剛剛去咗佐敦一間叫「泰排檔」嘅泰國小店,真係幾正喎! 佢哋嘅廚師係米芝蓮出身,所以每道菜式都好地道,有位侍應好風趣好好笑,食得好開心。首先,先叫左個椰青又大又靚,一口飲落好清爽潤滑好甜。同樣厲害嘅係熱情芒果沙冰,酸酸甜甜, 芒果味好濃。跟住試左佢哋嘅泰式九層塔炒蜆, 個醬汁好香,真係幾好味。另外叫左碟飛天通菜炒得唔錯, 配埋佢哋特有嘅香料汁,好味。至於沙嗲串燒雞同豬,肉質好鮮嫩,燒得正好,配埋獨特有三款唔同嘅醬汁,配搭完美。主菜係啖啖蟹肉奄列,真係啖啖蟹肉架。甜品方面,芒果糯米飯配上香濃嘅椰汁,好令人流連忘返,糯米飯配上脆脆好特別。最後再試咗埋佢個泰式班蘭雪糕,冰涼爽滑, 班蘭味濃,仲有椰果同花生,好甜好香,實在太正。總括黎講, 呢間小店幾出色,無論係小食定主菜定甜品,全部都用心製作, 好地道正宗。我真心覺得佢哋應該多啲得到認同。

總括黎講, 呢間小店幾出色,無論係小食定主菜定甜品,全部都用心製作, 好地道正宗。我真心覺得佢哋應該多啲得到認同。

*粟米蝦餅

雪糕十分有驚喜充滿斑斕味又唔會好甜,同椰子雪糕一樣都係配有椰汁糯米飯椰果同花生


*芒果糯米飯
本身覺得有啲飽,但見到隔籬枱叫咗覺得賣相幾好,老闆仲話佢哋嘅椰汁係自己新鮮打而唔係罐頭開
糯米飯軟糯亦兼有煙靭,椰汁唔會太甜
同時都仲食到芒果嘅香味,而且芒果亦都唔係死甜嘅

見到新嘅本地小餐廳當然要去十卜一下。入面裝修好有氣氛,好似去咗泰國一模一樣,睇得出老闆好有心機。食物質素中上、通菜炒得好好味。炸雲吞亦都炸得相當脆口、就係餡料比較薄單薄一點。美中不足係碟炒蜆有差不多三分之一碟開不到。入面有有個泰國uncle店員相當風趣幽默好過癮,令到成餐食飯局大家都食得好開心!一定要返去再食!
