首先因為同朋友食個快飯,所以呢張相真係好求其咁影,自己睇番都接受唔到.返番正題,嚟呢度真係要多少少老友先得,今次一行三人叫咗五個餸,真係好飽呀!去餸!!黑醋炸蛋雞呢度隻雞出名,整咗半隻,肉微暖,食落有少少黑醋味,甜味相對比較重,但絕對唔過籠,肉身都冇浸到好老,幾特別嘅一個餸。跟住幾個都係香口嘢麥片黃金海中蝦,其實我唔係太好麥片呢家嘢,所以一直都好少叫呢類型餸,今次食過,又幾好喎,麥片甜甜地,沾滿晒啲蝦,蝦肉可以接受,爽就唔爽但就又未至於梅,收得你錢又比番個量你。椒鹽鮮魷炸得唔錯,炸漿薄薄地,魷魚唔老,香口。九肚魚又係炸,類似椒鹽鮮魷嘅炸漿,食法差不多,但感覺冇鮮魷咁好,兩個一齊食就有個口感既比較,鮮魷可以咬吓,所以建議兩個只點一個.啫啫菜又係重口味餸一個,送到上枱,當然陣陣香味撲鼻,呢個餸基本上都唔會點輸,食落都冇過咸。店舖就真係唔光鮮,某啲位仲會滴水,但如果裝修好啲就可能貴番啲,所以睇吓各位嘅喜好喇。 continue reading

有朋自遠方來,台灣朋友三人來港,當然要盡地主之誼招呼一番。另外的香港朋友介紹九龍城一間小館,說很特別值得一試,就試試這間。朋友一早訂好檯,一行六人7:30到達無需倫候直接入座,店舖共兩層,裝修間單,我們被安排坐樓上,其實檯不算多全部是圓檯。有部份菜式需要預訂,朋友已訂胡椒沙參玉竹豬肚包雞鍋、椒鹽一口鮑魚及黑椒元蹄,跟著就點菜。1. 胡椒沙參玉竹豬肚包雞鍋 - 與平時其他店吃開的不一樣,味道較為清淡而沙參玉竹濃,豬肚及雞很稔,胡椒味仍重,特別。2. 椒鹽一口鮑魚 - 這款據說是招牌菜,每隻計一人一隻連殼上,在想鮑魚做椒鹽炸過會不會很乾很硬,但入口竟是軟滑,內裡仍有肉汁,椒鹽味浸滿鮑魚肉,好好味呀。3. 酥炸桶蠔 - 每隻計一人一隻,賣相就相當肥膩,脆漿炸至金黃還在面上放上很多深色的醬,待應教用生菜包著蠔來吃,一口咬下油膩感被生菜中和,醬汁原來不太重味,酥皮來脆蠔肉仍保持軟滑,好味。4. 椒鹽豆腐 - 豆腐切得細細粒,一入口外皮香脆加上黑芝麻夠香口,內裡豆腐真的滑到不得了,好好吃。5. 胡椒大肉蟹伊麵 - 隻蟹很大隻,反開蟹蓋非常多膏,蟹肉很甜,底下是伊麵伴著很多薑蔥及胡椒,伊麵細滑,好吃。6. 惹味茶皇蝦 - 蝦的份量不小,加上很多茶葉,茶葉吃了一啖不好吃,但蝦夠新鮮蝦肉彈牙鮮甜,不錯。7. 黑椒元蹄 - 比起一般大排檔的細隻,而味道亦較淡,肉質夠稔夠滑,不錯。8. 馬拉盞芥蘭 - 芥蘭幼身鮮嫩,肉鬆等香料炒得很入味,不錯。胡椒沙參玉竹豬肚包雞鍋喝完後加湯可以灼菜,我們選了金菇菜和唐生菜。另外點了多杯飲品、汽水及啤酒。整體此店很有特式,提供的菜式較為小見,而味道亦感覺得出是刻意較淡,水準很高,看菜牌還有很多特色菜,下次會再度嘗試。  continue reading

一入到去就有位,入面同普通餐廳差唔多,冇話特別舒服但係都唔係唔舒服。侍應服務好好,叫左既野食佢都會俾下意見俾你同埋推介佢地既拿手小菜。咁多碟餸裡面碟咕咾肉最令我難忘,個汁好正,啲肉煮到岩岩好,同埋啲菠蘿都好正!高度推介哩間! continue reading

睇過報章介紹,一心想試吓呢間隱藏於九龍城嘅小店。嚟到門口已經圖文並茂介紹拿手菜式,入到去擺明茶餐廳格局,一坐低已急不及待表明已訂位,侍應好醒目,即刻準備上我事先留咗嘅胡椒豬肚雞煲。胡椒豬肚雞煲$188👍👍侍應SET好卡式爐同上咗碟生菜豆腐金菇菜之後,就遞上個煲。師傅原來係將豬肚包住半隻雞,再縫合一齊嚟煲,煲足六七個鐘。侍應好細心,比我哋睇完再拎番去厨房剪開豬肚再上枱,我哋二話不說先飲啖湯,胡椒味十足,夠涫夠甜,豬肚入味,雞件腍身,食完成身暖晒😊金磚一口豆腐$38👍👍炸豆腐食得多,呢次真係一百分!最難係外脆內嫩,外皮有少鹹味同芝麻香,仲要係賣$38!!真係UNBELIEVABLE😍辣爆排骨仔$58👍做法似四川辣子雞。關鍵係排骨走油至乾身,再配大量辣椒乾炒,惹味香口,上枱時好似啫啫雞煲咁重熱到啫啫聲😳但可能要遷就香港人口味,嗜辣嘅我下次會叫師傅放心加辣,應該可以更出色。今次叫三樣嘢全部都水準以上,可惜礙於得兩丁友,啲餸又十分抵食大碟,所以未能多試其他菜式,希望下次多啲人嚟開餐可以試多幾樣。       以街坊價錢食到大㕑功夫,性價比極高。今晚全場爆滿,奉勸各位如想幫襯一定要訂位,而胡椒豬肚雞煲必須要預先訂先有得食。 continue reading

5個朋友一齊食個街坊飯,就去左呢間試下間野既感覺真係好街坊,留左間房俾我地先叫了一人一碗炖湯,枯汁炖豬肺,好香杏汁味,3份2係料,3分享係湯,好濃!一口豆腐細細粒,皮好脆,而入面好滑,好少有可以做得咁整齊 紫番薯豆苗,味道有D怪,但好LIKE夠清,因為碟碟油來碟清既真不錯咸水海魚....泥鯭魚中真大條,質感夠實,有魚味鳳爪好滑,入曬味,不太咸也不太油朋友食羊腩,我就無食,但佢跟其他餐廳一樣附上大大碟生菜埋單7百幾,都算OK continue reading
