好耐無食過咁高質嘅日本菜啦!本來朋友俾咗兩間我㨂,但睇相已經覺得呢度好吸引。今次係第一次嚟,但相信我一定會再嚟!先嚟一個野菜沙律做前菜,摒棄咗傳統芝麻醬,換上特製醬汁,酸甜清新口感兼具有誠意,好有驚喜!再嚟一個茶碗蒸,裏面用料一啲都唔行貨,蒸蛋顏色帶少少啡色,相信係因為已作調味。連前菜都咁用心,好難得呀!我叫咗個刺身餐,由於個人比較麻煩,唔鐘意白身魚,特別先問咗員工今日刺身係乜。原先設定係拖羅。。帶子。。池魚。。左口魚,但兩款魚都唔係我飛佛,所以就膽粗粗問吓師傅可唔可以換。。就算係三文魚我都ok..師傅好爽快就答應幫我諗吓,然後嚟到時就變成咗海膽、帶子、拖羅、鯛魚同左邊另一款唔知係乜嘅魚。起初我都驚驚哋,之前食過呢類魚都好腥亦好重魚味,但嚟都就試下啦。。點知燒過嘅鯛魚好香,魚肉帶爽甜,右邊嘅就用咗檸檬汁調味,鮮甜又毫無魚腥。海膽同帶子更加唔洗講,拖羅嘅魚油香亦非常出色。朋友叫嘅籠仔鰻魚飯一打開已經超香,份量十足,鰻魚夠滑亦軟腍,連飯都充滿香氣。今餐完全係令心情走入晴朗嘅一餐呀。。而且只係百零蚊,有咁嘅水準真係好抵讚! continue reading

某日星期六中午,要嚟銅鑼灣整野,完成後肚餓了,但又有D感冒😷,唔知食咩好,突然間醒起呢間蒸鰻魚飯想試喎,望一望時間仲趕得切佢lunch hour。搭𨋢上到嚟,一個客都冇(因為我真係2:20先嚟到),唔理啦,照坐底,即叫呢set蒸鰻魚飯定食吧(我都唔想阻人地落場呢~)雖然唔洗等好耐,但成set鰻魚飯上枱,係熱辣辣架,打開蒸籠後,好精緻呀D鰻魚擺得,流晒口水喇。鰻魚件數多,同飯中間有蛋絲,幾清,但又好味喎,另一個蒸籠係菜與幾片豚肉,夾埋一齊可以點三款醬汁(因為係清蒸,點醬食先有唔同滋味)不過得覺得就咁食都食到菜本身既甜味。成set食完覺得好滿足啊。 continue reading

食物尚可,但價格偏貴。在競爭如此激烈的銅鑼灣應該好難做。餐廳已經轉型一次,廚師一樣。用籠仔蒸飯應該係gimmick. 食落唔算太特別,就係一個蒸飯。我比較喜歡未轉型前的食物。There were just a few tables of customers in the restaurant. It’s probably because of too much competition with causeway bay. The menu is of higher price range with this area. continue reading

見到啲蒸籠,唔係飲緊茶呀,係食緊日本菜😆師傅用咗廣東手藝嘅蒸籠,配上日本壽司醋飯,再夾上海鮮嘅日本蒸飯。聽朋友介紹銅鑼灣Aura大廈裏面有一間日本菜幾好食,所以過嚟一試。當天正是女人每個月的重要日子,要吃日本菜,擔心係魚生之類生冷東西,點知見到餐牌上有steamed sushi rice, 問咗侍應係全熟的,就叫左呢個試吓。朋友仔就叫咗魚生飯。通常喺銅鑼灣食得日本菜,都係比較的骰,食唔飽,或者非常貴。但係呢個一定食得你飽。唔單止有主菜,仲有沙律,蒸蛋,湯就一定唔少得。蒸海鮮飯嚟到喇,入面有三文魚、白飯魚仔、帶子、鰻魚、蟹肉同埋冬菇。漏咗一個,仲有新鮮嘅海膽。樣樣都少少,啱晒有啲人樣樣都想試吓,而且味道可以啊,都新鮮㗎,淨係粒帶子略嫌overcook 少少。至於魚生飯,朋友都話好新鮮好好味。原來跟餐仲有一碗稻庭烏冬,都唔係馬虎㗎,煙韌的。我覺得咁嘅價錢係銅鑼灣可以食到咁嘅質素,物超所值,有機會要試吓佢哋嘅晚餐。 continue reading
