天氣涼了,當然要去打邊爐到打邊爐啦!店員幾細心,首先會幫手洗了碗筷,感覺乾淨,之後又會捧一大盤調味料自行選調味醬料。我們當然又是一次過滿足兩個願望,首先點了個滋味辣雞煲先,由於不太吃得辣,就點了少少辣,一上菜,哇香噴噴,炒到炸炸聲,令人胃口大開,雞件啖啖肉,很惹味,少少辣都夠哂辣,辣得過癮。前菜點了個小食墨魚滑油炸鬼,炸得十分香口,不會過油,墨魚滑配油炸鬼口感又幾特別,不錯的配搭。食完就開始火鍋,食打邊爐當然要點手切安格斯肥牛,肉味香濃,感覺到牛肉是很新鮮。餃子就試特別的,自家製西洋菜帶子餃,西洋菜味很濃,配上帶子的口感,又幾好食喎。見到有樣幾特別,不只單單墨魚滑,是蟹籽墨魚蓮藕夾,爽爽地質感的蓮藕夾住舊十分彈牙墨魚滑,加上蓮藕索了湯底,熱辣辣食好好味。日本黑豚肉就是要食些少肥肥地的肉,這樣才有肉香味。雜菜盤嚇死人,咁大盆先$58,還有幾樣菜,十分適合不多人時食又食到幾種菜。最後食到飽上頂的離開餐廳,十分滿足。

佐敦食肆林立,喺地鐵站出口近九龍公園旁邊有間打邊爐。餐廳入面有十幾張枱,如果weekend冇book枱都好快爆滿。見到有個外賣二人套餐,有皮蛋芫荽湯底,四款海鮮,牛小排,韭菜餃,墨魚玩,響鈴,麵同菜都幾抵。坐低叫咗椰子沙白蟹鍋,好香蟹膏味,放入娃娃菜一流。沙巴蜆有椰子清香味。好喜愛皮蛋芫荽餃,大大隻好足料,我個人平時唔會放芫荽入口,但呢款餃5秒食晒。手切安格斯肥牛細份都夠二至三人分享,牛肉味都重。墨魚滑油炸鬼可以即食,我就選擇放入蟹鍋,吸入蟹膏湯底好正。自家製香茅檸檬薏米水有淡淡的香茅清香好解渴。
