近排成日都打邊爐,有d悶,試下食雞煲都先,雖然都同打邊邊差唔多聽聞一品幾好食就黎試下, 同朋友兩個人食, 朋友先黎拎台, 因為好似要6人以上先可以訂位, 拎左飛仔要齊人先可以入座, 門口有位超大聲叫台o既大嬸, 佢把聲真係好響, 我諗全條眾安街都聽到佢把聲...我同朋友"齊人"等左一陣就有位...但入到去又企係度等左兩個字先真係有台比我地,係比另一舖位我地, 紫色裝修, 有水晶燈...裝修有少少西化,真係特別...明明黎食雞煲...入正題, 叫左半隻雞煲先,要微辣, 朋友唔係好食得辣, 但我地都叫個微辣黎試下, 要少少辣先野味o既~ 雞煲好快黎到, 唔可以教超過1000w呀..我地都驚痴底呀..仲有叫左碟細手切牛, 蝦滑拼墨魚滑, 鱔片, 魚皮餃拼雲吞同稻庭烏冬食...佢有一壺湯比我地加入個煲度,咁個湯就唔會太濃太杰,可以食緊d雞之後滾其他野食...先講個雞, 個汁味道濃郁又唔算好咸,少少辣夠野味,雞都好肉,就唔會係新鮮雞架喇,但唔差呀....個汁真係味道唔錯...讚!其他野呢~ 個牛肉都好滑, 牛味就唔算太濃,可能都比雞汁味蓋過了...蝦滑墨魚滑都好新鮮彈牙, 鱔都新鮮不過我唔食o既

入正題, 叫左半隻雞煲先,要微辣, 朋友唔係好食得辣, 但我地都叫個微辣黎試下, 要少少辣先野味o既~ 雞煲好快黎到, 唔可以教超過1000w呀..我地都驚痴底呀..仲有叫左碟細手切牛, 蝦滑拼墨魚滑, 鱔片, 魚皮餃拼雲吞同稻庭烏冬食...

佢有一壺湯比我地加入個煲度,咁個湯就唔會太濃太杰,可以食緊d雞之後滾其他野食...先講個雞, 個汁味道濃郁又唔算好咸,少少辣夠野味,雞都好肉,就唔會係新鮮雞架喇,但唔差呀....個汁真係味道唔錯...讚!

其他野呢~ 個牛肉都好滑, 牛味就唔算太濃,可能都比雞汁味蓋過了...蝦滑墨魚滑都好新鮮彈牙, 鱔都新鮮不過我唔食o既...但魚皮餃雲吞就皮厚,麻麻地...個烏冬好正呀,撈埋d汁食...煙煙韌韌好味道,正!

d火鍋料都好新鮮唔錯, 仲有個竹蔗茅根水都好飲呀, 唔同第二度得個甜字冇黎味道, 佢d真係feel到清甜潤一潤, 我對一品都幾滿意, 係就係貴d啦, 兩個人四百幾,不過同朋友都話可以再encore!

雞煲- 非常好,入味,正!打邊爐食品- 新鮮,好味,份量也足夠!飲品- $10一支細汽水比較貴,兩下就無,其他飲品就唔太夠凍!基本上食物值得去食既!但本人最想講係那個收錢的大叔(相信他是老闆,如果唔係佢D咁既態度早就炒得),你咁樣既態度,野食有幾好,D客黎一次就夠了,係你度消費仲要受你氣,真係要檢討下啦。。。

朋友推介荃灣有間雞煲好正,今晚去到荃灣順便一試,在門口等位已經聞到好香,不遇等了一個半鐘先有位,但是雞煲真是好好味。其他材料都好新鮮,叫了鮑鱼同雞煲一齊滾,好味。蝦丸同墨鱼丸好爽,烏冬配雞煲真正。下次約多幾個朋友一齊來可以試多喲款式。

簡直是兩回事,可能真是太多客所以粗制濫做
味道有如白烚雞 , 完全吾入味

火煱料好一般 , 衹是以較平 !!!!!

會有一壺湯擺係台俾我地自己加,呢樣我覺得幾好
叫左d打邊爐料~炸付皮、烏冬、生菜、墨魚滑、可樂x2
烏冬‥入哂味,正,不過要攪攪佢,會痴底。
炸付皮‥即炸,呢個不得了,索哂d汁。
墨魚滑‥真係好滑

其實2枝可樂唔夠飲,但$10/1枝太貴喇,自備左枝水

這是小妹第一篇的食評,多多指教!=]見到荃灣新開的雞煲,好吸引,第一次去walk-in, 坐地下果層的"car"位,同爸媽三個人坐六人位的car 位實在舒服。一開始order左半隻雞煲,叫左微辣,一滾媽咪就夾起d辣椒,佢話會愈煲愈辣,好好味!!!好濃味!!爸爸鍾意食牛腩,叫多左個牛坑腩煲,都幾好食!!推介大家用呢個煲的湯加落雞煲打邊爐,會比加佢提供既"清"湯正好多!!!因為第二次去因為細枱無叫到呢個煲,加佢的"清"湯,整到好淡!!另外非常推介的係烏冬&炸腐皮烏冬連爸爸果關都過到!!!爸爸每次去都必要叫呢個!!因為佢唔同普通既烏冬架!!不過有點點貴, $20....不過真係好食!!而相的前方既墨魚滑我見食評好多人讚,但我本人就覺得好"實",,唔知係唔係我碌得太耐!!!呢個炸腐皮超好食!!!!又係唔同出面買果d架!!!可能係自家製,比較薄身!!最後見左兩隻鮑魚仔$18 eachum...........覺得唔值,好一般!不推介!推介呢間係因為食完返到屋企唔會好口渴=沒有太多味精了吧!!!!^^"不過老實講,我第二次去個煲的料已經少左,咁快就縮水!!????

有朋友成日都話荃灣間雞煲好味,尋日終於有機會一試,一品雞窩汁味道香濃帶甜,少少棘同麻,雞肉香滑有雞味,168一隻可算合理,美中不足係之後打邊爐啲安格司牛太唔新鮮,之後換咗碟本地肥牛就比較似樣,其他的值得一提係記得用生麵或公仔麵撈雞汁食,超正,仲有係個炸腐皮,好香豆味,要食!

食到這裡個湯已經充滿辣味和鮮味了,

侍應主動俾了火鍋調味醬盒嗰啲頂住檔,經過上次淥菜太肥,
今次點了不太索油的粟米和九菜花,高纖無咁肥嘛!!
食物和環境真係唔錯,
唯一要彈就是閣樓個廁所,衛生情況可接受,
不過對著所有排氣位,一出一入好似玩高溫瑜伽咁,哈哈

這是一封遲來的食評.因為這間一品雞煲我已經食過三次了.....我本人很喜歡食雞煲,大圍,深水埗,佐敦,元朗,遠至深圳我也食過好幾次...一品算是最平均嘅一間...那天order了雞煲,一個豬骨鍋,先把牛肉,墨魚滑,烏冬用豬骨湯煮熟,再點些雞煲汁.....不得了...停不了....烏冬,再來呀!!第二次食小菜,咕嚕肉,薑荵魚雲煲(好香,夠乾身),牡丹蝦(連頭計起,足足有7.8吋長)...好鮮甜..p.s.這店的雞煲當然出色,但直得一讚是那些火鍋配料,夠平均,算是不錯的...墨魚滑(其他舖會有好多肥豬肉混合在內)但這間很少...好彈彈彈
