泰國菜成個九龍地周圍都有,其實食落我都覺得分別唔會太大,除非間餐廳真係煮得好差但唯獨少有啲係其他泰菜餐廳見到嘅係泰發嘅 檸檬燒牛肉呢碟檸檬燒牛肉不得了,一試愛上首先佢係用上好新鮮嘅牛柳條,再配上啲醃料,然後係表面灸燒,令到外面表層係熟透但裡面係依然係生嘅咁樣做到成碟牛肉不論外觀上或食落口都好有層次感食嘅時候再配上上面嘅秘製嘅泰式蒜蓉辣椒汁同芥蘭,口感一流一定要勁讚!泰發其他食物都唔錯,好似pad Thai 同泰式拼盤,但最出色難忘始終都係呢碟檸檬燒牛肉

以前一向都好喜歡食九龍城泰發但今次真係好失望📌滿心期待食燒雞 點知都未熟嘅🥵仲見到紅肉 好多人話雞未熟會有好多菌 所以真係好驚丫📌大蝦粉絲煲 個蝦頭好淋 唔夠新鮮 而啲粉絲個味好奇怪 食左兩啖唔敢再食📌蠔仔蛋 算係正常 但真係好油📌咖喱雞係幾好味嘅 不過得幾舊肉 同無乜配料 以前明明好味又大碟架📌蒜蓉包 蒜蓉真係太少 好似烘燶個法包就算咁📌至於唯一keep到水準嘅有馬拉盞炒通菜好入味 個個都爭住食真心覺得 以前嘅泰發好味好多 希望佢地會改善返啦

突然想食泰國嘢

於是入去試吓
首先餐廳環境似做街坊生意
裝修有啲似普通大排檔茶餐廳
啲夥計仲睇得出係泰國人😆感覺好地道好正宗

前菜叫咗泰國蝦好新鮮呀!但唔記得影相

之後叫咗碗冬陰公湯比一般嘅辣
好嘢味,個老闆娘會問你使唔使要少啲啦辣
好好人
湯入邊嘅餸都有好多又有蝦又有菇


個小食拼盤全部嘢食都係新鮮炸出嚟真係唔錯啊👍🏻個人最鍾意就係拼盤入邊個炸蝦餅

最後條魚都覺得唔錯👍🏻冇咩腥味
