妹妹最愛吃小籠包和銀絲卷。這天午餐,她選了葵芳的這一間。1時才入座,人不多,食物上枱也快。最驚喜的是,兩姐妹不太好吃蔬菜,這兒的蒜蓉炒白菜仔竟然吃個不停,最後要多點一碟去。這白菜仔有香口蒜蓉味,不油不咸,菜也非常新鮮,吃起來軟硬剛好,每條菜色香味俱全,難怪兩姐妹吃得津津有味。媽媽點了鮮蝦餛飩面,餛飩皮薄肉嫩,包了大大隻蝦在中間,分開兩啖入口,剛剛好。面也煮得相當有水準,每條面分明,彈牙可口。我最愛這兒的蕎麥茶,真是「齒夾留香」。

約了朋友到葵青劇院看畫劇,於是到了新都會廣場吃晚餐。選了南小館,6點30分到入座,幸好早一點進去,因為之後便開始要領號碼了。限時90分鐘,不過本身也趕時間就沒有關係了。叫了老干媽炒年糕,味道有點偏重,另外叫了雞絲粉皮,味道不過不失。幸好,還叫要「稱王」的蔥油拌麵,味道不錯,蔥香盈盈,拿回不少分數。最重頭戲是酸辣湯,酸味出色,用料實在,有完整小蝦,不太濃不太淡。我跟友人也驚喜十足。服務尚算不錯,沒有茶,侍應看到也會主動添加

小館五福拼(5件$80):五福拼,不同的地方有不同的意頭拼盤,這裡拼的是不同的小籠包,如無錫小籠包、鮮肉帶子小籠包、生拆蟹粉小籠包、黑公露小籠包及鮮肉小籠包,我在夾起的時候,總是在穿羊水,而無法吃到在口中爆出來的風味。
蝦肉餛飩湯面$48:做工精細,餡料豐富。
桂花蜜拉糕(3件:$28):女人還要再吃甜品,才算是豐富的一頓飯。

最後為不斷為我添茶的那位侍應哥哥:"謝謝儂!",因為吃得精美的關係,就不得不犠牲了一下健康,我吃這些菜式總是在口渴,總是在飲茶,不知不覺喝完許多杯,而那位哥哥一見我飲完,又幫我倒滿,輪迴了很多次。雖然茶水每位收費$12。

下班後已十分疲累,看見這家店不用等位便入坐,環境闊落,店員看見我拿著很多東西,主動多拿一張椅子給我擺東西,很貼心。這裡的食物質素就一般般,就普普通通,要抱著是家常便飯吃的心態便可,店鋪坐得舒適,不會覺得迫夾。值得一讚是清燉牛展湯很不錯,夠熱,味道清甜,牛展大大塊有4 件,很飽肚。另一方面,我覺得點心比主菜煮得出色,蝦肉雲吞湯麵,麵沒有味道,只有麵味,不推薦,其他食物還可以。反正是不要抱很高期望,當作是家常便飯吃便可以了。

在新都會睇完戲後,友人話想食上海菜,就選擇了光顧南小館,結果有意外驚喜。環境給人耳目一新的感覺,還可以睇到露天廣場的靚景。講返食物,蟹粉小籠包好精緻,又鮮又多湯,生煎包一定要推介,包底煎得香趣及勁正的湯汁,食的時候要小心喔👍另手抓餅煎得香噴噴,唔油,見到都流晒口水😂喜歡食辣的朋友,紅油抄手及四川担担面必點喔。而甜點就點了一個拼盤,芒果布丁有大大粒的芒果肉,苿莉花茶凍有濃香的綠茶味,南瓜團的造型很得意,而綠豆糕就有冰皮月餅feel 。最後服務方面,上菜速度快,服務生也很有禮貌。下次一定會回來試下其它菜式😬
