最近因為工作關係經常去觀塘食飯,同事就帶我去食地鐵站附近嘅一間樓上泰國菜一入去仲以為係打卡Cafe,裝修幾靚,幾fancy原來同事係特登係為咗食呢一個打卡甜品鍾意食辣嘅我,就嗌咗個💟泰式海蜇拼無骨鳳爪$98,味道唔錯,唔會過鹹過辣,幾開胃!💟泰火福袋$88,個名咁特別,原來係我最鍾意食嘅生菜包,呢度嘅生菜包值得一讚,平時好多時出去食,啲肉碎都會夾雜咗好多肥豬肉,而且味道會過鹹,呢度就完全冇呢個問題!好適合注重健康嘅OL!飲品方面,又係嗌咗佢嘅招牌打卡之選 💟泰牛$68係泰式奶茶沙冰,再加埋呢隻可愛造型嘅牛牛,可能係因為而家天氣凍,啲沙冰用得好慢,成杯嘢好似飲極都飲唔另一杯就嗌咗💟斑斕椰奶$48,同事因為唔食得辣,用嚟解辣一流!💟蝦油海鮮炒飯$138,飯粒炒得乾身,入口粒粒分明,而且有一種特別嘅香氣,同平時嘅炒飯有一啲唔同!💟彩虹椰汁糕$50/4件💟蝶豆細米飯$65/4件嚟到今日嘅重頭戲,打卡重點甜品,夠椰汁糕真係非常之靚,顏色好柔和,識落一啲都唔甜,但係有淡淡嘅椰汁香!而蝶豆西米糕相對就比較甜,但係佢上面有一個大鹹味嘅醬汁,中和左西米嘅甜膩,非常特別!聖誕節期間仲有小禮物送添! continue reading

嚟到Thai Fire 當日,好慶幸自己有book到枱,因為係高峰時期都坐滿晒全場。呢度座位寬敞舒適,仲要係我鍾意嘅高級灰同埋圓形設計😍,而食物都啱晒我嘅口味。🤍《香蒜甜酸汁蝦肉餅》蝦餅炸得香口唔油膩,蝦肉紮實彈牙,灑上蒜片、辣椒片,食得好過癮!附上嘅甜酸辣同沙律醬同蝦餅都好夾。🤍《冬陰鮮菌烤魚》條魚經過油炸,魚皮係一個脆卜卜嘅狀態。等冬陰公湯滾起之後要將魚肉浸入湯底 ,等佢吸收曬個湯嘅精華,放入口又香又滑 ,咁就正喇! 🤍《椰子雞湯》 飲一啖即感受到香茅味撲鼻,尾調椰子既清甜會慢慢滲出, 呢款唔係濃味嘅湯,但係飲吓飲吓,又幾鍾意好似將成個椰子水倒咗落去嘅清甜滋味。🤍《泰式凍奶茶》第一次飲有忌廉蓋嘅奶茶,忌廉融入茶底增添咗幼滑口感,奶香十足又唔會蓋過茶香,有驚喜! 🤍《粉蜜蜜》酸酸甜甜嘅士多啤梨同梳打係好夾嘅組合,夠晒涼爽,加上亞麻籽有啲咬口,係唔錯嘅特飲 continue reading
