之前見倒有團購好似幾吸引未食過泰式火鍋就同貧友一齊買book左19:30準時來到已經可以攞位睇下有咩食先一般大路o既湯底同火鍋配料都有仲多左d泰式湯底同配料揀tim除左火鍋, 仲有串燒都係任食哈~仲有好多泰式醬料任加唔知邊樣打邊樣o既話可以睇哩度我自己就揀左薄荷海鮮醬, 蒜香海鮮醬同泰式甘辣牛汁個人覺得綠色o既薄荷海鮮醬最好味冬陰功海鮮湯酸酸辣辣咁, 正不過其實又唔算好辣因為唔食辣o既貧友都食得倒香草豬骨蟹煲因為個冬陰功湯底實在太惹味最後哩個煲竟然冇乜人食不過其實都唔差的但相比起冬陰功就一定係清淡d睇下哩個蟹煲有埋成隻蟹, 其實都幾足料因為人多, 所以我地可以每樣火鍋料都叫d以任食計, 火鍋料o既質素都算唔錯, 幾新鮮串燒係即叫即燒, 點埋d醬汁, 好好味見隔離枱叫d, 入面好似係蝦有師傅o係你面前炒, 著晒火咁, 好吸引

所以我地唔急於揀火煱配料…

因為係朋友介紹, 對呢間野一無所知, 所以當日食之前專登去睇食評, 見到評語麻麻, 不過, 心諗係朋友介紹,差極都係食一次, 所以都照食~~一早訂咗位, 所以唔洗等位. 我地6個女仔去食, 佢比張大圓枱我地, 對於我地諗住傾計食嘢既真係好唔方便,間嘢比較細, 每枱都好近, 所以好嘈, 要大聲講嘢先可以.我地order咗個好似叫冬陰公海鮮鍋$288, 裡面有隻細細龍蝦, 大蜆, 蝦, 細蜆, 菇類少少,d蝦極唔新鮮, 隻隻都好"霉",大蜆一咬勁多沙! 另外order咗燒海鰻(唔記得記錢, 不過份量少), 仲有個set, 燒魚($138) + 炒大蜆($130)送生蝦12隻(原價$138), 個蝦一黎到就諗,點解唔同樣既?! 唔係兩食咩?! 我心諗, 可能係送既, 所以無炸蝦頭啦. 食到差唔多都唔係好飽, 就再order咗d牛肉, 響令,餃子...火鍋料, 碟碟份量少少, 再order炒通菜, 其間order咗d飲品, 有椰青, 荔枝沙冰, 青檸soda, 呢d都ok, 無問題,最後再order咗2個椰青雪糕, 個雪糕跟埋杯椰青水, 只係椰青+雪糕, 無咩特別, 其實我唔係好食得出雪糕係咩

係整個過程呢間野真係無咩服務可言, 好似得2個男仔+老闆做嘢, 仲要成日企係埋邊背住大家, 想叫一叫佢地都難,從來唔會望下大家有無咩需要, d垃圾成枱都係, 又唔執, 叫佢地執野都好似唔識執咁樣, d嘢又黎得好慢,特別係飲品!! 佢地對人既態度唔係差, 只係無咩服務, 一d都唔細心.
食到咁上下聽到隔離枱同我一樣有一個疑問, 就係個生蝦點解無炸蝦頭?! 個老闆話"係呀! 唔係次次有架!!" 我再同我朋友講返,佢話之前係有架, 唔知點解今日無! 嘩.....即係鐘意有咩就整咩, 事前又唔同客解釋, 好唔老實囉!! 我地傻傻下唔問, 好在人地有問, 先知咩一回事!! 到埋單啦, 我朋友問可唔可以簽卡, 我就將我係食評睇到既講出黎...."係openrice到咩卡都得, 但實際上只收cash.....", 跟住我就再問下啦, 佢地話只收現金, 如果係咁, 做咩唔update返openrice既資料, 如果真係無cash咁點呢?專登出去襟錢都唔方便啦!!
最後埋單$1228, 每人$2百鬆dddd, 呢個價錢唔係貴, 其實味道唔難食, 只係唔值, 大家食唔飽, 又無服務, 用料質素差,又無咩特色, 我唔會建議人去食, 我都唔會再去呢間食.....

真係不吐不快!

型姐介紹來到呢間泰肥牛海鮮火鍋菜館食生日飯!

冬陰公湯粉 -- 算是可以. 不過可能是主打冬陰公火鍋的關係 (因為其他人會不停烚野), 如果做湯粉的話整個湯就比較淡, 用料也挺足的。

吸引我進來的是這個, 燒白鱔。遁得多年前在佐敦老趙老店吃過燒白鱔。白鱔肉厚而多汁, 底部的皮燒得乾脆, 入口還感覺到牙齒輕輕一揉而令底皮斷開的效果。可惜自那次之後, 因白鱔來貨貴而少有便宜厚肉的, 餐廳就揚走了這項。現在外邊很多港式, 湘式, 日式, 各混合式的串燒有時都有一串串的燒鱔, 可是感覺差得很遠。

燒的是白鱔因為白鱔夠肉地, 有嚼頭。黃鱔太奀而有肉羶, 不燒。燒白鱔得有心機慢燒, 也得原條燒, 一邊燒一邊加汁, 如串燒上, 肉質給破壞而且汁液流失。這個燒白鱔算是可以, 不過有些細微的骨未起淨, 令口感大打折扣。

還是這個串燒, 看賣相都只屬一般。 不提, 省篇幅。

基本上, 這餐廳的水準是一般, 不過燒烤作料, 確是有可令人接受的效果。除串燒外, 白鱔或魚等的烤味都算香濃, 生蝦也可接受。無奈用料上的成本上升, 價錢也不算便宜。餐廳收鋪較夜, 可供宵夜選擇。

The curry itself was delicious, the fish fillet was very surprising as it was cooked to perfection. Grilled rather than deep fried so felt much lighter than some of the other fish curries I've had previously!
Overall the level of service was very good and the price is also quite reasonable - $33. I would definitely go there again!

從來對任點任食沒有太大期望,更預咗持團購劵去幫襯得不到厚待,猜不到這裡使我刮目相看。服務殷勤會教埋我哋十多款醬汁適合點啲咩餸,又提我哋牛胸油唔好烚太耐,否則會韌,而某幾款牛拖一拖就食得,唔洗太熟。上菜快可能我哋晚上十點幾先到,已過了繁忙時間,基本上叫完唔洗幾分鐘就上枱。沒有將貨就價每碟的份量也不少,唔孤寒而且無漏單。食物質素唔錯雖然款式不多,但係樣樣都幾好食。牛呢度主打係牛,我哋每款都食均,覺得花鵰肥牛最好食,花鵰掩蓋了牛的蘇味,其次係泰式肥牛,幾特別。不知道牛胸油是牛的那個部份呢?爽爽地,幾得意。丸有貴價的包心丸,蟹粉和芝心都好味,磨菇忌廉怪怪的。不要點墨魚丸,好粉。餃西洋菜餃和豆苗餃都OK菜椰菜苗幾甜,金菇無乜特別。其他炸響鈴細細條,唔錯。不要點生根,浸極都唔索水。
