今日好友收工想約食泰菜, 唯有上open rice睇下屯門有冇泰菜館收夜些(好友收十点)揾到這間, 嘗試打去問,聽電話是兩個操泰國囗音人,說可十一点Last order,便即管去一試,反正屯門區都沒有泰菜館收太夜。坐的士來都好難揾到舖位,地方比較隔涉,再電舖頭 查詢,好彩有位廣東話人 詳細指導才揾到。 鋪頭門面比較殘舊,原來舖頭係一對泰籍夫婦打理,首先叫左生蝦刺生,味道唔錯,生蝦好彈牙。 泰式鳳爪味道差少少,唔夠辣。 馬拉盞通菜好味,再叫冬陰公湯同明爐烏魚,兩樣都好味, 值得一試的。最後要讚賞下泰籍老闆娘,非常好客,人又和藹可親,好高興可以 結識到佢。。

menu 上不泛特色菜餚,好有趣,從未見過。醃生腸?肥嬸嬸話係辣,不過今日貨唔靚,所以無落貨喎,陰功豬無得試。長方形舖面裝潢都好光猛、簡約、骨子,衛生都合格。泰象啤,行到氣喘梗係要嘆支冰凍啤酒喇,樽面結晒霜,入口打冷陣,爽呀 ﹗

碳燒豬頸肉,點解咁耐既?原來即燒翻熱,唔係微波爐叮喎,有誠意 ﹗聞到已經流晒口水,香氣似層相識,似十足燒豬肉乾既味道呀 ﹗急急掉舊入口,鬆軟充滿彈性,完全唔肥膩,唔會油淋淋,非常乾爽喎。燒得外層甘香微脆,燋香非常,每一口都充滿肉汁。原味已經非常可以,沾上秘制醬汁更加惹味,食唔停口,送啤酒正到痺呀 ﹗

泰式鳳爪,索一索,香氣十分清新喎,入口涼浸浸夠晒凍,最怕室溫或微暖感覺。無骨鳳爪非常爽脆彈彈,味道夠酸帶甜好醒神開胃,散發著微辣而且還有濃濃強烈鮮茄味道,我地都十分喜歡,食都心心眼。比起紅椒力量、泰海鮮、紅螞蟻、泰皇悅、等等,都更出色 ﹗

泰式生蝦,上個月曼谷後既算次生蝦。腍劈劈,肉質死實,無蝦味無鮮味,泰式酸汁略咸泛著微辣。汁都還可以,蝦就完全唔得。泰式炒通菜,蒸完再兜非常有印尼 feel,雖然無鑊氣,但都熱騰騰,爽嫩多汁不乾硬,魚露鮮香,味道達標。

泰式乾炒雞肉河,香噴噴勁有鑊氣喎,廣東炒河感覺濃厚,乾炒牛河畫面在腦內閃過。幾乎食不到的雞絲,有幾條作點綴,當然個炒河唔會食到有雞味啦,而且炒得幾碎下,幸好味道搭救。嚥韌黏黏滑滑河粉非常可口美味,蛋花加醬油香甜非凡,辣椒醬都唔洗加,原味勁好食呢。

明爐冬陰功烏頭魚,個湯有肉鬆既?我覺得似酸辣肉鬆多過冬陰功喎。耐心等候湯底滾開,期間要不停將汁淋上魚身不同部位,因為受熱唔平均,而且湯只浸到魚既 4 份 1 都無,底就夠熱,面又點會熱呢 ﹗最好一邊滾開後再反另一邊再滾,整條魚先夠熱麻。

完成可以出爐喇 ﹗淺嚐幾口冬陰功湯,酸味濃而不辣,茄味突出,還隱約有點魚味道,好飲又開胃。掃開香料夾出魚肉,白煙直噴,好有氣氛呢 ﹗魚肉再三係湯汁上打滾再掉入口,啖啖肉勁滿足,魚味實淨,欠缺鮮甜味。湯好好、魚平平,一試無妨。鮮芒果冰,新鮮芒果榨汁,鮮甜幼滑好好飲呀,必試。

泰式炸蝦餅,吉列蝦餅?好得意喎,吉列感強烈,咬到索索聲勁鬆脆。食得到微弱的蝦味,肉汁稍削,質地偏硬實,滾上大量甜酸醬都可口合格既。

泰式醉雞煲半隻,仲唔被我食到您 ﹗老闆諗左好耐先答應煮比我食乍,因為今日無預備呢,依家即刻處理,麻煩晒啊。靜候湯底滾起,立即倒晒雞件去浸先,老闆親自幫我加酒呢。

跟廣東菜唔同,雞無用酒先醃喎。起動 ﹗試下何為泰式醉雞湯先,有酒味的香茅辣椒湯,沒什麼特別,無意見。肥美雞件喎,半隻份量都不少。皮肉都非常嫩滑,又唔會太肥,不過完全無味,失敗。其實我好想要辣椒豉油點雞食呢,雞件醃左先好更好味,湯底加多點泰國香料會更好。味道一般的平凡單調,試一次便夠。

豉汁炒蜆,靜蠅蠅地上檯,無聲無色無煙無熱力,明顯地兜個汁出貨。超級混濁的豆豉味道,落得太多,太強烈喇 ﹗蜆肉彷如汆過幾次水一樣,縮晒水變得瘦猛猛乾爭爭,橡膠般的質地,無蜆味無鮮味無海水味。汆過水都仍然有砂,整碟味濃而陰沉,真係唔多掂。食左兩三隻已經想放棄,但老闆問點解唔食呀?好難食嗎?唯有免為其難全部食晒去啦。

泰式蝦仔濕炒河,叫錯左濕炒添,我地其實想食乾炒呢。蝦仔烚到過晒火,乾硬鞋無味道。炒河芡汁甜甜的,連河帶汁掃入口味道不錯,大量雜都都甜美滿意。

依間咁嘅嘢第一次食,點知中伏到應一應,完全係唔掂囉,第一間令我嬲到要上嚟寫食評,一嚟原來連最基本泰國餐廳要有嘅嘢海南雞飯都冇已經火滾,得lunch先有,諗住唔鬼食,但情人節就算數啦,316蚊(套餐價)覺得都okay,唔算話好貴,但頂佢個肺,出到嚟啲嘢食同垃圾冇分別,佢個套餐得蝦餅,東蔭公湯,菜包,炒菜一碟同泰式炒飯total五樣,最火滾係個所謂泰式炒飯,一啲都唔似係泰式囉,唔知邊忽似係,仲要勁細碟,一人食都覺少嘅份量,同我自己屋企炒嘅隔夜飯一啲分別都冇,白晒晒,得幾隻雪藏蝦同幾粒芒果,仲要係未清乾淨晒皮嘅芒果,大佬做嘢唔洗慳時間到咁呀嘛?!皮都未清晒就放落去炒真係好q嘢~~啲菜呢就炒到老嘅,炒到黑晒,全餐係得個湯,菜包同蝦餅叫正常同啲,咁就收人316,食到滿肚火,下次咪洗旨意再幫襯佢,埋單仲要三吹四請,心諗係咪唔想收錢呀!行到就到廚房先叫到人出嚟埋單,可以全村人入晒去冇人睇埸都有囉~~永久backlist依間cheap嘢!!

睇完戲後, 行到洪橋位置搵食。無意中都會搵到好野^^ 舖頭細細, 好在等了15 MINS到就可以入座由於又係得兩個人關係, 試既種類都唔多第一個來的是黃咖哩雞+白飯 ($68) (白飯唔記得幾錢)很香甜,微辣, 椰奶十足, 煮好的雞肉滑嫩香醇,配白飯一流!泰式蝦炒飯 ($48) (有豬、雞、蝦選擇, 我選了蝦)上台時熱辣辣, 但味道一般, 有很多配料和蝦, 都幾大碟、夠份量! 但不夠乾身, 食落沒有炒飯的味道。所以之後都就咁當普通飯咁撈埋個黃咖哩食, 唔好O徒料!炸蝦餅 ($50)呢個漏單, 初初仲諗住用來送飯, 搞到食晒所有野先上.....個蝦餅都炸得幾香脆, 但對兩個人來說, 食咁多件太油膩了, 下次都不好叫龍眼冰 ($18)呢個味道仲淡過我平時自己冇加糖沖的龍眼水, 佢名副其實的龍眼"冰"。真係好多"冰", 我地見到隔離台先到的飲品咁多冰, 都已醒目咁叫少冰三色冰 ($18)椰汁+水+三色涼粉, 味道適中, 唔會太甜, 但如果多些椰味會更好!

經常性係呢頭出沒,已經好久冇黎過呢度食,當日一家五口黎晚飯...續樣講講吧~先黎一個冬蔭功, 上黎既時候完全冇野滾住, 我印象中以前唔係咁,味道幾好,夠酸又夠辣不過覺得佢今次油左少少...生蝦都ok...48蚊有10隻,不過嫌佢俾得唔夠汁,一分錢一分貨...蝦唔算大隻...不過都過得去...味道都幾好...食左兩樣辣野可以有第二d味中和下...今日既蟹包索價200元...蟹好細隻加上冇乜肉,如果係第二類型既配料可能感覺會抵d...我覺得個包冇以前咁好食了...特別係個咖哩汁...以前個味好好多....攪到都冇要食晒佢既意慾...

以前在屯門住過所以知訂黎食,搬走之後有機會入屯門都盡可能去食除炒粉炒飯超抵食外,其他食物價錢唔算特別平不過都好合理,而且食物整得好食,碟頭又大又足料今次2個人去,因為閒日,時間又好早,所以得我地一檯客專誠想帶朋友試下個咖喱包,由於知道個包好大份,兩個人其實基本上唔會食得晒,所以都只係點左幾個菜最重要係叫個冬蔭公湯,係我試過咁度之中最滿意的,酸味辣味剛剛好,一窩$98 其實呢,之前食過咖喱蟹包,都覺得好好味架,不過由於我同朋友都怕食蟹好麻煩,所以試過一次以後就試其他配搭,一樣係好好味 個麵包烘到微脆,索晒d咖喱汁,係難以形容的正!咖喱包的咖喱汁係唔辣的,但好惹味,打了蛋花,大約$150 ,值呀!芒果白雪冰 $18好好味的,不過我自己都係鍾意飲青檸梳打,爽d 埋單$296,食唔晒d野,打包左2大盒唔好o徒,拎返屋企叮返熱都仲好正之前食過好多次其他食物,例如柚子沙律、燒豬頸肉等,炒粉炒飯等,全部都好好食環境幾企理的一間鋪仔,老闆娘同佢細佬都好nice,人手唔多,有咩需要可以出聲問佢會幫你,希望佢地好生意

不過由於我同朋友都怕食蟹好麻煩,所以試過一次以後就試其他配搭,一樣係好好味

個麵包烘到微脆,索晒d咖喱汁,係難以形容的正!
咖喱包的咖喱汁係唔辣的,但好惹味,打了蛋花,大約$150 ,值呀!

枝裝藍好啤酒同罐裝可口可樂最冇問題,青檸梳打一般,三個椰青得一個可以食埋D肉,其餘兩個都太老了.
叫了一個白飯,竟然連白飯都唔得,都唔知呢間餐廳有麼是得的.
後加的馬拉盞芥蘭和煎蠔餅,竟然忙記落單,算了吧,已經好飽,但其中一個侍應竟然當眾責罵唔記得落單的侍應,唔駛呀?
最後,樓上竟倒D水落黎污染我哋D餸,因為當天冇落過雨,如果唔係樓上倒落黎,都唔知簷蓬D水係邊度流落黎.
