很高興再次光顧這家日本餐廳內的鐵板燒。整個場地只能容納十多人,我們四個被安排在角落位,很適合聊天。午餐時人不多,只見到另一位客人,對我們來說很好,環境安靜,適合悠閒聊天。午餐套餐從550元起,我們四個選擇了這個套餐,價格合理,主菜可選豬肉/牛肉/魚... 我們都選了和牛。先來了一道前菜,上面鋪有芝士,味道美味。茶碗蒸再加上松露,蛋非常滑嫩,非常出色。飯用上日本米,而且用鮑魚炒飯,好好味😋和牛美味且軟嫩,不過不會油膩。鐵板燒最後有點火的表演,淋上油,再配上雪糕,非常美味。最後是咖啡。整個午餐的服務和食物質素都很高,果然是一家老牌五星級酒店。 continue reading

老細請食飯食好啲鐵板燒餐牌有兩款,分別係時令套餐,同埋招牌套餐招牌套餐會貴少少,因為有鵝肝同埋係龍蝦,但係我哋既然決定食好啲,所以就揀咗招牌套餐成晚最最最最好食嘅就係個牛扒,要五成熟住得啱啱好,師傅trim得好好,完全冇筋,肉質一流,另外個鵝肝冇諗過係咁大舊,其實講真食落有啲漏,紙包牙魚都好出色,個汁好鮮,有濃郁嘅蕃茄味,個炒飯我就覺得普通咗少少,不過其實食到炒飯嗰度大家都已經飽到上心口整體嚟講食得出所有食材都係新鮮,而且師傅亦都有為我哋講解每個食材嘅產地,同埋調味方式,另外佢仲會好細心咁樣例如煎牛扒之前,問我哋需唔需要影一影個食材,我覺得呢一點都係值得讚嘅 continue reading

Seasonal appetizerFresh vegetable salad with sea grape, tomato etc and sudachi citrus dressing, topped with crispy Parmesan cheese.Steamed egg custard with crab meat and topped with shaved Black truffle.Chilean seabass cooked together with tomatoes Lily bulbs, and chanterelle mushrooms in a pouch on the teppan grill. Delicious juices all captured inside the pouch. Australian M6 wagyu tenderloin served with sweet potato and crispy garlic pieces. Loved the garlic- perfectly cooked.Fried rice with King crab, Chorizo, salmon roe and Japanese vegetables. 🐻呢間鐵板燒係酒店日本餐廳入面,大概十幾個位,岩晒朋友傾偈,我地個晚全場都係得5個人🫣🐻師傅知道同行朋友唔食牛,都主動推薦左其他食材同煮法比我地選擇👍🏽🐻魚子海膽蒸蛋,用魚子海膽天然咸味配襯滑溜蒸蛋🐻鵝肝配無花果,鵝肝煎得香脆唔油膩🐻佢地煮法都好特別,好似個紙包魚,湯汁鮮甜連d配菜都鮮甜都不得了仲好食過舊魚😆🐻件和牛簡直係驚歎,好濃既牛味,好軟淋但又唔會食到成口油,正👍🏽🐻鐵板燒最後梗係會有起火環節作結,就會拎d油淋上去個雪梨到,成個用餐體驗都好好,開心😊 continue reading
