天氣稍為轉涼,所以今晚繼續選擇打邊爐。店鋪在佐敦廟街,中式設計,環境舒服,服務誠懇。一開始店員幫手洗碗碟,之後選取了不同的醬料。可以電子下單,十分方便。除了不同的啤酒、紅酒、汽水,店鋪有兩款自家製飲料,選擇了竹庶茅根,清甜多汁。先點了半隻雞煲,選擇了少辣,辣度剛好,雞煲以洋蔥、薑、辣椒及秘製醬汁整成,雞肉嫩滑,香辣滋味。之後加湯轉為打邊爐,點了必點的安格斯牛肉,肥瘦適中,牛肉味香。配份抵食大份的雜菜,感覺健康點。自家製餃子也是必點項目之一,西洋菜餃十分爽口,皮薄餡靚。魚肚厚身爽口,枝竹香滑,兩者吸收完湯底的精華,變得更好味。
