前幾日book定檯,5:30到即刻可入座,呢個時段可以食到8:30,坐底一陣餐廳好快就滿座。每人$200免加一可以揀5款海鮮,8款配料打邊爐,最後就用煮過海鮮同配料既湯底黎煲粥,同蒸氣火鍋唔同。除左5款海鮮外,會按人頭每人有半隻蟹同一碟沙白蜆。個蟹一到我地已急不及待放了入去煮15分鐘,蟹味超濃,肉質好滑好鮮甜,加埋少少蟹膏,食完半隻完全唔夠喉。沙白蜆又係好新鮮,全部都好快開口,冇沙,細細粒蘸少少汁好味d。鮑魚都幾大隻厚肉,有鮮味。呢個皇貝第一次食,少少似北寄貝,好有咬口,鮮味十足,好鍾意呢個!帶子都算大粒,個殼同我地平時食果d唔同,唔知係咩品種,但食落都幾鮮。仲有個大尾魷,好快熟,每人再有2隻蝦,一倒落水蝦仲郁,彈到濕晒,證明好新鮮。其他配料推介梅頭肉,好食過牛好蟹,另外有芝士豆腐都正。每人叫左支野飲,最後埋單$216,抵到笑。

蝦,千奇5好睇小呢幾隻蝦,我最大最大驚喜係呢幾隻蝦,佢5係新鮮甘簡單,佢係直頭識跳呀!黎既時候識郁識跳,佢5係用新鮮黎形容,係要用生猛呀!

佢地對自己啲蝦生猛程度都好有信心!佢有貼住張紙教學,要你落蝦果時要拎個夾夾實,直至紅哂先好放手!

而味道方面,食落去肉身極之彈牙,鮮味十足!真正既海鮮就應當如此呀!

但蝦。。都係要追,起先話蝦賣晒,嚇一跳,有無咁黑呀~
好在後來喺廚房搵得返,仲好新鮮呢


到配料啦~豬肉好味同鮮味過牛肉,花膠仔一定要叫,除了本身會吸湯超好味外,仲會令個粥更傑身
D丸都ok,

最後加埋個粥膽,個粥超鮮味,成身暖暖的


除了和好多人的comment 一樣,要好好留意時間,自己的time management 要好,因為其實真係幾趕,一食完碗粥就要埋單。。。
另外大家真係要記得帶溼紙巾抹手,因為店裡無提供,但洗手間的情況都。。有d混亂。。。


不過值得一讚的是,店裏有poster, timer 幫大家煮好海鮮哦 都算細心。。

當日中午訂位只有晚上8點半,3位入座。到步後都稍為等多10分鐘先入座。之前聽過性價比高,的確可以選擇好多鍋料,唯一覺得多寶魚比較多骨少肉,不太推薦。除左海鮮之外,可供多8款火鍋配料,其中覺得雞骨丸比較特別,口感不錯最後加粥時,已經有9分飽,但都食了一大碗,最鐘意係有芋頭嘅肉配海鮮的精華總括,呢個價錢食到海鮮火鍋又飽肚算平,係不錯嘅選擇

話說鍋心係香港都有好多分店,身邊唔少人食過覺得幾好,粥底火鍋我未食過,於是早一星期訂左今晚第一輪(6:00-8:30pm) 泥試試。有特選部分亦有自選部分沙白出色d,好鮮甜,但有少少沙,每人約10隻。兩款都新鮮大隻呢兩款一樣新鮮大隻,鮑魚更加係彈牙厚肉活蝦跳到唔停,倒晒4隻落鍋最好,用夾可能會彈走左。黃金蚌有明顯腥味,唔加好過響鈴吸晒海鮮湯精華,浸5-8秒最反正呢款唔係脆。油炸鬼一般。豬梅頭幾濃豬肉味,油脂剛剛好魚皮都脆,唔會太咸,浸3-5秒最好肥牛好鞋,少少牛味,又薄又乾雞骨丸係雞軟骨既丸版本,手打既,誠意有加分粟米好爽甜豬腩片比梅頭薄同鞋,豬味又冇甘濃,但都唔錯既。花膠仔好恐怖,我冇食到,下次唔點喇加配料,豬油渣炸得好香,燶燶地味加埋套餐已包既芋頭同南瓜,海鮮精華盡吸,侍應細心攪拌粥底,五分鐘就完成海鮮粥 你數下有幾多海鮮同配料落過係個鍋,個粥就有幾多隻味,十分豐富如果你鍾意我今次既分享,請你馬上立即宜家就俾個♥️同關注我😬按我個頭像然後按「關注」🙇🏻‍♀️

天寒地凍就想去打邊爐, 初初新開時嚟食過一次已經覺得抵食又滿足,每人只係二百蚊,唔洗加一,野飲就十幾蚊一支,但就多甩漏。而今次帶鍾意食海鮮嘅爸媽黎食,食到佢地好滿意,而上食物速度同流暢黎講,明顯比初時好左好多,起碼無再有漏單情況出現即日打去訂六點個轉都仲有枱訂到。菜單好簡單,但有好多款揀,而且食到尾真係好飽。每枱指定有蟹同沙白兩款海鮮,之後,七揀五海鮮,再揀八款打邊爐配料。所以,我覺得如果少人黎食好好,樣樣都有少少,又可以食好多款,唔洗平時買一袋食唔哂塞爆個雪櫃。今次蟹無乜肉食,但水蟹鮮甜煲粥真係一流, 鮑魚仔好新鮮,上枱時仲係會識郁,其它都正正常常起碼無食到有沙。食曬海鮮就可以落南瓜,芋頭同粟米落去煲,等到打完邊爐之後,就可以叫人整個粥。

星期日,一家幾口去煱心試下海鮮粥底打邊爐,6pm(第一時段)準時開始。當我們下單選定食材,我們亦下單要飲品,豈料打邊爐最常飲的酸梅湯已經售罄,心想餐廳剛剛營業而且我們是食首時段,幹嗎飲品這樣快售罄?海鮮食材方面都算新鮮,但蜆有點沙,而蟹方面,廚房應該先為客人把蟹鉗拍碎才端上客人桌上。不過,因為配菜如肉類,肉丸之類上菜比較慢,在只定兩小時內用完餐是非常急趕。服務方面都不大理想,由於坐位及桌面空間不算寬闊,盛滿了蝦蟹殼的碟子不是經常有服務員清理,所以枱面都很髒,而且每次我們要求加添湯水,服務員都好像懶得理會一樣,直到我們煲內的湯差不多煎乾,我們再三催促下才給我們倒少少湯入煲內,總之感覺服務不佳。整體而言,食物和價錢還可以,餐廳有很多進步的空間。

之前有機會分別去過佐敦,深水埗及大圍的分店,今晚公司飯聚再提議同事去試,都覺得海鮮(蟹,鮑魚,貝殼類等)新鮮美味,粥底經過加入海鮮肉類蔬菜煮熟的過程,最後再加入較濃調的白粥及配料(芫荽,豬油渣,頭菜粒等),份外美味,為這一餐劃上完美的句號。
