最近少去石塘咀,也就少了機會去這間之前去過,甚為喜歡的泰國餐廳。今晚在附近工作,即刻卜位食晚飯。.餐廳就在香港大學站附近,這兒的餐廳為迎合大學的內地生,已漸漸被川菜、烤魚、螺螄粉等取代,泰誇張是我在這兒食飯的救星。.餐廳墨綠色的門面好易認,牆上掛着懷舊的廣告牌,地磚和碗碟色彩斑斕充滿民族風情。.老闆是泰國人,很親切,用心製作食物,正宗又有質素。.落完單之後才發覺每道菜都有蝦,變了泰式全蝦宴。不過每種蝦的味道和質感又有分別,感覺得意,食得開心。🏅冬蔭功湯($78)~酸辣平衡好好飲🏅炸蝦餅($88)~外脆內彈牙不用說,最難得是蝦肉有鮮蝦味。🏅柚子蝦沙律($88)~柚子肉新鮮多汁無澀味,用腰果代替花生顯誠意。🏅椰青焗紅咖哩海鮮($128)~外觀一流,紅咖哩濃郁不辣,海鮮有蝦、魷魚、青口等,好吃,但都不及鮮嫩椰子肉好吃,清甜的椰子肉切成條狀,與咖哩醬非常合拍,非常好吃。🏅蝦膏炒飯($118)~飯粉分明炒得好靚,蝦膏味不算好濃,我用來配紅咖哩吃,炒飯和咖哩同時升級,同時凸出兩者的優點,極力推薦。 continue reading
