最近少去石塘咀,也就少了機會去這間之前去過,甚為喜歡的泰國餐廳。今晚在附近工作,即刻卜位食晚飯。.餐廳就在香港大學站附近,這兒的餐廳為迎合大學的內地生,已漸漸被川菜、烤魚、螺螄粉等取代,泰誇張是我在這兒食飯的救星。.餐廳墨綠色的門面好易認,牆上掛着懷舊的廣告牌,地磚和碗碟色彩斑斕充滿民族風情。.老闆是泰國人,很親切,用心製作食物,正宗又有質素。.落完單之後才發覺每道菜都有蝦,變了泰式全蝦宴。不過每種蝦的味道和質感又有分別,感覺得意,食得開心。🏅冬蔭功湯($78)~酸辣平衡好好飲🏅炸蝦餅($88)~外脆內彈牙不用說,最難得是蝦肉有鮮蝦味。🏅柚子蝦沙律($88)~柚子肉新鮮多汁無澀味,用腰果代替花生顯誠意。🏅椰青焗紅咖哩海鮮($128)~外觀一流,紅咖哩濃郁不辣,海鮮有蝦、魷魚、青口等,好吃,但都不及鮮嫩椰子肉好吃,清甜的椰子肉切成條狀,與咖哩醬非常合拍,非常好吃。🏅蝦膏炒飯($118)~飯粉分明炒得好靚,蝦膏味不算好濃,我用來配紅咖哩吃,炒飯和咖哩同時升級,同時凸出兩者的優點,極力推薦。

今次我哋去咗西環搵咗間好靚嘅泰菜😍鮮明綠色嘅門面令我哋一度以為係cafe🤭但入到去係靚靚cafe之餘係充滿泰國風味,而且由泰國人主理,好特別😁😁餐廳好貼心🥰會先詢問食到幾辣而有所調整,所以唔食得太辣嘅我今次食得好舒服😙碟碟清晒都冇問題😝🥥椰汁雞湯($68)奶白色嘅雞湯🍲配料都唔少,有雞胸同菇🍄入口先係酸酸地,之後係充滿椰香,叫人忍唔住一飲再飲🤤🥬豬頸肉沙律 ($98)平時食泰菜通常都會叫炭燒豬頸肉,不過見有沙律🥗又可以加生菜 (+$18)🥬都幾得意,有啲似生菜包😁辣辣地又軟熟嘅豬頸肉,包生菜惹味又健康😋🦀蟹肉奄列 ($128)蛋餅煎得夠香,食落仲啖啖肉🫢冇諗到蟹肉量咁多,多到好似食緊肉咁😂但食得出好有鮮味😋正👍🏻🌶冬蔭炒飯 ($118)紅卜卜嘅炒飯加大大塊蛋都幾吸引🤩炒飯炒得夠乾身,食落酸酸辣辣充滿冬陰功味😋而且飯入邊仲有唔少海鮮,有蝦🦐有青口又魷魚🦑好豐富😆🧋泰奶茶 ($48)🍹龍眼冰 ($48)

今日去西環覓食,比一間小店嘅門面吸引咗😎 綠色主調嘅裝修,非常有特色🫶🏻 店名叫做泰誇張😆 好明顯係食泰國嘢啦,一於入去試吓🤪雖然係小店,但係裝修好精緻好有心思🤩非常適合打卡👍 食物泰國人主理,而且價錢都好合理,性價比唔錯🫶🏻🌟泰式蝦餅 $88一客有四件,每件份量都唔細😬 蝦餅爽口彈牙,最緊要係新鮮炸起,熱辣辣,點泰式甜醬食,唔錯🫶🏻🌟冬陰功湯 $68呢個冬陰功湯好好味喎🤩味道好正宗,唔會太辣,好香好惹味👍配料有大量嘅菇,仲有大蝦,非常足料🫶🏻🌟炒通菜 $68味道幾特別,應該係加咗啲麵豉醬,同出邊食到嘅味道有啲唔同,通菜新鮮👍👍🌟黃咖喱炒軟殼蟹 $148份量好巨大😍有三隻原隻軟殼蟹🤩 炸到又香又脆,黃咖喱比較溫和偏甜,唔會辣👍 最開心係咖喱加入大量嘅雞蛋,用嚟撈飯真係一流👍😎🌟蝦肉菠蘿炒飯 $108飯粒夠香口,粒粒分明👍 調味唔會過濃,仲加咗洋蔥青椒等配菜,令個飯更加香😬 蝦肉都係新鮮彈牙,非常好食👍滿意嘅一餐,性價比高,而且味道比較正宗🥰鍾意食泰國菜嘅朋友經過嘅話記得入去試吓啦😎
