一直都聽講呢間餐廳嘅天婦羅好出名,但係經常要等位,所以一直都未有機會試。呢日終於趁係閒日,決定要把握機會去試吓呢度嘅天婦羅。諗住避開一點鐘lunch time繁忙時間,所以12點已經到咗餐廳門口,不過已經排緊隊好彩只係兩三個人,最後等咗大概20分鐘。餐廳的確比較細,大概得10個位,係bar枱圍住主廚,可以好清楚咁見到主廚點樣去整每一件天婦羅。鰻天重真係好吸引,但考慮到價錢加上都係第一次食,所以最後叫咗signature嘅胡麻天海天丼。呢個天丼set係會包前菜,麵豉湯同埋凍綠茶。前菜係一啲漬物雜菜,值得一讚係蘿蔔好淋好入味。前菜之後當然係戲肉,天婦羅數量多到鋪滿碗面,幾乎都見唔到白飯。天婦羅係即叫即做,熱熱辣,相當酥脆,又唔會覺得油膩,仲要有陣陣嘅胡麻香。粉漿唔會太厚,恰到好處。特別係蝦同埋蓮藕,天婦羅外脆但入邊都係依然好Juicy。食到蓮藕嘅清甜可以中和返天婦羅熱氣嘅感覺。佢整體嘅味道真係好似喺日本食天婦羅丼咁,再加上主廚都係日本人,而家疫情冇得去日本,絕對可以嚟呢度頂下癮先

師傅果然經驗老到,係我食完半分鐘左右就輪到鱈魚天婦羅出場!佢個粉漿岩岩好包住佢塊魚既外面,鎖住左入面D肉汁,好juicy!  緊接住落嚟就有紋甲烏賊(Mongo squid with white truffle),呢個好有驚喜!雖然佢細細粒咁,咬落去好乾淨俐落,爽口得嚟彈牙,唔UN 唔痴牙,再點埋佢多個松露鹽,好夾呀,不過佢松露鹽份量都唔係好多🤭用淨左個D之後用嚟點個菇菇天婦羅,提鮮程度100分!個粟米比佢小心翼翼咁切走左個芯,但仲可以一塊咁serve d粟米粒,是但點返個普通天婦羅汁已經夠香甜,西蘭花冇咩太特別,但佢個茄子好腍,冇渣,加埋佢個D蔥花薑蓉再用木魚碎索住個汁一齊放入口,好入味之餘,仲解左D油膩感。另一樣我好鍾意既就係Shrimp rice roll, 呢個rice roll 係一隻海老+海膽+鮮磨wasabi蓉既一個roll嚟,師傅親手遞個roll比每一位客人,海膽好新鮮唔腥,同脆脆海老天婦羅冷熱交加,乜汁都唔洗點,已經好鮮🤩
Flat fish 望落好似豆腐羹,同一開場冇耐食到既鱈魚口感都係咁嫩滑,成件事好鮮甜。Plum meat and seasoned potato 又係另一味小清新,但係對佢印象唔太深,淨係記得佢酸酸地甜甜地有梅味。

天婦羅個part就由半隻蝦夷鮑魚天婦羅做結尾,呢個一定要講下!望落去細細隻
冇咩特別,但係後來search返先知佢來頭都幾威,呢個品種係北海道南部寒冷水流個度生長,細細隻但係就有齊晒係口感同味道上作為鮑魚既優點。 師傅搵左佢嚟做天婦羅,加埋wasabi鹽又腍又鮮,好好味😋 其實我唔介意佢地收多我每人百幾200蚊,一人一隻咁serve會開心過2人share一隻鮑魚😋

食完d天婦羅其實已經飽飽地🤭 不過仲未完,仲有個小小定食,有漬物、有三文魚+魚籽飯、有櫻花蝦配水菜、仲有個清清地既菜湯。相比一開場個part
清淡好多,中和返天婦羅既油膩感。成餐飯最後食埋個好fresh,又好晶凝通透嘅柚子jelly 就完左了🥺🥺
呀!!!! 有幾樣野食仲想encore多次呀😖😖😖

這小方塊先來是脆、再來是超柔軟的口感,最後是紋甲烏賊的鮮甜混合白松露的香氣,簡單的賣相帶來不平凡的味道!

平時沒多注意墨魚的種類,上網搜尋後方知紋甲烏賊擁有特別柔軟的質感,喜愛捕獵螃蟹食用,所以紋甲烏賊味道濃厚且鮮甜,試了果然不懶!

烏賊過後,是幾款野菜,別小覷野菜,每一款也有自家的特性和鮮味!

第一道野菜是 Shimeji Mushroom,找到的答案是鴻喜菇,但香港看到的鴻喜菇也較細小,沒這個的大,希望沒有繙譯錯誤!

去日本時食過即炸天婦羅,呢度可以食到最接近的味道。地方不太,大概只能容納十人,而且不能預約(但係我見過佢有日被人包場,十人唔算多人,一圍都可以的)介紹返,兩個人點了三個餐,因為比較大食。由日本師傅親自係你面前做炸物,所有食材都係即叫即整,剛剛炸好就放上你枱面,新鮮而且無咩油係紙上面。入口無油溢味,炸雞好多肉汁,差少少燙親咀仔。炸海膽天婦羅比較遜色,始終唔係新鮮海膽,可以skip。炸鰻魚飯不可不試,比出面的天丼出色,而且全店用日本米,好接近在大阪食的味道。於是,我連續兩星期去了兩次。

介紹返,兩個人點了三個餐,因為比較大食。
由日本師傅親自係你面前做炸物,所有食材都係即叫即整,剛剛炸好就放上你枱面,新鮮而且無咩油係紙上面。
入口無油溢味,炸雞好多肉汁,差少少燙親咀仔。
炸海膽天婦羅比較遜色,始終唔係新鮮海膽,可以skip。
炸鰻魚飯不可不試,比出面的天丼出色,而且全店用日本米,好接近在大阪食的味道。
於是,我連續兩星期去了兩次。

值得一提既係佢既小缽同配菜🍲亦十分有亮點👍🏻 其中一個薯仔牛肉煮🥔好有日本家庭式既味道 薯仔同蘿蔔都好鮮甜 💓另外既大根用柚子醃製過🍊 有種淡淡既清甜 中和返Umami 感重既海鮮🦞 唯一挑剔既係特別提到靜岡縣既抹茶🍵唔係太夠茶味 有點太淡 不過各種細節既平衡令我好欣賞餐廳既心思💕係物有所值既一餐!

日本味道的tendon 🍤🍚•香港沒有太多正宗的天婦羅餐廳,在鴨巴甸魚上發現了一間小店,日本廚師、日本店員,不設訂座,內𥚃只有八至十個坐位,想食就最好食第一輪,點左個天海山葵天婦羅丼和 天海山胡麻婦羅丼,再追加左個淨蔬菜,飯前店員提供了一杯靜罔凍綠茶和柚子大根,坐上每一個位置都可以看到廚師去煮理天婦羅,這兩款天婦羅丼都有兩隻海老,一片魚,幾款不同的蔬菜,底下有一隻流心蛋,炸漿夠薄又鬆脆,炸流心炸蛋一流,可以先食一啖飯再督穿隻蛋,將蛋黃混埋飯一齊食,山葵個款有鮮磨山葵係啲餸上面,而胡麻個款帶點鹹鹹嘅芝芝麻油味覺得好好,呢度嘅天婦羅食嘅時候唔需要點任何醬汁,因為師傅已經將天婦羅混合左天海秘製嘅醬汁,所以已經好夠味,飯中也帶點紫菜碎,令成個天婦羅飯更加好食,除咗天婦羅飯仲追加左一份蔬菜,我會建議另加醬汁,因為額外追加是不包醬汁,醬汁是要額外收費,有醬汁好食更多!今次呢個午餐食得好開心,去唔到日本但係可以去到一間都幾高質素嘅天婦羅餐廳而且價錢都唔係好貴,好有日本風,咁就當我似去咗日本咁呀!因為店𥚃的侍應同你廚師都只係講日文為主👍🏻

I finished my food and my girl friend still has a little bit of rice in her bowl. The waitress started to collect our bowls, then told us to pay the bill because “many people outside”. They didn’t urge the girl sitting next to us (who came in the same time with us) to leave I think because they haven’t finish.
