was so good and so light that we ate that entirely right away. The sweet corn was a pleasant surprise and could tell the chef’s craftsmanship in using his knife and the perfect balance of the batter to hold the corn together. Everything was delicate and light while making you full. Can’t finish the homemade ice cream at the end. The 90-degree bow by the chef and the server when we left was very respectful and following the Japanese etiquette.

The most disappointing dish of the night: 太刀魚. Tasted very fishy; texture was not good. PickyEater noted that 太刀魚 normally tasted very fresh and repeated the same to server. Server explained that the eel was not in a good condition. Server also relayed our observations to the chef. Who did not respond.
